We drove to blue water from the palm and it was a smooth quick journey, the car park is easy to find on Waze. The restaurant has pushchair access, toddler friendly seating (we used the outdoor couch). We ordered the ketch up burger, chicken nuggets w/fries, orange juice and the beef stroganoff. Every single thing was amazing, divine, delicious! Even the fries. The nuggets were delightfully soft, usually kids chicken nuggets aren't very appetising as they tend to have a strange texture but these were fantastic. The view of the water and skyline is calm and pretty. Indoor and outdoor seating. It is nice to sit outside but eventually the flies find you. Sigh. Highly recommend this place. The staff are friendly and polite. Fast service entering and leaving.

First time visiting Ketch up, wanted to try their ladies night offer. The place looked really welcoming and stylish. The staff were lovely and helpful with explaining the ladies right deal, we were served by Sylvester super sweet waiter and he was very friendly. The music was really good, had us moving in our seats. We all ordered a burger, chicken & beef burgers, and honestly it was the best burger we have had in a long time, we didn't even take many photos of the food as it looked too good we just dived right in. We highly recommend you try one of their burgers, even the veggie burger was delicious. Really happy we decided to go here as it was such a fun experience and the food was just fantastic. The staff would check up on us now and then too, good service. And of course also having a view of the Dubai Marina was stunning.

Really nice spot with great views on JBR. Booked a table upstairs outdoors, which was the best! Good vibes, nice interior and music, big enough dish sizes. Sylvester was so kind and friendly. He recommended us carpaccio for a starter and we were so happy with how it turned out (as not all restaurants know how to make good carpaccio, but this one was amazing!). The grilled salmon dish had incredible flavors. Thanks to the host downstairs for reminding us on the free parking service! One thing of feedback we have for all dubai restaurants, so also to Ketch Up: let all the guests sitting on one table finish their food before taking their plates. In the Netherlands this is not appropriate at all! It downgrades the experience. All together it was an amazing night and definitely worth it, would highly recommend Ketch Up.

Nice and cozy place to eat some burgers with fries while looking at the sea. Portions are big and let me tell you the service is really fast, we just ordered and 7 minutes later we were enjoying our freshly made burgers. I enjoyed brioche beef sliders and potato wedges and a jar of strawberry lemonade, next time will try passion fruit mojito which looked amazing. Definitely go sit outside while the weather is amazing

Brie Burger, Cheddar Cheese Sticks with Cranberry Sauces

This restaurant is okay. Other than the food being cheap (coming from New York City where food is an arm and a leg), the waiters took waaaay too long to take orders. We watched 3 families come and then leave because nobody attended them after being sat down. They were busy cleaning tables rather than serving customers with menus. We finally let the worker at the front desk know that we’re ready to order after waiting 15 to 20 mins. Probably will be my last time at this restaurant, unfortunately.

Great service. Our server was actually quite wonderful, thank you Kristel (if the invoice info is correct). The place has great ambiance and is comfortable. Nice menu selection especially in the comfort food department. I loved how it was served, in shiny frying pans! But the actual food fell way short of expectations for us. Even the signature burgers were mediocre at best. This was the Dubai Hills Mall location.

Chicken Quesadilla with Jalapeno Sauce, American Double Cheeseburger with French Fries, Ketch Up Burger

Friendly attentive service. Guac was fresh and well prepared (but expensive). The hamburger was small and the portion of wedges was also small (the small bucket not full). So given the high prices, we thought it was poor value for money despite the setting and the nice service. Wouldn’t go back.

Guacamole with Nacho Chips Freshly Prepared at the Table

Came for lunch to try some of their burgers, tried the burger with raspberry and foie Gras, it was ok but I liked more the brie burger. The starter guacamole was average in taste, the other starter was good. Ambiance was very nice, place was filled, due to the nice weather. Service ok

Brie Burger

Very bad choice we ordered shisha We didn’t use it because it was so bad. The waiter said that he would fix it and bring it back . After 1/2 hour of waiting he said that we cancelled it . I surprised that they wrote it one me ! And provided that , the food was warmed twice . That’s why i gave them 0/10 bad experience

I recommend this place with a clear conscience. Great food, top-level service. This is one of the places I will always happily return to. A burger and a cold beer, plus an amazing view from the table is something that I think everyone in Dubai counts on. Wasim served us two days in a row. I greet him warmly.

What a great place this is. The view is absolutely stunning. Make sure you sit upstairs if at all possible to take it all in. We got there just before sunset which was perfect. The staff were really friendly and polite, the place itself had a nice relaxed vibe going on. The food and drinks were lovely.

Great restaurant to enjoy a good burger with an amazing view. We definately enjoyed the Ketch Up Theme Burger and Original Beef Burger Combo w/Fries. The Texas Burger was okay but I don't recommend the Pumpkin Soup (unless you don't know better) OR the Passion Fruit Mint Lemonade. Hated myself for ordering that lemonade. Walked it off thereafter under the 'Super Trees' and along the shoreline enjoying the view.

Ketch Up is a beautiful restaurant in Dubai Marina. Food was good and the vibes was awesome. Price is on the high side but still worth coming back. I wasn’t impressed with the food as it was a basic selection of burger. I tries the fish and chips and it was Ok.

You want to come and visit this place at least once! Food is good, price is fair, and the view is just WOW. you will face the marina beach, the skyline and the whole artificial bay, with an atmosphere which feels just like Neverending summer. The whole district is SUPER new, just finished, clean, cozy and full of shops. Such a nice place to enjoy dubai sea!

Lovely ambience. My first time at Blue Waters. The view is stunning. I didn't get seating where I wanted but still enjoyed my evening. Order the radiation cocktail. I didn't have it but a fabulous dance accompanies the serving and it's the thing I've seen in a while. I had a lovely passion fruit mocktail.

Very nice burger spot located in blue waters with view to JBR, large variety of burger options. Cheese fries were very good, mozzarella sticks were really amazing. They also have shisha available. Service is really on high level, everything were served pretty fast.

First of all, the location is so good. Whether outdoors or indoors, you can see the sea. Burgers that look like handmade burgers are good in my mouth, but the sauce is strong, so I feel a little tired of eating them. However, I can see the sea, and I like the black and gold interiors. It's a nice place anyway.

We loved our experience in the restaurant. Special traitement from the waiter Ahmed. He was very efficient, very professional, and insured we had the perfect experience.

Really nice Lettuce Wrap Burger (Chicken). The chips with cheese were also lovely! (I only had two) as trying to be good. Would highly recommend this one for fitness geeks. I haven't tried anything else from here so I can only recommend this.

The truffle burgers are must to try ! recommend! The guy who brought us the food explained all the items he placed on the table good job ! It was hard to get a waiters attention while they were chatting with each other … and really wish such a places to be open for an extra hour at least .
