Returned a $280 pair of headphones under warranty was told the warranty was for only 12 months then I had to remind the sales person that it’s actually two years. If I didn’t know the warranty period they would have let me walk away with a faulty product. When they told me that I could either replace them for the same product or one of similar value as the same product was unavailable in QLD they attempted to scam me by claiming my headphones were $150 not $280. Despite proving to them that’s not the case they remained confused by the system they should have been trained to use. When I realised they wouldn’t allow me to replace the defective product they sold me with another brand of similar value I had to get the same headphone shipped from NSW. I was then informed that they would take a week to arrive and they wouldn’t allow me to take my headphones home and exchange them when the new ones arrive. This ordeal took almost an hour, I was robbed of $130 in product value and I’m left without headphones. This is unacceptable. These staff need training!

Boxes even though I specifically chose that option because they don’t offer signatures for residential deliveries, which is insane So I called the store asking if they could assist me and transferred me to a person who was meant to be able to help She wasn’t interested in helping and wouldn’t even pass feedback on how poor the service ability is, she seemed offended by the thought. Is there a reason you exclusively employ thunder Karens? Update: they then sold the product I’d pre ordered months ahead and I didn’t care at all it was due to said Karen’s that it wasn’t redirected to me

They sold me a laptop. I was told it was new. The receipt did it was new. When it became faulty in 3 months, it couldn't be repaired "because the laptop is 4 years old. " Then they were caught in their lie. This place knowingly sells outdated electrical items. They know they're doing it. They even at purchase threw in other items "for free" yet when I wanted a repair / replacement / refund , they claimed I paid less, as the free items were charged on the receipt, making the amount paid for the laptop less = less refund. I waited 3 weeks for repair. They never got back to me. I rang them, the laptop had still not left the store for repair. Completely dodgy from day one. Absolutely avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off.

Their sales teams have consistently impressed with product knowledge and awareness of when newer models (or price drops) could be expected. Highly recommend.

Lots of stadd. Not enough staff serving. Asked cashiers my question, went to relevant dept. Waited 10 minutes, asked security and she said you can ask any staff member. Found someone in next dept. whom was busy with a customer, then when I could find someone else there was 3 people wairing for them. Lots of people doing stocktake this day.

Great customer service on the day, the guy came up and offered to help at the exact right time, I was after multiple items from all over the store but he was happy to run around and find what I was after event hough it wasn't his area, he made sure I got a good price and went to the effort to grab me a trolly to take my purchases.

JB Hi-Fi Carindale was great with our recent TV purchase. No pressure, no BS and they had a very competitive price on the LG C1 OLED we chose. Rick was great to deal with. Bought it on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday after a long weekend. Happy days. The TV is amazing!

Great service by staff member in Carindale. But when only stock available was in Toowoomba, it was extremely disappointing that the Toowoomba store or management used an excuse that they couldn't deliver our tv to us in Brisbane as it could be damaged in transit.

Very friendly staff. They offer you with all the knowledge they have. It gets busy during the evening hours and weekend. Also they do price match so take advantage of that. Easy to get from parking too. However I prefer to park outside as it’s easier that way.

Horrible selection been multiple times not one time they have had Boeing thrustmaster yoke and throttle or Microsoft flight simulator as a pilot in real life at age of 13 I find this appalling I can not practise my flying skills due to this

Went to get a charger and cord. The advertising was misleading saying coloured were on special. Isn't black and white a colour? I felt totally ripped off.
