Parking lot
"Terrible parking space this is the closest parking space to where we needed to go and we had somebody in the car with mobile issues so we parked in the handicap parking spot that's their people parked so close to us on the other side that we could barely get out not to mention you have to pay for this parking"

This parking spot is a rip off! $20 for 2.5 hours PLUS $5.41 for tax and fees. $25.41 for parking. That’s too much! Another Impark underground parking literally 1 minute walk away is only $3 an hour. But really, why the huge fee?
Terrible customer service. Their HangTag application sucks. When you call them to report overcharges with the application you will meet the most uneducated and disrespectful agents. Terrible!
Trust me and don’t park here! They are literally scammers. Hate this parking
