You can never get hold of the customer service. The main way of communication is via email and it seems that you are communicating with a robot. Disputed a violation ticket via email and the email responses were the indication of that the emails are not read. It felt that I am communicating with a Robot whose been programmed to repeat the same thing over and over.

Absoluut geen aanrader. De klantenservice van Easypark is kortaf, genadeloos en lomp. Daarnaast staan de betaalinstructies en betaalautomaten slecht aangegeven en deze kun je makkelijk missen. Het is beter om te parkeren bij een andere zaak, als hier iets fout gaat ben je aan je lot overgelaten.

Tried to give us a ticket while on our way to parking meter (within 2 minutes of parking). Had to argue ticket to get it dismissed. Almost criminal.

Paid for 2 hours in Stanley park came back with over 30 minutes left and had a ticket. Ticket was warranted with 1 hour and 15 minutes left.

Bought 2 hours parking and came back with a $70 fine with 15mins left on my time

Terrible. DO NOT PARK HERE, HORRENDOUS. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS PARKING PRICES
