Happy to sell overpriced stock to people isolating due to COV 19 but not willing to provide replacement when they have left a product off the order and didnt offer replacement .The solution is to order again. Pay for another minimum order and delivery. Not happy at all with the customer service.

Whilst the store is great for last minute items when other supermarkets are closed, the store is dated, claustrophobic and I bought an iced coffee that expired 28 Feb (when it was 11 Mar) as they were on sale, and didn't look at the expiry

This place magically never seems to close. I have never found a locked door. The tight aisles are necessary to manage the large variety of goods on sale. So it has a homely friendly feel so long as its not too crowded. The check out

I didn't shop at the shopping centre but I was in the pet food store and it was great a young gentleman served me he was about 12 but he was great I see him going far in business terms "welldone" young man …

A nice quiet shop for last minute groceries. No biscuits? Run to the iga and grab a packet. Run out of bread? Iga has plenty! I have never seen the iga closed and it is always a relaxed and calm environment.

Pros: Quiet, good selection of fresh food, local, generally pretty empty, most stuff you need, AMAZING MUFFINS Cons: A bit more expensive, thats all. Note: The muffins are amazing, go eat a muffin.

Friendly staff, however always check what you have been charged. Price reductions not reflective when the item is scanned. It has happened on a number of occasions.

What a great small store packed with everything you need especially on public holidays and they close at 9 every day. Very curtious and helpful staff.

Overcharged again. Check your receipt before leaving. It happens a lot. Till price not matching ticket price. Usually an insincere “sorry about that”

Long time been coming here since 70s , known the original owners and the old fruit veg shop who a Greek couple used to own .

Opening hours are useful when you need something late on a weekend, but that's about it. I won't purchase meat here again.
