UNBELIEVABLE STORE, it has everything you need, I don't know what the first supposed reviewer haha was on but whatever it is I don't want it, The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the fruit and veg is ALWAYS FRESH and as for the owners not knowing what they are doing is completely false....I have always shopped there for 10 years and always will as they support LOCAL COMPANIES all the time and always will, as for snotty nosed kids serving (maybe it was flu season) they are all lovelly and helpful and if they cannot answer a question they will inturn ask one of the many experienced and knowledgable senior staff.

Lived in the area for 15 to 16 years, first visited the place when Rexy and excellent staff owned it! Now I visit the place and get followed around the shop as if I'm going to steal something, latest incident was filmed on a mobile phone by one of the staff, explained to shop owner and told him there's surveillance cameras on the ceiling but the owner made excuses for his staff member! Making complaints with the ombudsmen, police and few other organizations I don't want to mention.

Brought a cake today 30/1/22. Had a green bit on the bottom of the cake and i really didn't wanna take a chance and eat it, so i took it back and instead of offering me another cake or my money back the young girl spent 5 mins txting her boss and asking another staff which shelf it was on then said its probably just from a sprinkle from another cake. Well then you eat it im not risking it No offer of exchange or money back. Keep your cake and ill take my business elsewhere.

My partner & myself waz treated like we were thiefs after being accused of stealing but after 20 minutes of arguing our innocence they realised we telling truth when they eventually got around to checking the stores camera footage! NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN

Was awesome when it was Rexy's..not Asian's, .. prices have gone up, and the good staff members have left. Harbours a lot of deros because of housos near by, always someone or something interesting happening, definitely know youre in Hackham …

Convenient location for a lot of houses but they need to clean the area outside. Always full of rubbish and graffiti. They also need to check expiry dates of pantry stock a bit better. Some more attractive Mark downs would be nice too

Good range of items for a small convenience shop. But just a bit of note to check expiry date before purchase... The ones that work there aren't so vigilant with checking their stock dates. Other than that.. all's good.

My goto daily shop.. Prices are competitive, they offer a customer loyalty program, they have the best staff offering flawless customer service.. Fairly reasonable sleection of products to choose from..

there was this nice boy josh I was short 2$ and than he gave me 2$ from his own money to pay for my items we need more people like this he also was really good and knew where everything is in the store

Takes advantage of public holidays by puting up their prices eg eggs up 40cents tomatoees up by $3 a kilo that was enough for me didnt look any thing else walked out went to rexies foodland

Been living in local area for over 16 years.. The service is good but to be honest I rather go to IGA Elizabeth Rd Morphett Vale.. More stock to choose from and fresher produce..

They have good prices on meat, but that's about it. You'll find that they always run out of stock on many items by the weekend, one week that had no tin cans of diced tomatoes.

Had a good range of items and a lot of good specials for a 7 day supermarket. They handled customer service and crowd managment exceptionally well during the lock down panic

Check expiry on all products especially Meat. Hired Staff Do An exceptional Job Working For The Owner. He is Ingnorant, Rude and Carrys Resentment towards some Customers.

Yesterday I bought an iced coffee that was full price and was 4 days out of date with no sign saying so and tonight I bought a packet of chips 7 days out of date!

Hackham has a little jewel in its community. It's the local IGA. Patronise it because its staff are giving an excellent service to all who come.

Don't get caught out. Open hours have changed but not updated here. It closes at 8:30pm Monday - Friday!
