Very poor customer service - I called up to confirm an item was still available, and was told to "make it quick" and then after confirming the item was available I drove out to the store and found out it has been sold. Very disappointing experience.

The staff were friendly and explained they were in the middle of changing the displays ready for Christmas and to ask is we needed any help. Some lovely items on display.
