Usually this is place is 5 stars but not today. We ordered 2 loaded boxes. Firstly the hot wings were really nice as usual. However, I think the burger bun was different from the normal one. It was too thick and ruined the burger. The chicken pieces were ok. This place is normally very good so I will come back next time and generally do recommend them. But I was disappointed today.

I'll only give three stars because, although the food was okay... The drinks were warm and they gave no salt or napkins. I was in the process of moving house at the time and didn't have these to hand so that was a little bit annoying. Spent £40 at this place as well. Please give salt and napkins to customers. Oh, and cold drinks!

I bought a Mexican burger meal, the burger itself was not that good. The chicken was overcooked and the bun kept breaking making the burger difficult to eat. It also wasn't very spicy, however the burger was served with plenty of chips which was a nice and the waitress was also very pleasant.

Service is okay but the wait is horrendous, you have to wait forever and on top of that they get the orders mixed up and so I had to end up paying twice because they insisted I hadn’t paid when instead there was someone who walked out with

Poor customer service. Willing to take everyone's order but serves them in there own time, in no order! Seems like they look after there friends who jump the que and are served immediately. When questioned about the service they play dumb

Ordered 2x 15'' pizzas for the office. When to collect and should have checked but didn't. Got back, everyone sat down and we opened the boxes to find dark brown burnt and dry pizzas !!!

Rubbish food put too much oil in the chicken and stinks of oil and very hot in there i recommended going Taste Budzz opposite side of the road they are very clean shop and great food

Got a loaded box 4.49 ..enough chips for a child ..and chicken burger so small the bun covered the bun ..chicken hard other then that lady nice and pleasant

OK. Children like it but not my thing. Chicken is sometimes not good quality or cooked well enough. Pizzas are a bit too salty. Very cheap, polite staff.
