I called to order for pick up and a lady answered the phone and I had checked their website prior to calling in with a specific number in mind and she said you can’t order regular you know this is valentines and also didn’t seem too interested in helping out. She said look under valentines occasions and we hung up and I check the website again but I actually gave her the right number the first time, it was from Love & Romance occasion. I called again and then said the prices would be different and started giving me random info. I could place the order even on my second call. I am now forced to move on to the next florist.

I grew up in DDO but now live overseas and wanted to find a neighbourhood florist to send a birthday bouquet to my mom. After some research, I Skyped Hollandia and they carefully took down all the details over the phone (delivery instructions, payment, card message, etc.). The bouquet was delivered on time, the card message was correct, and the flowers themselves looked fresh and beautiful. My mom's happy, so I'm happy. I'll be using Hollandia again for any local bouquet needs.

After my visit at this prestigious shop, I have ascended humanity and became one with the nature. Flowers sold here are the representation of nature: carefully grown and presented in their best and unique form. After I have purchased my bouquet, I have realized the meaning of life. Vraiment déçu mise à part la qualité des fleurs nous avions demandé une gerbe de fleur blanche pour l’enterrement de ma grand-mère nous avons avons eu droit à un bouquet plus que ordinaire mis dans un vase beaucoup plus grand que le bouquet en question même pas attacher finalement à part le pot nous remarquions pas les magnifique fleur pour le prix que nous avons payer nous avons été tellement déçu

Extremely poor customer service. Only concern is keeping your money. I suggest going ANYWHERE else for your flowers. One could overlook the inflated prices if they were to provide good customer service however the owner does not understand what it means to provide appropriate customer service.

The pictures do not do justice how beautiful these flowers are. I received them as a gift on Monday, we are now Friday, and they are still blooming. All the flowers were fresh, the colours in the assortment was beautiful. I have received many bouquets and this is by far the nicest ever.

I would have loved to have ordered a bouquet for delivery. The man who answered said they do not do delivery. When I mentioned that the website says otherwise, he said they were too busy. Maybe I'll buy in person if it's available but it was poor customer service.

Bought 5 Rose's on sale for 19.99. When I got home and took them out of the wrapping, all the petals started to fall off. I will never buy flowers here again. Very over priced. I will stick to costco flowers that are always good, and reasonably priced.

Horrible customer service! I called for information and the lady that answered screamed at me saying she already spoke to me (was my first time calling) Unfortunately I find that poor customer service like that makes customer never come back!

Beautiful flower shop that offers variety of flowers for home decor. Service was friendly and nice. They have an aloe vera plant which is recommended for the bedroom or home for better air quality.

They have a great collections and the staff is knowledgeable about how to care the plants. The plants alone are a bit pricey but reasonable. We bought the vase somewhere else.

Always here for my plant and flower needs. Great assortment of indoor plants that are very hardy (love the cactii) and also custom design of flowers/ table placements.
