The best restaurant in the region, though there aren’t many alternative options around between Chapel Hill-Moggill suburbs. Western cuisine, family friendly dishes. Concise menu but focused on quality of food and consistency. Love the environment: full of locals and always warm in the Pullenvale winter. A good, cosy local pub - if you feel like a beer or two on a Friday night. Oh, can’t forget the friendly and helpful local staff. A true Pullenvale local :) I read about a previous negative review, but agree it might have been an unreported issue, as staff is always helpful. We dine in once or twice a week and had never had any issues.

Was invited here last night for the first time for a birthday dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic quality of the food. I had the beef rib and everything on the plate was perfect. Even the potato salad was fancy and different and I loved it. Everyone enjoyed their food thoroughly. I think the prices are very reasonable as well. Not overpriced. Service was lovely and very quick considering how busy it was! The only problem was a few patrons that were near us were very loud and drunk but it is a bar as well. And lots of fly and mosquitoes unfortunately but we all know it’s hard to keep them astray.

Sadly the food was very disappointing. My pasta did not taste freshly cooked, in fact stale and reheated. Neither did the tough chicken in the popcorn chicken and burger. It also came out really quickly, which is normally a good thing but it was too fast to have been freshly cooked as it was 4pm on a Thursday and only one other couple dining. We were really excited to try this given the reviews

Quiet chill vibe, very quick and lovely service. Mid week dinner after 7pm that was beyond expectations... would rather not go anywhere else in the area from now on

Food was good and service attentive. However someone, I assume an employee was out the back smoking with the smell wafting past us during our meal. Really poor form.

Great food and beers. Toilets has some of the best lighting I have seen. (Photo taken on a different day than visit, just as a pee stop on the way home)

Had a great evening. The salmon and the share platter of dips were delicious. Service good.
