Unfortunately, here we are another few months later and again… that’s right… we have yet another issue with the drawer as it’s not closing now… we’ve called head office to resolve its this time as dealing with the bedding department at Auburn store is a nightmare!! Do yourself a favour and deal with Campbelltown or Warwick farm instead! The staff are so much nicer!! We ordered our new bedside tables from Campbelltown store without a hitch and it was delivered in a week as promised!! The girl there was fantastic and I’d definitely go back to her. Again, buyer BEWARE!! Auburn BEDDING flagship store is a NIGHTMARE!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Cannot think of another way to describe the experience other than worst customer service of my life. I rarely write reviews so this speaks to how poorly we were treated. 1. Highly unsavoury sales tactics. The salesperson did not listen to what we needed and only showed us items 2-3 times the budget. We found a really good bargain that she tried to talk us out of and even crossed the item off her list. 2. No price match offered. There were online sales going on at the same time and they still charged us more, we had to go back the next day for the price match guarantee. 3. Items out of stock and no delivery status unless you chase them. 4. We paid $80 for delivery and they left our fridge on the porch and drove off. We had to call a relative to cancel their plans and help us get it inside the house. They also chipped our door. 5. Not customer centric. We escalated the experience to customer service, no outcome for weeks. The owner called me and didn't even apologise for the experience and just said we will not pay for a new door as it is already old. All these experiences created an unnecessary and stressful environment.

Moreover, their lack of manners was astonishing. They interrupted me while I was speaking, barely let me finish my sentences, and repeatedly rolled their eyes as if my questions were a bother. I had a disappointing experience at this store due to poor customer service. Despite the minimal customer presence, no one attended to us, and the staff seemed more focused on their computers than assisting customers. It was frustrating to see them engaging in casual conversations instead of prioritizing customer needs. A lack of attention to customers in a nearly empty store left a negative impression on our visit. I was there to buy iphone 15 pro and nearly stood for 10 mins before someone from the store came to actually ask my needs in not so freindly manner. I even told that staff that I am disappointed with their hospitality. I have bought so many items from this store which the staff later checked as well. I am not entering harvey Norman again. They have lost their shine with ridiculous staffs who has zero knowledge about what customer service is.

Purchased a large LG Fridge last Sunday. The selling process was good but it is a bit of a fudge with the installation. The fridge has the water dispenser/ ice in the door, which it needs plumbing at the rear of the fridge, which we already had. The impression given by the salesman is that the delivery guys will do it if they can. The reality is that they do not do the installation of the plumbing nor remove any of the packing inside the fridge nor install the water filter.The Installation means take the fridge out of the box remove the old fridge place the fridge in place and plug in. Harvey Norman Blacktown have the same discourse with their salepeople unless they use different transport but it was the overselling of the extended warranty there that made us go to Auburn

We purchased all the materials for our bathroom renovations from Harvey Norman in Auburn, where Fatima served as our dedicated salesperson. Fatima has a good knowledge of the entire product range and expertly guided us through every aspect of our purchases. She was very patient and allocated hours to ensuring our satisfaction with each item and gave us a chance to reconsider and choose alternative products as needed. She was also good with colour coordination which helped us blending vanity door colours with tiles, benchtops, taps, and more. We were impressed by how good she is at her job and how friendly she is. We plan to come back for more shopping, including our next bathroom renovation. We're thankful for her help and for doing a great job.

We have bought a fridge previously a few years back and bought extended replacement warranty for a total of 6 years. The fridge is still currently in warranty and malfunctioning. Upon asking to be replaced as per the replacement warranty terms, they denied it and said it must be repaired first. So we sent it for repair. The issue still remained after the repair so we were asked to send it back. Upon them returning the fridge after repair they damaged the living room wall in the process and have not sorted that issue either. It's been approximately 3 months and we have not received any replacement even though the issue has not been fixed at all. Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars or I would. Appalling customer service.

Very disappointed. Bought a bed base for my daughter. First the sales said the double base come with 4 drawers. After paid I notice the receipt said 3 drawers. So we had to change to something else that has 4 drawers. Since it was a change so the lady did not even bother to give good discount for me for the new bed base. I choose this new base because she said it was on stock. When it arrived the drawer had a crack on the wood and the base can’t be installed. Tried to email and called the store so many times and at the end they finally replied saying it is on order. It’s been a week. No news. And my daughter has been sleeping on the sofa for 1 week in the cold winter.

We did encounter an issue with obtaining the Latitude promotion bonus, but thanks to Julie's exceptional dedication and customer care, the matter was swiftly resolved. I have recently visited Harvey Norman Flagship Store and was really disappointed with the behaviour of one of the staff member assisting in the bed section. The sales person was working in a denial mode and continuously holding customer back to explore the available stock/catalog at the store. Customers expect from a sales person that they should get positive response and things will be available sooner but it seems like noone is interested in selling any item on the floor. Such a waste of time for customers visiting this dumb place called ‘Flagship Store’. SHAME TO SALES TEAM WHO REPRESENT HARVEY NORMAN AT THE STORE!!!!

This is really a one stop shop for everything home! I have completed a full home renovation and almost purchased from every department in this store. There are some lazy staff members but some are amazing! If you need anything kitchen appliances related I can not recommend Bailey enough. He knows everything about the products and is focused on getting you what you need more than just making a quick sell. If you need anything bathroom related than ask for Natalie, she was also amazing at her job. Price wise, Harvey Norman actually price match and beat so if you shop around and know your products they are a one stop shop.

I bought fridge with Replacement warranty. rather than replacing they repaired and fault still exists. Since last 2 months neither Harvey Norman Auburn store supported us nor Product care supported us, whome I have replacement warranty. In addition to that guy from Electrolux damaged wall while moving faulty fridge. They didn't come to repair wall and left us in stress. Looks like Harvey Norman insisting customers to buy their product with Replacement warranty which other stores are not selling but when it comes to replace they do not want to replace. My whole family went through hell while dealing with them.

I ordered the Hampshire traditional 5 piece dining set and paid for delivery and assembly (premium delivery service) and the boys said there was no assembly included and left the boxes and went. Auburn store has the worst service and I’ve had the worst experience with these people. I planned to have my dining table today as I have guests coming in the evening and I now have boxes sitting in my small lounge waiting to be assembled when I initially paid for this and it was included and also is on my receipt. Do not shop at auburn harvey norman not only did they make a mistake but there service is appalling.

I was at the tiles section with my partner and was approached by a man working for a renovations company. My partner spoke to him about some revonavations we were interested in doing. He gave us a rough quote of how much that would cost and when we told him of our budget (which was lower than his quote), he condescendingly told us to use an unlicensed builder. As he was working on Harvey Norman premises (I assume with Harvey Norman permission), could you clarify if it is Harvey Norman company policy to advise customers to use unlicensed builders.

Although my experience with customer service is excellent I have to say that Harvey Norman software systems are not only frustrating but shocking. A simple thing like editing a change of address cannot be made on their data base. Get with the 21st century guys. My last 3 visits into this store I have asked the sales staff to update my address. They said they had and I believe them. So that means the Harvey Norman data base is old. Very frustrated. Maybe I should just stop shopping there.

Never ever ever purchase product care from these guys. Last 2 times I have bought from here they make outrageous claims that they cover broken screens/batteries etc, even new for old on IPhones. Then as soon as something goes wrong they refuse to cover. Harvey Norman Auburn is such a fantastic place to shop. The new Flagship store looks and feels amazing, has all the latest products from the biggest brands and the staff deliver amazing customer service! They even have an Apple Shop with Apple staff and a Mac1 (Apple Repairer) located inside the store - this is terriffic for Apple customers. Very disappointing customer service. Their so-called 'Price Guarantee' is a scam. The staff made me wait half an hour and assured me that they would match the price with JB Hi-Fi, Good Guys, or Officeworks. However, after the long wait, the staff mentioned that the 'manager' refused to give the item at the price listed in JB Hi-Fi. Both JB Hi-Fi and Good Guys are very customer-oriented than Harvey Norman. Definitely, very poor customer service !!

NICE STORE BUT A HELL FOR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE (more infor below) You can’t get anywhere without a staff which took me more than 50 minutes to wait for. Maybe you are luckier than me, but the speed of queue is incredibly slow. It took them 3 to 10 minutes to finish a customer, why the hell they are so slow is a mystery. (I have a watch and I remember time.) Overall I spent 2 hours here.Not recommended to shopping here for festivals.

When I bought up that the website says it’s available the girl in the kitchen appliances section rudely said “well it sold out today”. Not even an apology. Great outcome for purchase of new oven. Shopping with specific brand in mind but extremely helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy Erich showed us an oven priced slightly higher but so much more value for money. The biggest Harvey Norman store I have seen so far. It has the vast variety of products range and staff is very helpful. There are three levels of parking spaces. It also has a cafe in case you want to grab something to eat quickly or just a coffee. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking to buy something from Harvey Norman.

If you have lots of time, you can order and request delivery. When I buy some items, sales person said can be delivered within one week but after sale, she said she is not delivery person. Tama from the vacuum department is the best and an asset to the store. I had issues with my purchase, but Tama was very helpful and solved the issue for me. He is very professional, patient and empathetic. But I must say some others who tried to help me on his absence for NOT that helpful.
