Harsh International movers & packers is a "fraud" You pay a hefty amount to get your luggage picked up 2 hrs. late, delivered late with major item like "2 wheeler" missing... 1. They gave a quotation of 19000 initially, ended up robbing 27,500 from us. 2. Playing Holi is priority for them rather than doing business - "we were playing Holi" was an excuse given to us for 2 hrs. late arrival. the 2 boys who came for packing were very slow and finished up packing a 1bhk apartment in 6 "looong" hours. 3. They promised the luggage will be delivered in 5-6 days. We called them on day 5 to check where the luggage is and VOILA!! we got to know it was not yet shipped from Bangalore itself, because.... "they were playing Holi, ha-ha" 4. Finally luggage was received after 8 days, and the delivery team informed that your 2-wheeler will be delivered tomorrow because there wasn't ample space in loading truck - Understood. Next day we called to check when is our 2-wheeler getting delivered, and they say -" Sirji , apka Activa to abhi Bangalore me hi hai, galti se chut gaya idhar". Such a blind company that doesn't notice a huge Activa and missed to load it. delivered after 19 whole days… 5. The packing staff and Sandeepji were so promising "Sirji aap chinta mat karo, bed ko hum assemble karenge, LOL - What a joke. Delivery team refused to assemble the bed, Sandeepji said i will send a carpenter tomorrow, day after... we were still waiting... Sandipji calls and says "aap khud carpenter book karlo i will pay the money to you - WHAT THE HELL! 6. Packing staff so unprofessional and stubborn, even after requesting multiple times to keep all the food items in a separate box , they put it in 10 different boxes - Because it was funn! 7. They ask for payment upfront and once you pay it they will do "dadagiri" ... raising voices at you, speaking in unprofessional manner. My humble humble request to all of you, please don't go for such a chindi movers packers for saving money (which you won't) over a professional movers like Agarwal and Gati

Edit: Response to their response: Dear Harsh Packer - STOP LYING no one has contacted me and delivered any package after 2 days, 20 days or 200 days. Stop lying please .... I realized its pointless to pursue you all and left the matter. But I will surely warn people not to use your services given the unprofessional service i have received. I used Harsh International Packers to relocate from Bangalore to Chandigarh Tricity. While I was wiling to go for one of the more established packing services, the co-ordinator from Harsh Packers insisted to try their services as they would provide equally good service. Their quote was too good and initial co-ordination was also good. Hence I did not go with the established players like Agarwals and went with them, and that was a mistake. 2 of my boxes are missing and I have already informed the co-ordinator for the same but I have still not got any update. They have asked for 3 days and when I called them but now they are simply not picking up my call. The delviery was made using services of another courier company (Professional) who are atleast assuring some help by looking at their Godown. Also, one of our TV unit set's leg was delivered in broken condition, another loss and set back. I have made a big mistake by trusting this organization. It would have been wise and more benefecial (money wise) to go with the established players. Absolutely dissapointed and heart broken. Update one; My calls are unanswered and emails are not being responded. Claim for insurance is completely ignored. I realized that their customer service and corporate numbers are all of one person so it's basically one person managing the show and you are at his whims and fancy. Will take the next course of action and file legal complaints against them. They are for good times because when things go wrong they simply run and scoot.

Invoice number: 332 Damaged stuff and details Amount to be Refund Bike tank replacement Rs. 5000 Study table side plywood replacement Rs. 2000 Washing Machine mesh Rs. 1000 Bed headboard cushion replacement and dent repairs Rs. 5000 Total Amount Rs. 13000 I am attaching photos of the damage in the mail. Also, I am attaching the photo showing how the pick-up truck was deliberately crammed up by your team and that cramming led to damage. I am also attaching the invoice. FYI, you took money for insurance and never gave me the policy. Seems you conned me here too. Also, in the quotation the service charge was NIL, but once your company picked up the stuff, you added the service charge and held up my stuff until I paid the full amount. I am attaching the quotation copy too. Kindly pay Rs. 13000 /- for the damages. I will wait till this weekend. Else, I will have to complain on National Consumer Helpline for negligence of service done your company and after that I will have to file a case against your company in the District Consumer Forum of Indore for damages, negligence of service fraud and cheating (service charge and insurance). Also i recommended don't use the services from this Harsh International packers and movers they are Fraud. I took the Insurance of 60K as well but they haven't shared the policy number and stop picking phone. Both Kuldeep and Sandeep are fraud and running this business openly. I am lodging case with consumer forum. If you also suffered the same situation, please contact me. We bring this company down.

FAKE CHEATERS !!!!!!!! Yes! Wish I can give negative rating. Very poor service. They use second hand packing boxes which they purchase from scrap,all my items are damaged. The boxes were even open at the time of delivery and all premium electronics missing, like mixer grinder, keyboard. They have literally open all boxes after taking from my place, I can guarantee this because things which were kept inside of 2 bags are missing and bag is there. These people are cheater, thugs, robbers and what not. Charged for insurance and gave no proper policy number, also they will ask to follow up with Gati for claim. And Gati clearly states they don’t have any insurance nor they will give any claims. So ultimately in the name of insurance they just take your hard earned money. Another scam, when they gave a quote they said it includes unloading, unpacking, arranging all.. (attached their own receipt for reference) but when I receive the good, they delivery folks were not ready to deliver at my door step, rather just leaving in basement. They don’t even unpack things.. arranging is way far. When confronted the owner Mr. SAndeep, he said because you negotiated on quote so along with some discount I canceled the service ( one more lie... as what all they claim and what they provide is 2 different thing ). Looks All the 5 stars reviews are FAKE!!!! & by their friends only. They don’t know how to pack, shipping they book it via Gati.. and just call themselves packers and movers!!! My father spoke to Mr.Sandeep who then visited my home next day morning to look at the household items that are to be packed and moved after his visit he quoted an amount which was higher due to the increase in diesel rates but still we wanted to give the service to them because of his polite and gentle attitude. Hello, We availed Harsh International Movers and Packers services to shift our home stuff from Bangalore to Pune and we have had the worst ever experience with them. Extremely unprofessional, rude and impolite, delay in delivery and loss of stuff. Our stuff was supposed to get delivered in 4-5 working days. It took 10 days to deliver our stuff. No follow-up, no tracking number from Harsh Movers and Packers. Me and my husband were following up everyday till the stuff was delivered. When the boxes arrived, there was an alive rat in one of the boxes who destroyed the stuff within the boxes. I have also attached the pictures. We were co-ordinating with Sandeep and Kuldeep in the due process and Sandeep was extremely rude and impolite when the mistake was from their end. They also lost our 43 inch ultra HD 4K MI smart TV. Extremely unprofessional service. We had taken the insurance and hence they had to reimburse 75% of the cost of TV. The mental stress we had to go through was just not worth it. Please do not go with Harsh Movers and Packers services. Please pay few extra thousands and go for more professional services like Agarwal Movers and Packers. If there was an option of not giving even one star, I would have done tat. Pathetic, disgusting and dishonest people and their transport service!

They claim to be a company but have no customer care employees, there are no other employees other than Sandeep who takes care of the Bangalore godown. He will only take your booking and will claim that everything will be super smooth but that’s not true at all. They took my household items to their godown and without my confirmation transported it. They didn’t share any bill, they did not confirm the amount and transported my goods. Since, they transported it I had to pay what they were asking for. This is their strategy to get money from customers. I URGE YOU TO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL. They will dupe you for money, they will delay the transportation by giving you wrong timelines. They will stop picking up your call. They will talk to you so rudely and they do not value their customers at all. One of their employees said this and I quote, “We have a lot of customers, and we don’t have time to talk to you and listen to you. We don’t care about your problem because we have other people to deal with.” DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! They only make your life miserable and you will regret taking their services. I had to call them again and again and they cut your phone. They have no value of your time. They are the worst services you can ever get.

Staff do not respond to your calls ever and the attitude they show when they pick up is next level. - I gave my house hold stuff for storage which was not Stored properly as you can see in the photos. - They said we will deliver your stuff in two days also you don't have to pay transportation charges at that time as we are charging you in advance but When I asked for my stuff back they delivered it almost 2months late and I was asked to pay again for the transportation charges in advance. They said untill and unless you don't make payment we will not give your stuff back. - when the delivery was made some of my stuff were missing and when I asked they said they will give in 2 days today it's more then 20 days. - They still have my house hold stuff and they are not giving it back and not answering my calls. - They delivered my stuff broken and torn apart.. they charged me for an insurance but they didn't give me anything back for my broken stuff. The price which they give in quotation does not match wht they charge you in bill.. They gave me quotation of 13k only and charged me 17k rupees two times...

I have availed their service few days back when I moved from (Bangalore- Odisha). It was difficult to know or decide a good packers & movers service because there are plenty available in this business. After some research and checking the online review I went ahead with harsh international Packers and I must say the experience I had was really nice. They came to my place and had a look into my premises and quoted a competitive price. They sent 4 experienced person for the entire shifting by morning 9 AM (as per the promised time). The loading was completed for all the furnished items for my 2 bhk flats by 10:30 am. The packaging was very nicely done (for all our house hold items as well as for my bikes and two scooty ). Our shipment arrived at the destination location (Cuttack, Odisha) in time and there was no damages to any items on unpacking them. A Harsh experience to say the least This company is a scam ! Recently I wanted to send my goods to Toronto Canada. I called HARSH international and they gave me a written quotation that mentioned only the price per KG. Without any further details on the quotation. So I accepted the quotation. They came and collected my goods ( note that the guy who came to collect goods was really impolite and not helpful at all + he asked for money without any reason ). I told Harsh international not to send my goods until I have a final price. After a day, they told me that they had sent them to Delhi (without my permission and suddenly change the quotation to volume) and they wanted me to pay 1.7 lack. I refused the quotation and asked me to send me back my goods. They refuse until I gave them money. This company is a SCAM only they don’t take it. They will make you believe something then they will kidnap your goods until you give them money ! SCAMER !!

My experience with Harsh International Packers And Movers was great. Hipm managed to give us a slot the same day we called and that helped us tremendously as we !were looking to shift on the same day. During these tough times of COVID, Hipm took care of proper sanitisation techniques and the people were highly skilled. We had a really smooth shifting experience. The staff was too fast in packing things in a very professional way and was happy how they take care of even minute things and packed them carefully with multiple wraps. And to the best part of all these was how they hav packed my bike..3-4 layers of wrappin and that too it took 3 of us almost 30mns to unpack..Am soo happy with Hipm service and their delivery speed and professionalism.. Horrible packers and movers. Please dont go. All my things are broken. There was no compensation provided. 80% of the amount would be taken during packing the items and loading in the truck itself. By the time the items arrive, most of the amount would be paid . When we ask questions about the delivery, they would say that only if you pay remaining amount, items would be unloaded from truck and delivered to home. The reply is also rude. They also said that during delivery , items breaking usually happens. Many toys were broken as well. The quality of the cardboard boxes is also not good. It is easily tearing when loading and unloading. There were many small items inside the truck lying outside the boxes, due to poor quality of the boxes. We had to search for the items inside the truck after unloading.

Extremely professional guys. Did the job perfectly. Took care of each and every item. Very genuine and trustworthy people. Their packaging style is top notch. No damage to our items at all. Very neat and clean job done. Extremely satisfied with the excellent service given. Very quick and efficient people. We are very happy we found them for our service. They are a bit on the expensive side. But after you have availed their service you realize it was worth it. No damages or even a small dent whatsoever. I asked for immediate service and the manager was able to scramble a team for me. The men who came for moving were very polite and professional. Just by a glance they can tell us if big things like sofa will fit through a door or not. Overall very much satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.

I have booked a service from Bangalore to Hyderabad.Initially they had quoted 27000.I agreed for the amount and proceeded with packing and loading by paying 1000 Rs extra as tip.After reaching Hyderabad they had given a bill around Rs.32000. Used harsh packers and movers to move within Bangalore. The team was awesome! They knew what they were doing and were polite and clean. The flat I was moving to was on the 5th floor and the day I was moving, the elevator stopped working. The team didn't hesitate and moved and assembled everything! Yes they ask for a tip, but for their professionality and efficiency they deserve it. They showed no ego and attitude and we're extremely good at their job. They are very good at what they do. Initially I was bit worried as all the electronic items we had is little premium ones and they were bit heavy as to how would they do. I wanted to pack and store at one of my cousins place. The packing they did is just amazing and I started gaining confidence from right there. They are professional and did things carefully. They are very affordable to compared to other packers and movers. Only one suggestion is that they need to manage on arrival time they arrived an hour late than scheduled but since it was weekend and no other commitments it was okay for us. Thanks.

I had to complete the shifting during the time when pandemic restrictions were in place. Some others whom I got thru reference, either didn't respond or said "will do after 2 weeks". But, these guys are very professional and reliable. They come with the right amount of resource: people and packing materials (not with some extra people and less boxes to mess-up everything) and does the job quickly and efficiently. These people are well mannered, efficient and cooperated well to finish the task with no damage or issues. I too don't have any complaints and so for sure, 5 stars!

I had a bad experience with this packer and movers from Bangalore to Madurai. It took 4days to reach Madurai from Bangalore and could not able to track the movers. It was a terrible experience. They charged the amount separately for loading, unloading, packing and moving. But they didn't unload it. The truck came to my home after 4days and the driver stepped out of the truck and asked me to unload the goods. With the help of neighbors I unloaded the goods from truck. So I claimed the unloading amount to refund which they didn't consider at all. Worst packers and movers.

First they have quoted some value, later they said you have to pay increased figure quoting service charge and other stuff. They threatened that the amount to be paid as soon as the vehicle is loaded otherwise the goods will not be delivered to the destination. They have not given the insurance paper even after requesting for it. And another thing, they have sent a open top vehicle for the interstate which was not at all acceptable. Thugs people They gave a quote of 32000/- & later increased to 48000/- saying that it insurance & GST is extra. guys don’t make mistake by going with these local packers and movers either go with porter or some other professional people . They have 10x10 office where they smoke pots & running this rubbish business. They couldn’t cover our new couch & all the kitchen boxes they kept on top of the half packed sofa & in the transport oil has spilled over the sofa & its not cleanable anymore. They charged us 15000/- for Insurance & now they are not receiving calls.

We used their service two weeks back. There pricing was higher side and not reduced which made us to believe they are good at service. I was wrong. Very poor service and looks like they out sourced all work to daily labourers who are not well trained. They don't have even tools and trolley to lift items, they send one carrier with daily labourers in order to make sum money. Result we lost money and damaged furniture as well. If you are taking their service please check authenticity! Sure not value for money, not recommended.

If you book service from them, be ready to pay at least 35 - 40% extra what they quote initially. First they send quote and once we booked, they will come and pickup the items and after 2 days they will send the Invoice. So, now we will be in fix and have to pay more amount. And they don't have their own transportation (which they will never inform while booking) and so they book and send through GATI. And since GATI is a courier company they didn't install my bed and now I need to call carpenter and pay the extra money.

Our contact person was very responsive and accommodating and listens to our concerns and needs. The team sent to our home were very professional and at the same time amiable. Finished it all in half a day! They even fixed our broken furniture and they dont mind doing extra work. And at this Covid time, they definitely adhere to precautions. I had a great experience shifting my house with HIPM. I have shifted three times with them and each time they were efficient and safely transferred my belongings without any damage or delay. I found them to be very courteous and cost-efficient. This time I had to move my shifting date thrice due to some issues, and Harsh International Packers shifted the dates without any extra charge or complaints. I recommend HIPM to everyone. Go ahead with them without a second thought.

Actually this is not a company. This is fraud . Once they pickup your item ..they will ask for more money , at that time ..no option you have to pay . Once you pay the more money as well , forget about the item delivery/service ...they will not respond, they will ignore your call/message . I used this service as I was moving abroad. The rate provided was good. The service was not. The items were taken from Bengaluru in some boxes. But the boxes received in Milton Keynes, UK were different. Items were compressed and packed together. A lot of items were missing. Some of the missing items were returned back in Bengaluru on constantly following up relentlessly. Overall, not the experience you are looking for after spending more than Rs. 1.5L

Do not go by the reviews without pictures. These guys are fraud. Worst service possible. They use shared containers which are kept unattended and have rats in them. Our 8 boxes were eaten by the rats. There were scratches on our furniture. We paid for the insurance and in return of the damage caused they kept on ignoring our calls. Did not even pay for the insured goods. I kept on following up for three months and eventually they started misbehaving.

I have booket them to move all my household items from Bengaluru to Prayagraj and they provided a pathetic service. They outsourced the delivery to some third party company named revigo and when I recieved damaged products then they said I have to follow up with them and get it sorted. It has been more than 3 weeks and still I have received anything single penny from them although taking insurance for my things, this is really frustrating.

I would like to give my feedback on my personal experience with Harsh international packers and movers. The package materials used were of good quality and were used comfortably by the packing labours. The labours were polite and hardworking and professional. I feel that the coordination regards labour arrangement for unloading task at the destination location should need improvement.All the rest were fine and good.

Worst experience. We have put our belongings in there warehouse for six months ,when we asked for the bill as we wanted our things back they have given bill amount which was 10,000 rs more than quotation,we seek for clarification they have increased the insurance amount from 50,000 to 2,00,000 and added service tax,which was not pre informed, we have everything in written but the company is not taking any action

I was promised a proper and pristine delivery of all the products i sent for packing and moving. Instead i got broken and damaged boxes which i had packed on my own expense. They were very unclear witth instructions and giving any sort of bill or an exact date for delivery and all they did was con me of money and give a very bad delivery. DONT USE THE SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. SEE FOR YOUR SELF.

Not at all professional who came to pack the items, they have started packaging at 9.30 am and finished at 5.30 pm . After delivery I have observed rats have bitten many items . They promised to deliver next day but it took 4 days for delivery. They will not unpack items until full payment is done which they will not inform during business discussions

Pathetic service!! Availed packers and movers services from Bangalore to Noida recently. Many items are missing. Bike does not have even a drop of fuel in it. Some items were broken. False promises made by marketting team that there is an option of holding items for 15 days in warehouse but we were charged for it. Overall worst experience !

Packing was done well. But there is no transparency on GST & Insurance amount. I wish I had more clarity on that. It is not mentioned when the quote is given. Had to shell out an extra 7k due to that. There was no one to fix back few of the furniture. Had to call someone locally and they paid the amount. Overall it was an ok experience.

Very smooth moving experience. They were on time and did the packaging properly and moved the stuff out very swiftly. They even managed to lift all the stuff at my new place via stairs without any damage to the goods. Moving out is a hectic process but these guys made it look so easy, thanks to them. Its a scam what they are running ,They are rowdy people first they gave me a quote of 27000/- from Banglore to Ahmedabad & 3 days later taking all the stuff from my house they gave me a bill of 48000/-. On top of it they were claiming to pay 80% of the amt if anything gets damaged. Our TV is broken & now they are not receiving calls.
