I had never been to Moreton Island before and was totally surprised and impressed by the beauty and diversity the island had to offer. It is so accessible and easy to get to. The Happy Days accommodation was just perfect. The house is in Bulwer in the north west well away from the crowds at the Tangalooma Resort. With just a short stroll through the trees we were on a beautiful beach with hardly anyone else around and even had our "own" wreck on our doorstep. Could not be any happier with our accomodation and stay on the island.

We had an amazing few days at "On The Beach". The property was immaculately clean, and very well kept. Perfect for a barefoot beach holiday. The beds were super comfy, the lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a good book and a cuppa, and looking out at the Bay and all the ships cruising past. The outdoor firepit was sensational for an evening catchup. Could not have picked a better spot for a quick Moreton getaway.

We stayed at Beachcomber for a week and have just returned back to "reality". We can't recommend Russell and his houses enough. The best value in the best location. The houses are situated towards the end of The Strand so there is no car traffic. Our kids could run across to the beach and we spent many afternoons there watching the sun go down. Beachcomber was clean, spacious, fully contained and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back and we'll definitely be booking Beachcomber again.

I truly don’t know how you could improve on this. Accommodation was clean, situated well,,,,, I think situated well is an understatement, the location was perfect. Away from the hustle, beautiful beach and your own wreck and pathway to enjoy the serenity. Lots of exploration, easy to find, WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON. Happy days 100%

Absolutely loved our stay at "Bare Foot" Holiday house. A beautiful short walk to the beach. The house has recently been updated which has a relaxing coastal vibe and has the best outdoor "hot water bush shower" you have ever had under the stars!

We’ve just spent a long weekend at Seaview for my hubby’s birthday and the accommodation was amazing! The outdoor braai/BBQ area is a winner as is the proximity to the beach. Don (host) was also so easy to communicate with! We’d absolutely recommend this house if you are after a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

We think it's the best location on the island to stay, the accommodation is fantastic and have everything you need. They have renovated their houses recently which have turned out great.

OK as we were not at the house cause if the sites to see and things to do great fans and lights in double bed bedrooms except for the light in the lounge room does not work so we had to take it out

The best place to stay on the island by far!!! Russell was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. One of the best holidays I've had in a long time. We will be back next summer for sure.
