I had my ears pierced a couple of months ago and I was initially wearing small single stone earrings . After a while I bought some more loop earrings and immediately noticed that one of the piercings was much higher in one ear than the other! Even people at my work place and our patients at the practice I work in noticed. I went back to the store to show them and ask what could be done as I was so put off wearing earrings as they looked uneven in my ears. I was told to go away for 3-4 weeks and let the holes heal then they would do free piercing again. As 1 of the holes in my ear felt too high and the other felt way too low I took both earrings out and wanted them freshly pierced in exact places in the centre of my ear lobes. I went back on Thursday and saw the guy who does piercings in the Marion store. He asked me to pick out a pair of earrings so I went for quite a plain stud as I just wanted even piercings in both my ears. He pierced both ears again, however said I would need to pay for one of my ears and the earring!! I just paid but must admit I was slightly disappointed and taken aback as it wasn’t my fault that they were not done correctly in the first instance. I won’t be going back there in a hurry as I think that is quite bad customer service!

Spent 300 to colour my hair. It faded with the first wash. However the staff were cooperative and put the toner again. They put Dare’s “Devil’s Delight” a temporary hair colour. The initial result looked excellent. But again within two weeks the colour faded and was gone. I was told by the hair dresser that the colour I chose unfortunately doesnt last. If she had told me before that their colour is temporary and will not last even a month, I would have never spent 300$ to have a colour for two weeks only. I will never ever go to this place for hair colour. I dont know if it is the problem with the product or the process, the colour didnt stay even a month. I just feel like I wasted the money. They should have been honest with me in the first place and inform me that it will not last. I wouldn’t have done the colour then.

Absolutely furious. Drove a very long way for an appointment booked well in advance. Curly boofy hair required blow dry & straightening for an important event that night. Arrived, asked to take a seat at salon mirror then told hairdresser had called in sick for the day and they couldn't assist. I told them it had to be done. I had driven a very long way and had an important event in in a matter of hours and that my appointment was booked in advance. Again told they couldn't assist. Bawling my eyes out. My special night is ruined and I can't attend as a result. I received no phone call or message and it's now to late to organise anything else. Literally fuming. OMG

Will was incredibly professional, made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves, and the entire time I was confident that I was in safe & capable hands... Will explained the process beforehand, made sure I had no questions before commencing, ensured I was comfortable and relaxed during the procedure, and was very thorough in explaining the after care process I could not recommend Will more highly!! Overall, an excellent experience, I know that I’ll be returning in the future! :)

I have eczema, and thin dyed hair. Supermarket products irritate my skin, and dry out my hair. I went into Hair house Warehouse. They suggested I try the Davroe brand gift box. The Davroe products are so gentle, leaves my hair soft, doesn't have irratating ingredients, and I don't get split ends anymore. I've been buying Davroe for over two years. The staff are happy to order a product if they have ran out. I'm glad they really listened to my needs. I've also had my ears pierced by the very tall guy. I hadn't worn earrings for a few years, so my ear holes had closed. He was able to pierce exactly where the original holes was.

Will explained the process beforehand, made sure I had no questions before commencing, ensured I happy with the placement and was comfortable and relaxed during the procedure, and was very thorough in explaining the after care process I could not recommend Will more highly!! Definitely going to return if I decide on any other piercings… thanks Will your an asset to the business mate

Best damn hair salon I've ever been too. all the staff are so nice. Aimee did my hair. i went to someone else previously and they butchered my hair it was supposed to be a semi permanent but they did it permanent . I went to Aimee and she put my hair back to brown. Michelle did my friends hair. she asked for black and red tape extensions to be put in and it was beautiful. after my hair was finished i went down to the retail section of the store and had amazing customer service from David while my friend got her lobes done by Liam.

We come here to get my daughter's hair cut and also yesterday to get her ears peirced. She always looks forward to coming in. The staff are all really lovely, they always do a great job of her hair and she loves the glitter sparkles they put in her hair at the end. They were so good with her yesterday when she got her ears done. She barely cried for a minute and they were so reassuring, offering her chocolate and giving teddy a free piercing. I couldn't recommend them enough for children.

The most ridiculous returns process..I had an unused item, with receipt,within 7 days of purchase and was declined as the flap of the box was damaged while opening...perhaps don't put all those tapes so boxes can be opened without damage. So apparently the "owner" would have to review/approve at a later time if I came back..who has time for 20 back and forth trips? Maybe get some training from kmart/target/big w/ myers/ dJones on how to *efficiently* process returns.. disgusting

I had my ears pierced here 7 weeks ago and they turned out great! No infections or anything and pretty accurately pierced. They even do a check up after 2 weeks to make sure they're going well. 10/10 recommend for getting your ears pierced. The hairdressing, however, isn't as fantastic. The one hairdresser I had was very nice and she did well, but a few times now she seemed to rush my haircut so it would end up a bit uneven. Still a good place, though.

The girls (and guys) have always been friendly and professional to me. Often offered me very convenient appointments with good prices. Excellent knowledge and the result has always been pleasing. Only criticism is the colour hasn't always held up long term but that may either by my hair or maybe I am not undertaking the correct maintenance regime. And because I have no solid answer for the latter I don't think it's fair to go down to 4 stars for that.

Rang and booked in 3 girls to have upstyles for an event. Despite booking 3 weeks in advance and again confirming the bookings in the week of the event they were still disorganized. Both times i told them the girls have very long hair and he still booked short appointments for them. The result was rushed, stresssed hair stylists and cranky customers that were waiting 30 mins past their appointment time. 2 out of 3 girls were happy with their styles.

I attended the salon today and was greeted with polite employees. My stylist was wonderful and asked me questions about everything I wanted with my hair. She double checked everything. Usually I'm anxious to get my hair done cause of small talk, but this employee was very welcoming, kind and easy to talk to. I don't remember her name but she's only been there 3 weeks and is doing an amazing job.

WOW!!! VERY RUDE AND TERRIBLE STAFF manager flat out refuses to solve issues so they take messages and when i finally catch them, they dont talk to me like a customer, but just hang up on me.. great work.. the haircutting they do here is beyond bad and forget about complaining about it, because the manager supports it. DON'T RISK IT, i've come here to try and save somebody elses hair.

Had Liam re-pierce my septum after years of having it out - quick, relatively painless, and absolutely sensational service. Guessed what I wanted jewellery-wise, no pushy upsell, and no Explain Like I’m Five re: aftercare as I’ve been pierced multiple times before. This location may be across town for me but I’ll undoubtedly be back.

Arrived for my hairdresser appointment, got shown to my seat, sat there for 15 minutes while the hairdresser with the dark hair worked on another customer, completely oblivious to my presence, not even making eye contact, so I ended up walking out and luckily found a different hairdresser close by that ended up costing me less in the end!

Went in to look at shampoo, asked whether anyone could fit me in for a cut (wasn't expecting a yes, because it was a busy late-night), and they were happy to do so. Took my coat, offered me tea and coffee, and were all really polite. Rach cut my hair and she did a fantastic job, and was super nice to talk to. I'll definitely be back. :)

I got my third lobes done and one was pierced higher up and just uneven compared to the other one.. think the gun actually nicked my cartilage in the ear as it feels weird and it still gets sore and //buzzes//tingles// when I move the piercing over 2 years later LOL cya friend also had the same issue with an uneven lobe piercing

I had my done on Thursday by Michelle, she was absolutely amazing the cut and colour was perfect and pricing was amazing. Michelle was great at explaining the process and products best used to maintain the amazing blonde colour she had done for me. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

They overbooked and refused to cut my disabled children’s hair, AFTER sitting them down in chairs. The manager owned their mistake and his words were apologetic but his actions said otherwise, choosing to cut adults hair instead of that of my two disabled children, despite our booking.

Never go here this is literally the worst place on the face of the earth. I've had a horrible time here and so have my friends. You will NEVER get the colour or anything close to what you want. Don't waste your money. Go to a good place like Zink in Unley or something

Got charged $180 for 2 kids cuts and blowdry. Younger hairdresser was lovely, older one coughing out the Back and on phone consulting people yet said the charge was because of the time taken . The price was unacceptable for children’s hair. Disgusting.

dean pierced my vertical labret and it wasn’t central. was off to the left side and was very noticeable had 5 people tell me. got my money back luckily but won’t change the fact that i will have a scar on my face from it.
