Fantastic barber, always friendly. Hair cuts are always on point. I bypass more than a dozen barbers to get my haircut because I know I’ll always get a spot on trim. Got sick and tired of getting my hair cut poorly so a friend put me onto Hair by Joe and I don’t go anywhere else.

Rushed, focused on talking more than trying to cut. Didn't know how to fade. I have not been this unhappy with a haircut for a while. For the price I could of gotten a better experience somewhere else. Would not recommend to anyone at all to be honest.

Great barber, been seeing Arthur for over 7 years. Funny seeing the reviews and assuming his name's Joe! That was the original owner, who sold up shop to Arthur! The current legend who gives as good of a cut as he does banter.

Rude and doddgy guy. Please avoid! Visit only if you want a bad cut with worst customer service. Better to pay a bit extra and go to proper barber's at either Tea Tree Plaza or even inside St. Agnes shopping centre.

Had my hair and beard trimmed for my wedding. Arthur's hands were gliding around my head and hair was falling off and now I'm looking great. Arthur is a true master of his art.
