Beware especially if you are getting something important done. There is a vietnamese lady with a browny/blonde bob who is shadey as hell. She booked three girls to do their hair for the same formal at the same time. Quoted 65 for both of us. The other girl's family was told by the hair dresser that day that it'd be 120 or so but she continued to do the girl's hair while demanding 120$. The other girl's family booked 2 weeks ahead but was not put down onto their book. I was told the same quote, but was told that she "don't need to write it down". I thought it was shadey so i talked to the boss man or manager before they closed and I was put down on their book, along with the quoted amount of 65. In the end, everyone left the store and had to find their own ways of getting their hair done, within the 1-2 hour time spans that the girls had. Also from the same lady with the bob. She can't do "complicated things" like updos or braids. "It's too hard." "I can do curls for you." She apparently doesnt even know how to do a french braid. Again, BEWARE.

You would be surprised. I only go here for my nails and hair treatments and the ladies here are so kind and helpful. Very chatty and sociable. The wax is not great but if you're desperate for a quick fix then you can get it here cheap. They accept walk ins which is also helpful if you work 9-5. Cash and Eftpos available.

Got a hair perm, they left the solutions in too long now my hair is visibly damaged and frizzy. Permed too tightly near my scalp making it look flat and creating visible lines/rows. When I pointed this out they said that's how a perm is, despite none of my previous ones turning out like this.

If you want to make the biggest regret of you life then go to this place. While there, I saw an African lady have her hair fall out in chunks and my sisters hair is absolutely wrecked. I asked them to fix it and they charged me an extra $25 on top of the $100. Do not go here.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Don’t go here they completely messed up my hair. They were rude and didn’t take my choices into consideration. I told them I had a low budget and they mocked me saying I was too “stingy”. Don’t go here unless you want to be degraded and harassed.

10/10 would recommend they are the nicest people and their shop is always so clean. I was there for about half and hour and they clean all there belongings after every client. They always put smiles on faces and make there time with them so enjoyable!!

I paid $45 for the guy who does the acrylic nails to constantly shut down whatever nail colour or even shape I wanted saying "That's too plain" and "No not that one"! It was very rude! Won't be going back anytime soon

My daughter was ripped off. Instead of purple there was blue and you can only see it if you’re standing in natural sunlight. Didn’t get refund. Only lecture about how she was only charged $100 for the unwanted result.

Best men's hairdresser fast and neat and cheaper than everyone. We drive an hour to get hait cut and its not for the price its for the great service and skills. And super friendly

Overcharged because "leg hair longer" -they used the same amount of wax so this is totally incorrect and plain dishonest. Never going back

The price for man hair cut is $15 on the board but they charged me $17 with no reasons. And I felt dissatisfied with that hairstyle !
