Beautiful Trek fit park! Very calm compared to the "in the city" ones. Will def go back! It as all the structures that you need and most offer more range of motion! As they are set higher a bit than the other ones across the city. The only down side is that all bars ( except the monkey bars) have grooves on them for grip.. which, if you do volume rep wise, hurts more than anything. Btw, bring your water. It's pretty isolated and there's no water fountain.

It's an open air gym with some exercising tools like bars and poles. One can spend some time in exercising over here. There's also a picnic spot right opposite. So in case one wants to come with a group and enjoy a great meal on a sunny day this is a great place to do that. There are a few benches with six to eight people capacity and there is a garden as well where one can enjoy a picnic on a mat.

Amazing natural experience it's a small path alongside trees, its a wooden track leads to Saint Laurent river. This place have all fitness related guidance boards with rods and tables, we enjoyed rockberry cakes and Tim's coffee and spended a awesome evening time here. Good place to bring young kids and friends, just outside here a kids small water park and activity place..
