It's an okay gym, but some of the equipment is really old, some are broken and haven't been repaired in over a year. The gym is also quite dirty, a lot of duct and hairs on the floor. They do offer cleansing wipes for the equipment but most of the time the dispensers are broken or empty.

5 stars for the brilliant step instructor, Benji. Super charismatic and genuinely bubbly and motivational personality combined with creative and challenging choreography gives this guy the title as the best step teacher I've had the pleasure to learn from in this city. Bravo and kudos!

Very clean and stylish with an industrial aesthetic. Generally nice staff. Took off one star because of a really disappointing interaction with a private trainer there. Also, they only have whey protein for the smoothie bar, so vegans or lactose intolerants are out of luck.

Great gym & nostalgic vibes. Open concept gym with everything you need to get shredded. There’s a couple squat racks, and two bench presses. Wasnt too busy when I went on Saturday evening. Clean equipment, and you can tell they take care of their equipment and hygiene.

I’ve been a member of the gym for almost 2 years! It’s a very cool gym with a great staff! They also invested in new equipments since then and repaired old ones too, which is maybe “normal” but hey it’s worth saying it! Well managed, good classes and cool people!

Here in Montreal for a summer internship and needed to find a good gym. Don't know how to speak French but all the staff I have spoken to were very nice and helped me out. The gym itself is also good, it's got all the equipment I need, and a cool atmosphere.

Amazing small gym packed with everything you need. But even tho I've been going there 2 years I still get a guy with a beard telling me "Don't forget your card next time " in a really passive aggressive tone even tho he took my name in and saw I'm a member

It's a good overall gym, you can definitely get a good workout here. The equipment is good and there's disinfecting wipes all around so you can clean your machine before/after use. The locker rooms however (at least the males locker room)

Average gym. Member for 2 years now, costs about 40$ monthly. They have all basic equipment, but very old and never maintained. Same applies to the floor, never washed. Restroom is clean though and shower is a plus.

Spacious gym, a lot of equipment, cardio machines, multiple bench presses, squat racks and deadlift platforms. Unless you go during rush hours you will always find the machine for your workout waiting for you.

I workout there 3 days a week , and it feels like a second home for me, people there are so friendly and willing to help you out even if you did not pay for a personal trainer.
