Yesterday on September 17 i had the worst customer service i have ever had in my life at this store. I was really surprised the way i was treated, disrespected and denied of service from the Women that she called herself the store manager with no name tag. She was very rude, disrespectful arrogant and no leadership experience what so ever. I had one big bottle Black Level, Two cases of Cornitta, a bottle of wine and one bottle Margarita and headed to the cash register to pay and there was only one cash register with open sign and when we were pushing our staff to the register someone said go to the other register with a very unpleasant and disrespectful way while she was talking to someone. When i turned round she was just standing by the door where the carts are and she pointed to the other register even though no one was there so we said we are going to the other register she told us we can't do it . since she was very rude and disrespectful, we said we are going to check out here and she put the closed sign and told the cashier not to serve us. And I asked for the manger and she said she was the manger and she said we have two seconds to leave the store .we left the store very disappointed and empty handed. I asked her name she wouldn't tell me and I tried to ask the other employees they won't tell me either. I noticed all of them didn't have employees id or name tags.I always shop at this store and i always had an excellent service but yesterday I felt like I was discriminated and treated very badly. I will never come to your store again because I don't think the store is managed by the right people and what kind of company is that you tell your customers to leave the store within two seconds because I said i want to check out here. She threatened me. I don't know what she would do next if i didn't leave the store within two seconds. We left and went to the Tower and we had an excellent and exceptional service .

I ended up having issues remembering my pin since I was trying use a card that I have not used in a while where I keep my extra funds since my other accounts are dry at the moment (Thanks COVID-19). All I wanted was to buy a bottle of wine to relax after a long first day at my new job in a new state. I understood that they could not run my card as credit. I've worked retail before and I understand the reasoning behind that is to protect them and to get in between any fraudulent transactions that people might pull. My problem lies with the security officer on site. I went out to my car to call my bank to see if they could reset my pin over the phone. While I was on the phone, the security kept staring me down out the windows of the store and honestly just giving me bad vibes. I promise, I'm a good person who was having a bad day after waking up with my car battery dead trying to get to my new job. I only wanted a bottle of wine and a spare for later. I'm not one of the few who might come in with fraudulent cards. Tell the security guy to stand down and learn to read guests in the store better. I will not be back. I will continue my quest in looking for a decent place to get wine and liquor.

Green's is a family owned business and a community establishment with reasonably priced spirits, beer, wine, mixers, etc. The cashier staff is very friendly and will give you all the information you need if you have questions on a particular product, or need advice on a particular brand. I got a little Atlanta history lesson on the family that owns Green's from one of the employees. Green's represents a rich source of history in this city. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars for the time being is a large portion of the store is blocked off for some sort of construction or renovation. We couldn't find a particular liquor we had gone out for, but I'm sure once the renovations are over, that large section will be open and stocked. Otherwise, there's still great variety and brands available.

I used to love coming here. Great prices, great selection, and attractive store. But despite having a sign on the door about the city’s indoor mask requirement, all employees had masks on either without their nose covered or under the chin. I think I was the only customer with a mask on. The customers, maskless as they were, had more manners than the employees. Definitely didn’t catch the rona since I’m vaccinated and was in and out in five minutes. But I also won’t be returning since this place isn’t taking the pandemic seriously. I go to places that practice mitigation strategies that save lives.

They offer a decent supply but the black on black expectation of less is ridiculous... The older black gentleman in the front watched me like a hawk and with no greeting as he showed all his pearly whites to my mainstream counterparts... and then when. I asked a question... I guess he felt like, "he has the ordacity to ask me anything" Seriously... I was like brotha if you don't want to do your job cool... just point me to someone that will... and she was like why are you bothering me... oh well... Back to Tower's same selection better Service!

Well when I run to greens I try to look as homeless as possible like I've just come up through sub Terra firma and the young policeman wearing his black matching covid mask already has -his train eye on me as I cross over the parking lot -never and I mean never make eye contact and race to you special bourbon. And then your special beer and bam always have you I.D. cause if ya don't and your wearing my get-up homeless that's very chic you will have to depart minus you all important life saving booze. And your piece of mind...

I don't write enough reviews when I have a positive experience, so deciding to change that. Green's is excellent! Good pricing, great selection and I really appreciated that usually when I go, there has been an expert on the floor advising on selection (sorry forgot her name) but I really appreciated that she recommended what she thought would really be best for the drink I was making, and not just the most expensive one. She gave honest opinions! I have been back any time I had liquor needs and will continue to do so.

This location has the steepest slope parking lot I have ever seen. You should put your parking brake on. Making a left out of this location is dangerous because you cannot see around the corner. The staff is decent. They have a large selection of all wine and spirits. It is very well organized. They have specials all the time. I like grabbing their airport bottles so I can try different spirits. They provide a discount if you pay in cash.

These "guys" are awesome! While masks are highly encouraged, they do not require masks to be worn. They have tweaked their hours a little, but no biggie! They are seriously one of the few package stores within several miles who accept debit/credit cards for purchases for less than$5.00!!! The employees, while still maintaining state & store policies, are always pleasant and eager to assist!

There is a hilarious cashier here. He makes me laugh every time I come by and the staff is super friendly.REVISION - There is a very rude officer they employ that turned me away as I was exiting my car. While he did this he said "it's 11:25!" I said, I thought you close at 11:30? He responded that they don't and yet the Google maps link says otherwise. Very unprofessional and confusing!

Just tried their home delivery for the first time. Once I figured out that home delivery was only available from the Buford store the rest worked like a charm. The order was accurate. It arrived within 2 hours. The delivery person was charming (and well masked.) Since Covid, I have only been a curbside customer. Going forward I think I will only be a home delivery customer.

I love this place!!!! Even though they're remodeling, they're staff is amazing during the transition!!! They always help you find what you're looking for and are super outgoing. The selections are great and the the prices unbeatable!!! I could not recommend this place enough. They're so good that every time I have guest from out of town they always want to visit Greens!!!

Has all the alcohol you can think of. Liquors, beers, wines, etc. Prices are cheaper than I'm accustomed to paying. Highly recommended if you like to pay cheaper prices for beer, wine and liquor. They also have 2 different prices for using cash or card. Using cash will save you a few cents to a couple of dollars compared to using a card. Everyone was very help & friendly.

Good selection of liquors, beer, and wine. First impression was not positive, but stepping inside and seeing a police officer on watch put me at ease. Almost an overwhelming amount of alcohol, and they also had various mixers/ mix drink acoutremont. Every worker I encountered was very courteous and provided great customer service. My new favorite go-to liquor store.

Bring cash. Prices are below average while selection of wine and spirits is well above average. I like the other Green's location a bit better because of their walk-in craft and specialty beer coolers and the wall of bourbons but this location is less crowded and as long as you know what you want and look for help with your wine selection this is the better choice.

This was the first discount beverage location I shopped that had a higher price for Credit Cards... Your people are very nice & helpful. Your store is somewhat hard to navigate. I found a common spirit out of stock and a hard to find wine not carried which was understandable. I still spent over $100.00. Because of a difference in price, I will not be returning...

Friendly service and great selection. Access to this location is tricky because the parking lot is directly on Buford Highway at the bottom of the hill half a block from Lennox Rd. So be extra careful when leaving. Always look to your left, and be equally ready to Gun th Gas, or Stomp th Breaks. Kind of a blind curve there on Buford Hwy towards Lennox Avenue.

Green's generally has good pricing on beer, wine and liquor. Selection is decent but not comprehensive. Picked up 12 packs of canned SW420, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Mich Ultra the other day. Foe some reason (space constraints?) largest Ultra is a 12 pack (no 18s, case or 30 packs. Watch the blind driveway onto Buford Hwy as you exit. Cheers

Great online ordering system! If you are looking for a way to avoid going inside the store due to Covid-19, download their app and do a pick up order. It was user friendly and was ready in an hour. Excellent selection as always with Green's, I was able to order everything I would normally go in store to buy.

They have an excellent selection of liquors, wines, and beers. Their prices are very good as well. Compared to alot of other liquor stores I've been to, I've actually found Green's to be a little better priced on alot of their stuff. Remember to drink responsibly, I feel inclined to say lol.

My favorite liquor store in Atlanta. If I need to find anything from a wine, specialty beer or liquor, I go here. Super easy and plentiful parking. Bright and safe always with security or police patrol. People are super friendly too and have numerous sales and bargains.

Looked many places for Ardbeg Uigeadail and found it here at a good price. Picked up a cold twelve pack of Newcastle Brown Ale. And the fourth of July was a very nice day. Big selection of premium liquors, good selection of beer and wines. Helpful staff. Good prices.

Decent selection but employees are trash. I said hi how are you and thanks have a great day and she didn't say a damn word or even acknowledge my existence. Didnt even tell me what my total was. Just kept talking to her friend on her bluetooth earbuds. Wont be back.

They have a great variety of liquors. Almost anything and everything you can think of. I had the best flavors for daquiris and special drinks! Great place to be when you want to drink and have many choices.I wonder if they have older drinks just for nostalgia!

I can remember my father shopping there in the early 1070s. When Dekalb Co. was dry. I've enjoyed Greens, with their great selection of liquors and wines, my entire adulthood. Nice folks and reasonable prices. It's a great place to shop, with plenty of help.

If you go in and ask for a $10.00 bottle of wine, Tom, Lindsey, or Torrent will point you to a $10.00 bottle that tastes like a $20.00 bottle. That's the great thing about Green's. Friendly staff - Lela at the register and Austin the manager.

Manager was rude didn’t even serve me after I slid her my ID do not come here plenty of better liquor stores with better prices also when I walked in everybody was staring at me with a mad face like they’ve never seen a black person before

They have a nice craft beer selection for those who enjoy that. Their selection is very limited compared to where I usually shop and they are difficult to get in and out of. My cashier made me feel rushed and appeared irritated.

Not a lot of stores in Atlanta carry the variety of Belgian beers and Single Malt Whiskey Green's carries. Not as good as some stores in the North east but pretty good! Friendly staff make every liquor run a good experience...

Please remove the out of date Belgian beers. They are all oxidized and taste foul. Yes beer does go bad. Its called oxidation, and thats why the bad beer you sell has chunks in the bottom of the bottles. They are bad.

The clerk in the store this early afternoon 2/24/20 was very rude. Her demenour was not welcoming. Maybe she was having a bad day but she should really treat paying customers with a little more enthusiasm and respect.

I loved them. They remind me of Buster's here in Memphis. They had just about every wine and spirit you could think of and more. And the prices were very reasonable. Best part of my stay in ATL this time around.

Typically they have a good selection of all kinds of things. This last time, their single malt scotch selection was very thin. Maybe supply chain issues here as well who knows. Hope this gets better soon

Came in looking for something specifically from Masi and a super nice girl in the wine section spent time looking for one and then went online to check. I appreciate her knowledgeable help. I'll be back!

Really want to give Greens 4 stars, but their prices are just a bit too high. Selection, is great, especially for craft beer, however, they could offer better prices that they pass on to customers.

They have it all!! Inexpensive bottles of wine, as well as the expensive ones; the ones that will leave the most heavenly taste in your mouth. From one bottle or by the cases, you can't go wrong.

I get hungry too. But please put down your Papa John's pizza while you are checking me out. Nothing is grosser then someone smacking there lips and chewing up the crust while telling me my total.

Love Greens! Their selection and pricing has always been incredible and we just used their delivery and it’s a game changer. Couldn’t recommend enough and V was amazing and super helpful.

Best prices I've encountered in the city portion. Stay away from centennial Park liquor stores. Damn near twice the price. You in from out of town hit this spot.
