Amazing service ! The flowers were absolutely magnificent and the price was right ! I called just before the store closed and the owner was happy to serve me : she did a beautiful bouquet and delivered the flowers, all in less than 30 minutes. No florist in the city was willing to make a bouquet at that time cause it was late except Glas Florist. It is without doubt the best florist in town! Un service formidable, les fleurs étaient magnifiques et le prix était très juste ! J'ai appelé juste avant la fermeture et la propriétaire a été heureuse de me servir et elle a fait un magnifique bouquet et elle est aller livrer les fleurs, tout cela en moins de 30 minutes. Aucun fleuriste dans la ville n'a voulu faire un bouquet à une heure aussi tardive excepté Glas' Florist. C'est sans aucun doute le meilleur fleuriste en ville !

I wish I had read some of the reviews here before ordering. The arrangement I ordered and the one that was delivered looked NOTHING alike. I called to complain and got the same response as she has given others here. "I put in the same value even if flowers aren't the same" and "I didn't charge you extra for delivery even though it was 20 km away". Then don't say you deliver in Ottawa and surrounding area on your website!! I honestly could have purchased a $2 glass vase and $20 worth of flowers at Costco and done a better job myself -- and been $60+ ahead. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

It was Easter Weekend and I called this florist to prepare a floral arrangement and deliver it the same day if they could. I wanted to say "Thank You" to the wonderful caregivers and staff at my Mother's long term care home. I have not used this florist before, but they were the closest to the long term care home. I explained in detail what I wanted. They delivered what I asked for and more...they added a balloon to say "Thank you" too. They exceeded my expectations. (The picture was taken a few days after delivery.) Thank you for helping make joy.

This place is an absolute scam. Would rate 0 stars if it were an option. Paid $70 for flowers and an extra $20 for a delivery fee to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Not only do they fail to deliver flowers or refund me, but they have the nerve to e-mail me a confirmation that the flowers have been delivered. It's now a day after the incident and this "business" has been dodging all my calls and e-mails. Let this be your warning not to order anything from this f****** JOKE of a florist. Best believe they won't be getting away with this.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom at her apartment over the Easter w/e. Unfortunately she was admitted to hospital before the flowers were to be delivered. I contacted Glas to see if the flowers could be delivered to my mom in hospital instead. Helena promptly took care of this and my mom was delighted to receive the beautiful arrangement. I have been buying flowers from Glas for several years and have always been impressed by the service and the superb quality of the flowers. Many thanks to Helena and Glas Florist.

My son ordered flowers for his grandmother's 90th birthday to be delivered. They were delivered on time, but... Zero degree weather, the flowers were not wrapped, and got touched with cold. A $60 fresh arrangement we could have bought 10 bunches of flowers at a local grocery store and dollar store vase. Stay away from here. Would love to post pictures...was not sure how on this sight long stems stuck in a the green foam that looks like a 5 yr old did them. A zero rating but would not accept.

I just moved into my new house and am desperate for some flowers to light up my home. My friend recommended me to Glass Florist, which turns out a big favor. I brought my vases and a rough idea to the store. Helena, the store owner, spent the whole morning to make various beautiful arrangements for my choices and also gave me a lot of tips for home decoration. I am so impressed with her patience and smiles. By the way, the price is fair. I would recommend Glas Florist to everyone I know.

I usually don't write reviews but I feel like I really need to so thay people don't have to deal with what I had to deal with. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude to deal with to try to re-arrange delivery. Absolutely not accommodating. Which resulted in me receiving my flowers the 2nd day and only to be shocked that it's not what my friend ordered, much less flowers almost half of whats ordered. And in had shape ! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE

very bad experience the bouquet delivered was nothing or similar to the flowers I've ordered on line; "totally different and looks very cheap compared to what is advertised on line". when spoke to the manager their only solution was either to keep the flowers or they will send the driver to pick up the flowers for refund; they showed no sympathy or tried to compromise to satisfy client, their attitude was take it or leave it. Will not use their business anymore.

Delivery was next day service as requested, and the online ordering worked well. I had approved substitutions for flowers, as needed next day service, and if I did not approve, they could not guarantee it. However, not one flower in the bouquet delivered was what I had requested, nor was the look of the bouquet the same at all from the online picture. Why have online pictures if it won’t represent what you will buy?

I ordered flowers online for delivery on Mother’s Day. By the end of the day, they had still not arrived. While I was contacted about rescheduling or cancelling the delivery, it was very disappointing that they could not arrive on my selected day; this was due to being “overbooked” despite the date being available when I ordered. Overall, experience felt disorganized.

This was the first time I have used Glas' Florist as I am not from Ottawa. They provided such wonderful personal service and the arrangement was high quality and everything I had hoped for. Even got an email confirming delivery. The recipient told me that the delivery individual was so nice. Well deserved 5 stars and would highly recommend them.

I placed an order for the next day which they did for me without question. From what the website shows to what was delivered were two different things. Would not recommend.
