Had the best experience with a staff member by the name of Ethan today! Poor boy has Glandular Fever but yet was running around trying to help me find the perfect outfit! Super helpful, truthful opinions, just a beautiful soul. I spent about 45 minutes trying things on with my friend but she had to leave and he kept helping me (while trying to help others at the same time!) and I appreciate it greatly. Fantastic experience in store from Janelle and the team, it was lovely to meet you! After travelling from Brisbane and receiving well below average service in competitors stores in the mall, the time spent in your store was incredibly refreshing. Great retailers are hard to find these days but the girls working on Saturday were great ! I hope this feedback reaches them. I'll be back

I bought a Tommy t-shirt but I noticed the security tag was still on. Normally I would go back but I flew back to Darwin before I found it. I also destroyed the shirt trying to remove it. Other than that the staff were all great. They have a great range of clothing for all.

Received my online order from this store and my new arrival Alice in the Eve mesh top had no tag on it… and had clearly been tried on with frayed seams. The pants I ordered came in good condition but the top was horrendous.. still shocked.

Caution: This store misleads with their prices “from $10” in-store display. We found nothing available for $10 in the relevant section but store staff advised “company policy” not to remove the sign.

In a prime position at the top of Rundle Mall. Probably a younger age demographic. The store is very cramped and it is difficult to find what you are after. A bit chaotic.

Abit small, overcrowded rails but staff are always super friendly!! Especially the girl who worked on the dressing room on Saturday(19/12/20) really so helpful! Thank you

Bloke with long hair is an absolute unit, he honestly was just an all rounded killa bloke and the black guy was really cool with us, talking to us. Absolute legends.

Some nice pieces, sometimes really unique stuff as well! Incredibly friendly staff, aren't afraid of a chat, but know when to give you space to browse :)

Unfortunately the closing time for their late night doesn't align with the time stated on Google :-( went to go in at 8pm (google says 9pm).
