"It was truly odd how pushy the asian gal was about membership and other add-ons even after I emphatically stated that I only wanted the item in my hands and didn't frequent the establishment often enough to even warrant paying for any extra perks"
"Good staff that knew what they were doing"
"I've been to other "GameStop" locations&they were ALL better get this one! The store size is tiny, the workers don't seem 2 have the knowledge one would expect them to&it was crowded w/customers that no one was speaking to! Even just 2 say:"I'll b w/u in a moment"
"I feel GameStop gets over on people me and my friend went there a week ago and bought a $80 game"
"Despite the graveyard ⚰️ that is Lloyd Center, this location of GameStop seems to be perpetually busy"
It was truly odd how pushy the asian gal was about membership and other add-ons even after I emphatically stated that I only wanted the item in my hands and didn't frequent the establishment often enough to even warrant paying for any extra perks. Would've left 1 star were it not for the possibility that she has legit mental issues.
Good staff that knew what they were doing. Just an FYI, the staff are obligated to offer warranties, memberships, replacement plans, and dlc. They get fired if they don't offer you those options during a transaction. Take it up with gamestop corporate, and leave the staff alone. They get minimum wage there.

I feel GameStop gets over on people me and my friend went there a week ago and bought a $80 game. I told him GameStop was not the place to go went back to trade the game in $25 trade-in. They’re getting over on people they just need to shut down.
Despite the graveyard ⚰️ that is Lloyd Center, this location of GameStop seems to be perpetually busy. Despite that, they do a really good job of moving people through the line in a timely manner. Somehow they manage to do this while
So, my xbox decided not to work today. I called Microsoft and was over warranty, so they were unhelpful. I called gamestop and spoke to Jaime (spelling?). She was super helpful and let me to bring my xbox in and see if it was just the power
I was told by Microsoft that GameStop could help test a power cord for my Xbox. I came into this location and they said that they can’t do that. So I left and I called the GameStop on Barnes road and they said they absolutely could test the
Zero stars. Literally, by far, the WORST GameStop (honestly, maybe the worst run business) I’ve ever been to. I live close to this location, but would much prefer to go longer distances just to avoid this place. Not only are they CONSTANTLY
I was very disappointed that the cashier that was taking my games in for trade in, marked almost every single one down for being scratched/damaged when they were all in mint to near mint condition. When I questioned him, he said it was due
Horrible experience.. first off the gentleman behind the counter threw a warranty on my sale which I didn’t ask for. Second I bought a used game but he ran in the back to grab a new one. After not liking the game I tried to return it, they
Friendly staff and great selection of products. Lots of accessories, cool third-party video game controllers, computer gaming accessories and collectibles as well as both new and used games and new and used video game consoles. Parking was
Had a great experience. Staff were super friendly and helped me get what I wanted quickly and cheerfully. I was there around 4 on 12/30 and the young lady with the cape helped me. She answered all my questions, chatted with me about games
Look, if you've ever been in a GameStop, this is one. It's horrible. It's also about to shut down due to the closing of the Lloyd Center, and let me just say, if you planned to swing by for old time's sake, see if you can snag a good deal
Best employee, ever. I haven't been inside GME anywhere since before 2020, before wall street, before their radical change into what is now a debt-free , cash positive, revolutionary pioneer. GME is in position to take its time and figure
I went in to buy a used PS4 right before closing, the store was packed with only two employees. Both Jamie and Sean were handling it like troopers, even under stress, they were both very friendly and helpful the whole time I was there.
Stopped shopping at GameStop because every time id go in this store the employees were obviously stressed and tired which reflects in the company. But I did try to buy something for the first time in years 2 weeks ago and the employee
Bought a refurbished xbox and controller. Controller came not working. Support took 10 days to respond making it out of the 7 day return/swap window. (my support emails have never had a response, I had to blast them on twitter for any
Employees I've come in contact with are generally very rude. I get having a bad day or not enjoying your job but when I get hung up on after asking one question and having an answer instead of them waiting or asking if they can assist
They truly take forever!!! Do not come here if you have ANY SCHEDULE. If they didn’t have very many workers, it would be different, but they had 2 other people in the very back, just talking. It doesn’t matter if there are 10 PEOPLE
I came here during the Black Friday rush with a complicated return and Sam was so helpful and kind to me. As hot and hectic as it was in there, the entire staff was charming and willing to help and made it such a pleasant experience.
It's not the employees fault corporate forces maximum profitability and ruins customer experience. It's generally better to go online and get a better price because it's just not an enjoyable experience here. I hate the constant up
Staff has always been knowledgeable in my experience...even when i asked about some obscure game(s) i saw on their shelf. I like their game selections and their prices are fair, for the most part pretty on par with the market.
Store is hard to move around in a wheelchair. The aisle leading to the registers is too narrow making it difficult to get the attention of employees if they are behind the counter and impossible to get to the registers.
One cashier was very nice, polite, and professional. The other one, a girl with green hair, seemed agitated and rushed all the guests. I think she was stressed over a long line. Please try to keep cool next time.
I came here to sell my switch lite thinking I would at least $60 or so, they offered me $21, I thought that was ridiculous but I sold it on Facebook marketplace for $80
Great customer service and good knowledge of products I felt the second time in found exactly what I need and totally happy with me controller and headset
The lady at the desk needs to learn to take no for an answer made buying very awkward because she was so pushy about memberships and warranties.
A blast from the past. Haven't been in one for 20 years. Good to know we have one in Lloyd Center.
Nothing horrible but nothing exceptional just a place to get a game.
Helpful and knowledgeable from personal experience
