This is by far the worst service that I have received and witnessed in an adelaide restaurant. We came in for dinner, and there was one girl at the restaurant who didn't greet at all. She looked at us like we were lost, not even a Hi or Hello. So we asked for a place to sit, and she brought us a menu and gave no instructions for ordering until I asked her. The restaurant wasn't busy at all as we were the only ones there at the time. She basically didn't even have a smile on her face, her actions were more like treating someone you don't like, I'm saying this because there was a local couple at the time and her reaction to them was quiet different. The food was pretty good, and portion sizes are average. We had Delhi fish pakora, fusion chicken curry, and chilli cheese spinach naan, which were all good. We also had Koththu Parotta chicken, which was the main reason to try this restaurant. Koththu Parotta was pretty dry and had no flavour, so I won't be recommending that ❌️. And in the end, as usual, the same girl didn't bother to ask us about the food, acted as she didn't want to talk. Just punched the numbers on the eftpos machine and pointed towards me, and there was no thank you or good night. These are just simple etiquette, but for some reason, she didn't have it. Once again, it was very bad service. Will never return or recommend!

(Dine in) I bought a coupon to use at this restaurant & was pleasantly surprised! I had just spent a weekend eating at 'highly rated' restaurants/kitchens in the Barossa (that I only gave 3 stars) & admit that Fusion India had tastier food, better portions & more reasonable prices, minus the pretentiousness. The Dosa was DELICIOUS! (I could've eaten just these for dinner). We tried the Butter chicken & Beef Saag (both yummy), but the Lamb Malabar was the stand-out from our selection, Yum! The meat was tender, the sauces were thick & full of flavour (we asked for Medium but I would've been happy with 'hot'), the rice was fluffy & the cheese Naan was cheesy. The house-white, we chose with our coupon, was a mild half-decent fruity Pinot Gris which worked well with the food. Our server was quiet but friendly (3 loud women may have been a little intimidating) & even after we finished they weren't trying to push us out of the door as we sat chatting for another hour or more. I suppose my only critique is that the Gulab Jamun needed more Cardamom & the rose syrup could've been more rosey. Also, for night owls & late workers, they are open until 11pm! I recommend you give them a try :-)

Apart from the TV being on, this place has a good atmosphere. (As there weren't many other customers in there at the time, the staff were happy to turn the TV off.) Indian Bollywood style music in the background and nice furnishings and paintings. The food is absolutely delicious, a good range of very tasty dosas and they can easily change the chilli factor for any dish. The table service is very friendly and accurate in taking orders and serving. The only thing was that it was very slow. Once ordered, the food came in a timely manner but we always waited a long time for anyone to come and take our orders in the first place, for mains and then desserts later. (They do have many customers also ordering take away, we figured.) But I would definitely come back again due to the food!

One star to your service as it didn’t allow me for 1/2 star. First we entered the place with friends yesterday.. no one came to us to ask on where to sit. Then we went on the counter and they said go there and sit .. after 30 mins wait (when the restaurant says closing time 11 am some one comes and takes the order , then we ordered food which was worth 89 dollars told them food was not upto the mark ..in a good way .(the waitress goes and start. Complaining to the cook ) while we were at the door . Thoda to rukh jaate .. humare jaane k wait kar lete ) . Waiter a d cook started abusing us .. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . GO THERE ONLY IF YOUR WANT YOUR DAY SCREWED UP !!!REALLY UPEST WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE ….!

Very bad servicing the girl serving she was wearing specs height is ok was too rude we were talking to her she just walk out really bad service no doubt food was awesome I just ask for bowl than she explained it was busy after that the person with me gone to ask for takeaway she just ignore him 3 4 time so we left all the food but one thing we will never come back to restaurant this is bad experience even foreigners know how to greet people even the 6 people table gone angry by her service they even not have food

If I could give less than 1 star, I would do!! The quality of food was pretty good 2-3 years ago, but it has significantly changed over the past 12-18 months! Not sure why, maybe different chef or maybe it has been sold to someone else! Comparing to other Indian restaurants in Adelaide you will be paying premium, but wont get quality even close to what you expect !! Before ordering chicken tikka, I asked the waitress if they cook it fresh or they warm it up, and she responded “It will be cooked completely fresh / no microwave”. I ordered half chicken tikka and when started eating I realised the chicken was cold !! Not happy at all and won’t recommend this place at all.

Amazing food. Tried kadhai paneer and chicken 65. Chicken 65 had an amazing ginger flavour and the kadhai paneer had a great flavour. The place is pretty much open until late for the orders. Do visit the place if you are in Cbd for delicious Indian food. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Value for money 5/5. Definitely recommended.

Thought it's going to be better. Came back almost after a year of having another bad experience. Paneer tikka masala tasted like sugar added to it though i asked to make it hot. Aaloo kulcha is a joke. It used to be a really nice place to eat, dosa used taste really nice. Not sure if the management changed or what happened to chef but the food taste has changed a lot. No longer a recommended place.

This is to me Adelaide’s best Indian restaurant. Sometimes when I come here, I have to remind myself that I’m not in India - because the customer service, food, decor and warmth can trick you into thinking you’re in India. We came here for two birthdays and the staff went out of their way to surprise us. The food quality has been consistently good and as vegetarians we are pleased with the variety of options on the Menu. This place is a pure delight and a must visit!

My partner and I had a lovely dinner here with our new born. I have dietary requirements of dairy and soy free whilst breastfeeding and they couldn’t have been more accommodating ! Wow! I can highly recommend Fusion Restaurant. The staff were so friendly, polite, clean and happy! The food was amazing especially the Lamb Malabar *drools*. Even the rice was amazing and cooked perfect and fluffy. Prices are very reasonable and they are open til late. I will definitely be back.

This restaurant is a blot on North Indian Cuisine. I ordered some veg and non-veg starters through menulog. It broke all records to delay and food quality. Worst food ever, leaving the time it took to deliver. Of course, menulog blamed the restaurant for this "amazing" service. Absolutely uncooked food; undercooked chicken, smelly veg, raw spices, worst ever paneer tikka. First and last food order. Thank you.

17-Jun-2022: Sorry about this honest feedback but this is really a pathetic place. Went here for Dinner with my family. Ordered Gobi Manchurian, Tuna pakora and Biriyani. Gobi had too much tamarind paste and Biriyani was Tomato rice with chicken. They were chopping Onion in the kitchen and it was irritating our eyes. Toilet was so bad. Overall was a bad experience.

Ordered off Menulog was a pretty speedy delivery got the butter chicken which was lovely besides obviously getting mild and it still being a tad spicy. Rice was lovely and cheese garlic naan was awesome definitely ordering again might call up so I can get the spice dialled down a bit overall awesome food and service

Amazing experience with the best Indian food I've ever had and I've had alot. The service was impeccable with the friendliest and most helpful staff and I will be a repeat customer for life. Went yesterday for my best friend's son 7th birthday and enjoyed their lip smacking food. We was served samosa, paneer pakoda and chilly chicken; seriously nothing to be faulted. Main was equally good and tasty. Every dish was made with full of flavour and well balanced. The staff was really friendly and polite. Definitely will visit this place again.

We were the only customers upon entering the restaurant. The waitress was friendly and attentive and as it was a hot evening, insisted we sat at a table closer to the air conditioning outlet making it more comfortable for us. Food was delicious and a choice was given as to how hot the curry would be. Overall a pleasant meal.

I tried the Chicken Biryani through uber eats and it was a great selection. Fresh, warm, Good portion; rather larger if i may with alot of chicken (pretty rare to find). Tasted amazing and am looking forward for trying other menu items as well.

The most sublime saag paneer I have ever eaten. Good prices, great portions. I personally avoid dining in due to awful music (just not my personal taste), however this particular instance Indian RnB/chillout was playing instead of raucous noise. It was perfect. Hands down the best Indian food i've had in Adelaide. The Butter Naan were made fresh to order and were the softest i have ever had. Huge variety of really tasty dishes. Not your run-off-the-mill Indian restaurant. The street food and starters are interesting and well prepared. They have a bunch of Dosas as well, superbly made. Reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact that a "hot or spicy" dish is still fairly mild for my taste.

Good collection of Indian alcohol plus dishes. Would do the spice accordingly and with be original taste of food still be there. Some people don’t know how to maintain the dishes but they do very well. Good job guys

Driven past this place 100 times. Its on an awkward corner, but there is a carpark off the side street. The food was fresh, delicious and tasty. The Service was excellent. Will definitely be going for a sit-down meal soon.
