I decided to go with an adjustable bed due to my health. So I did some research and decided on the Serta brand of mattress and adjustable base. Then I phoned Serta Cda and was quoted a price & delivery of 4 to 6 wks, I asked if it could be delivered earlier than that because of my health and he responded that he couldn't. Then he suggested I check out local suppliers of their products which led me to the "Mattress Super Store" after talking to the 10 other serta supplier's in Edmonton. The salesman named Ish was the reason I chose this store. Unlike other Salesman he didn't try to up sale me "at all". He listened to my request and said he would check on the availability of my choice and get back to me. Within the hour he got back to me with a delivery date and price for me which was only 100.00 more than Serta & shorter delivery. I made the purchase and waited for it to arrive. The day before delivery he had received half of the package he phoned and was apologetic with the error that the supplier had made. Which I found refreshing, Usually on my experience I'm the one that has to call &ask what is going on. The day the remainder of my order showed up was a couple of weeks ago in the worst weather and I suggested that the next day would be fine, But he said that I waited long enough and his delivery team would be showing up even if it was after hours. True to his word two men named Howie & Mike arrived and set up the bed. They took the time to Explain everything to me as they set it up ,so I would be able to dismantle and move at a later time. Not once did Howie or Mike make me feel uncomfortable and even asked if I would like to keep the mattress cover to protect it should I move as they were cleaning up from the install. So I would recommend if you are looking for a bed go here and ask for Ish

Awful services..rude staff.. bought a very expensive dining table from them and wood polish started coming off in less than a month..has visible white patches now. shared our concerns with them and they rudely said now you have bought it we cant do anything about it. So we have to deal with these white pathetic patches on our new dining table. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT & SERVICES... i have attached the picture here of the patches all over the table. They had called after reading my google review & email with the pictures attached. we told them to refund the money we wasted on this product but they said we will let you know what we can do. After constant follow ups they said max what they can do is send us the same table but a different piece. we knew the quality would still be the same so we told them to replace the table with a better quality table (if they have any). They refused to do so and had sent the same table but a different piece..unfortunately we had to again call and tell let them know that the table they have again sent has the same white patches.. NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO OUR EMAILS COMPLETELY...THEY ARE IGNORING US as they dont want to refund our money!! HOW CAN ANY COMPANY IGNORE YOUR EMAILS SO THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO RETURN YOUR MONEY.

This review is for Ajit ( sales) Nov 19/20 and the 2 delivery guys on Nov 24/20 . First of all Ajit is wonderful! She helped me out on Thursday Nov 19/20. There is so much high quality pieces there and everything to suit everyone’s budget. Also a lot of sofas , sectionals,etc.. made right here in Alberta!!! There was absolutely no pressure to buy . Ajit is fantastic! And now for the 2 delivery guys.. 5 stars for them!! They delivered and set up in the delivery time that was given to me. They both were wearing masks too. They delivered in an apartment and made sure nothing was touching the ground / floor/ elevator/ hallway!!!! I am very impressed and so happy they did all those things. We purchased a couch and love seat through furniture superstore and it was an excellent experience from sale to delivery. The salesman upon purchase was respectful and helpful and made the in store experience very positive. He also provided us with a quick delivery time for the furniture as well which we were thankful to have the products sooner than expected. Upon delivery, the furniture was delivered to us in excellent condition and the guys who delivered the furniture were respectful, quick, tidy, and friendly. Overall, excellent staff and great furniture!

Bedframe and mattress delivered within estimated timeframe. Howie and Mike did a wonderful job with the delivery service! Called on the day of delivery, gave an accurate estimate for time of arrival, called when they were on their way. Great communication between to two to avoid and scratches and light fixtures. They explained how to safely readjust the bedframe when needed, explained how to take apart the bedframe if moving. Installed the bedframe correctly. They were both very professional and personable. In and out within the hour. 5/5 would recommend.

Found this place by accident and I found the perfect sofa. They have a good selection at a variety of price points. I was able to find a solid well made couch here that should last for years. I ended up buying the floor model and it was delivered the next week. The delivery guys took their shoes off without being prompted and were sure to make sure everything was set up and placed to my liking. He even adjusted the accent pillows to make sure they looked just right - which cracked me up!

We were helped by Kevin. We looked almost all the furniture stores in EDM but the price & quality we get here in compare with other brand names are much better. So I would must recommend everyone to visit here at least once before making your final decision with any other furniture store. I am waiting for the bedroom package to be arrived at my new home so will definitely review again about their quality and installation service at the time of delivery.

Writing under my online pseudonym (my first name is Nigel): we had a mattress delivered today and the two guys couldn’t have been nicer. They arrived when they said they would, they wanted to slip their shoes off when coming into the house carrying the mattress, and when they had removed the cover, they asked to wash their hands before lifting it into place. 100% recommended, could not have asked for more. It was an awesome delivery. They called when we were told they would and came within the time period they said. We live in a walk up condo building with narrow stairs and they handled it great. They treated my home like their own. They removed their shoes but what really impressed me was that they washed their hands between taking the mattress out of the bag and pacing it on the box spring. Thanks for caring.

I would not step back into this store, the price of the chairs I was interested in changed 3 times. only going higher with each discussion with the young salesman. He ran to the back of the store for discussion first saying $169 then $200. and then said $229.00. It should be noted these chairs had no price tags though some others did. Seems a poor way to run a business and I felt like I was being lied to.

This review is just for the delivery service provided by Michael and his partner on 11/13. Very professional guys. You did an amazing job!! Just 2 of them moved the complete bedroom furniture to second floor with so much ease. Also, they cleaned up afterwards and picked up every tiny piece of packaging. So impressive. Went to store bought 1 king and 1 queen matress, sales rep there Jamie there was very helpfull. To be honest he actually had knowledge of the product, I asked him probably 15 question regarding products and I was satisfied. Delivery guys did q great job droped the mattress on given time all the down to to rooms.

Very over priced. Makes sence why it was so empty. There is also not much staff there to help. I saw 1 person when i walked in but no greeting or hello. He just kept playing on his phone. They have nice design quality furniture and canadian made items, you can choose your colour and they ll make it. But don’t go there expecting discount furniture (like dresser or desks under $200) like you can find easily at Ikea. Also I didn’t like the smell when I entered.
