it seemed like one of those days when things just are not going the way they should. I pride myself on being a patient person but today it just seemed like the devil had it out for me; issue after issue....! i almost just called it a day and gave up on my plans to insure my truck today but then i was able to contact Ms. Rodriquez, and my day slowly began to fall into place, she was cordial, very upbeat, seemed to really care, good people and i'm sure an awesome employee! I called there today really frustrated sitting at the dealership waiting to leave with my brand new 2019 car. The first rep I spoke with didn’t return my call with a quote. My experience over the phone with one of the agents was awful. They want the money upfront which is fine. Because we always do a 1 year policy. But they refuse to send the policy for me to look at!! Is this a joke? I’ve never heard of such a thing.
