Debra was the name given to me when I asked the lady as mentioned in previous comments dark red hair tattoos, but after checking my receipt Madison was apparently the clerk cheers for the lemon slices although it didn’t make up for the fact that not only My partner and myself but other customers in the store left shaking our heads at your pathetic view of customer service and that your clearly a disloyal employee, either a lier to customers against your stores policy or logged in under other employees names.

The employee working on the 26th of February around 3pm, female dark hair and tattoos had the worst customer service. Not only was she rolling her eyes she overcharged me for my food. I requested my refund and she wasn’t even empathetic for the mistake. There’s others out there that would be grateful to have your position, go find a job you actually enjoy.

My car was broken down on the way to work. I pulled up to this petrol station within a minute 2 staff member Nathan and the manager - Nikkita came and helped me out as soon as possible. Nikkita made sure I was safe and offered me coffee. This kind gesture made my day. Thank you again Nikkita and Nathan.

Clean, super-convenient stop-off point...get their discount-card/membership as they're often the cheapest around with the special discounts that come up via text/email. We live in Toowong and get price-gouged locally, so we go out of our way to find Freedom pumps.

Great cheap prices everytime on fuel , big lanes and an incredible old school $8.50 burger, chips and can of drink deal which you cannot beat in South East Qld!!! Did not finish all my chips as serve was huge. This is the fuel spot on the west side of bris.

Usually ok food, good bacon and egg burgers, but often rubbish. Lukewarm hot food items, yuck! A toasted ham cheese and tomato sambo had 3 tiny laser sliced tomato ends. I asked for some actual tomato then and gave up after a long wait. Try harder!

I came into the store to use the bathroom and to purchase a few items and the toilets were disgusting considering that there is a global pandemic happening right now and a guy named Grant served me with such bad attitude, very rude!

Just a big thanks to the team at Darra south for being so accommodating for the bike group. This will be a great relationship and can’t wait to see where this takes us. Thanks again we can’t thank you enough!!!!

Great all around servo Nice and hot food, convenient store, phone charging station, and there is a toilet too... Good truck stop but fewer parking space and showers still need to be built.... 22-1-2020

The atmosphere was like that of a tranquil lakeside setting, the wait staff were friendly to the point of disbelief, and the food has expanded my mind to a whole world of culinary opportunities.

Just indulged in the $8 Hamburger, Chips and Drink and already looking forward till lunchtime tomorrow where I'll dive into another one. Best restaurant in Darra hands down.

Genuinely come here for a quick snack and a nap while at work .. has a good trucker lounge with everything you need .. only problem is when the junkies are lingering around

Expensive. Petrol prices in Richlands are always cheaper. They charge a premium because they don't have any close by competition.
