I have been coming to this petrol station for years as it is my local and I prefer to support local and small where I can. I have previously had nothing but good customer service until recently. Tonight I was abused by a large aggressive male worker who stopped my pump to yell at me for "playing on my phone". I was stunned. I had merely opened my app in readiness for going inside. Which I explained. He raged at me some more then went back inside. The rudeness and vaguely menacing behaviour then continued when I went inside to pay at the register. I felt shaken and unsafe. He was alot bigger than me and aggressive. I'm never going back there again. Whether he thought it was a safety issue or not is frankly tenuous and beside the point. The way he acted was out of line and frightening.

Had an extremely bad customer service experience Saturday 22/9/2018. The middle age male employee working this day was rude and dismissive. Barely said hello, thank you or goodbye and had a borderline hostile attitude towards me. If this person is an employee then they clearly need training and possibly some mental assistance, if they are the owner then this place is going down hill. I will actively be avoiding this establishment now and will happily go to other servos in the area.

When I asked to use the toilet last week during the school rush hour, the operator guy told me he cannot let me use it. Because the previous user had soiled it and he can't bother cleaning it. Very rude and unfriendly customer service from the desk operator as I cannot find any place to go. Never going to go there for even to buy fuel ever again.

Was great! Angus the legend assisted me to pump up the tires was, friendly and knowledgeable. Service was outstanding and highly enjoyable over all. If you're passing by and the fuel light is on, would definitely recommend. Perhaps even a low tank... (Has toilet)

I leave 4 doors down from them, the prices are always cheaper here as is the friendly service. You even get the $4c discount if you fill up 35l or more without asking for it. Love to help out the independents ;)

Almost always the best price on fuel in the area and counter staff are always cheery. Eftpos and mechanic onsite

I go here as I have a discount card, getting me at least 6c off per litre. Cheap and convenient
