Good selection of shoes, but the staff member was really off putting. I went in ready to buy 4 pairs of shoes - Birkenstocks & Frankie4 boots/sandals. Unfortunately the lady was not great at communicating. Her approach to sharing her advice / experience came across as very judgemental and made me feel stupid for asking some pretty basic questions? I purchased one pair in store but will take my business online for the other three pairs (approx $550 of my business lost). Shopping in a store is something I don't always get a chance to do. I enjoy supporting small retail business so I feel its a shame some stores don't recognise this is their opportunity to shine! Online shopping is tough competition -- good customer service in store should be your sales advantage. Next visit to Brisbane city I hope my experience improves. All the best.

Great store and workers! Kellie went above and beyond to help me out with getting a pair of Birkenstocks before I went on holidays. I walked into the store a minute before it closed thinking that the store shut at 6pm not 5:30 and Kellie graciously let me stay in the store to try on a couple of pairs and purchase my Birks after the store had closed. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life honestly. I’ll definitely be back when I need a new pair of birks

Staff member was rude during my visit. Bluntly asked me not to try stand on a sandal (which I knew was was too small) I was testing for the look in the mirror. I felt I was inconveniencing her and unwelcome. Made me not want to spend the money in the store and have my experience of her asosoaited with the shoe in the future. Should have said to her that she had a poor customer service attitude.

I highly recommend shopping at Footgear Queens Plaza. I was urgently looking for a pair of comfortable walking shoes and the service provided was exceptional. Thanks google for helping me find this wonderful store. Definitely worth a visit and I will be using their online service for future purchases due to living in Nth Qld. Thanks again Footgear.

The people here are so super nice and helpful! I was anxious and they were very kind and helpful and kept trying similar styles of shoes when I had trouble and it was great! Jayjay is the lady who helped me and she was amazing! She helped me fit into the shoes by putting an insole and extension thingy. It was really clever to do that. Thank you!

Since the shoes that I wanted was not available in their store Frankie4 Jackie, she quickly arranged the delivery. I was very happy with the service and the product.

The staff here were so very patient and helpful. I feel I got them to get every shoe from the back for me to try and they were busy, but did so without making me feel as I was a bother. I did eventually find a very comfy shoe. Thank you ladies, well done

Wide selection of comfortable and fashion shoes for those who want good quality shoes. Great to see the store carrying different brands from Naot, Frankie4, Ecco, Birkenstock, Vionic and others. The service can seem abrupt and cold but helpful. Ironic I know.

Shopkeeper is rude and arrogant. She was not willing to give fresh pair although she had as she got the shoe of same side as in display when asked for the next side, which shows her intentions. If you want bad experience of shopping do visit.

I have some feet issues which makes it hard to get comfortable shoes. Margaret went out of her way to show me all possible shoe brands and styles and I ended up buying 2 pair. I couldn’t have asked for more friendly, helpful service.❤️
