Exceptional Customer Service at Footlocker Fairview Montreal My recent visit to Footlocker Fairview Montreal exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. When I entered the store with a specific preference in mind, I was disappointed to learn that my desired shoes were not available. However, the store manager, Cherry, went above and beyond to assist me. Cherry offered to check the availability of the shoes at other stores, and fortunately, one of them had the pair I wanted. The only challenge was that I was on holiday and flying back on Monday, making it difficult to pick them up. At this point, I was about to leave the store empty-handed, but Cherry came to the rescue. She kindly offered to purchase and hold the shoes for me, ensuring that they would be available for pick-up at the Fairview store by the upcoming weekend. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable. I was able to collect my preferred shoes on Monday, thanks to Cherry's exceptional service and the helpfulness of the entire Footlocker team. I am immensely grateful for their efforts and their dedication to ensuring I got the product I desired. I can't express how delighted I am with this next-level customer service experience."

Hello, I recently went to Foot Locker at Fairview Pointe Claire and bought a pair of CONVERSE sneakers. I was served by Keevon S. that gave me the best service ever because I was in a hurry he was quick to find me what I was looking for... However, the next day, after putting on my new sneakers I noticed they were falling off my heels, so I'm guessing they were too big. So I went back to the store not knowing if they can do anything to help me, well they did, Keevon once again got me a smaller size and these one's were perfect. As I went to the cashier to explain my story Samuel F. served me and without hesitation and a very pleasant attitude made the exchange. WOW what a GREAT team these people are... Wanted to share my wonderful experience at this amazing store. Douglas gave me what was one of the greatest customer experiences I have ever had. He was polite, charismatic and full of knowledge about shoes. He was so passionate about the products and I learned so much from him and it was a blast doing so. I felt like I was talking to an old friend, even though it was the first time we ever met. This experience has totally sold me on only going to this store (he said if he wasn't there ask for Diageo) and I will be recommending this store to anyone that is looking for Jordans. Also Foot Locker please get more Jordans (Retro A1s)! Douglas if you are reading this, never change! 12/10

The worst experience I had in this shop. I wanted to exchange my shoes and from mall angrignihon they check inventory and said you will have your size in Fairview mall, I just arrive and explain situation to assistant manager who was in charge, he told us without check we don’t have!!!! I asked him please check again because is not possible… he went and during times he back I asked to other salesman to bring the size, he came and said NO doesn’t exist!!!! And his colleagues brings my size…. I shucked and told him what’s going on? He was super RUDE and said whatever …. I think is such shame for this BRAND and this Store….

i would give 0 ⭐️ if i could. went in there. planned to buy 2 pairs of shoes for me, 2 pairs for my fiance and a pair for each of my kids.. 7 pairs total.. One blond female worker, ignored us the entire time. honestly thought she was a manniquin but when a aimilar looking female came in she greeted and went to help her right away. Then after 15 minutes this other kid was done with a customer. stood there on his phone and seemed upset when i asked for a size of shoe. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Id be soo embarassed if i managed or owned that store.

I went around 3h today and the girl that served my friend and I was so rude. My friend was asking her simple questions and asking her politely to go get a couple sizes and she was literally rolling her eyes and just being super rude as if WE were bothering her. Also the guy at the cash came and yelled at my friend for touching one of the basketballs. Seriously worse customer services ever. They couldn't care less and we are for sure not coming back.

Zero customer service and staff has no sense..I think now footlocker is that brand who just want to make money ...no variety and no exactly size...The staff has no sense which things is avilable in stock or whts the procedure for return..First they told us yes you can come to the store after they told us sorry these size are not available.please dont visit this store...seriously redicilous..Poor sense and poor service

I m waiting in line for the cash and the two people tht are being served at cash the cashier's are super slow and dont seem like they know what they r doing. I wanted to leave the store!!!!! Went to the store today on Aug.24, 2022 the incompetent Indian cashier used my gift card and said I have to call customer care now. So I can no longer purchase the shoes. This is disgusting and unacceptable!!!

If i could give no stars i would have. This place does not care about customers or customer service. I have been in multiple times and each time the workers were more into thier own weekend party plans and girls they want to "bang" to even say hello. I was with my daughter and the language used by the workers was jaw dropping. I wouldnt bother with this location

Probably the most useless shoe store in Montreal. In 15 years of passing by it in the mall, the only item I ever bought was a blue adidas hoodie, not even shoes. The employees that get hired there are literally immobile lazy robots. The only work they do well is slipping limited releases through the back to their friends. Hopefully they close it down for good.

Horrible experience at this Foot locker; not a single employee asked if we needed help they were too busy speaking amongst themselves and or on their mobile phones. I had to speak out loud “that nobody works here ?!” In order to get assistance for a shoe size. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but when it comes to customer service this place lacks it.

Staff was rude and was like they didn’t know anything about shoes .Was asking simple questions on the model to purchase a shoe and got no answer whatsoever .so I left without buying anything . Rather go to exclucity where people actually know what they’re selling . Worst foot locker I been to on the island

Went shopping there not long ago for some new shoes. They have a great selection of new arrivals, great brands are offered. Service is very good, had a glue smudge on one of the shoe and they instantly went to get me another pair. Definitely worth the stop and I will make sure to come back!

Went to exchange shoes they gave me a run around wasn't impressed lying to my face about not finding the bill ...I am a Manger in retail I know how this works .wanted another pair they refused and gave me my money I will never shop there again

Ordering online is definitely more pleasant than visiting this store, I truly hope it closes, the sales associates are too busy, chating with each other, I had to interrupt there little conversation to get some service, never again.

The staff were great, even on a Saturday, they had plenty of stock for the Nike's. They helped to size my son and we were out in good time! The pricing was pretty much the same as everywhere else but the selection is great.

The employee Hannah is extremely rude. I walked in asking her a question and she was immediately rude and wasn’t helpful at all in Fairview mall. She did not help me and has horrible customer service I wanted to walk out.

Went a girl asked me about a size we wanted for me and my son then she disappeared to I don't know where it was an easy 500$ is it because I am white? That she didn't want to help me

Carrefour Angrignon to avoid as the manager and owner don’t care about how their staff service customers, I lost my whole morning there to return and item that was defective!

This store and workers were so awesome with a complicated gift return. Brandon, Sandro and the shift lead all worked together to help me out efficiently and effectively.
