I was today at 12:00 pm at flower depo, planning to purchase a bouquet for my friends birthday. The flowers were really nice but i did not end up getting a bouquet just because the girl who was supposed to help me wasn't doing her job at all. She was really rude to me, it almost gave me the impression that she couldn't actually be bothered to help me or arrange a bouquet for me. She was even too lazy to answer just two questions that i had and her behaviour made me leave all disappointed. Such a loss of time Please work on your customer service. Thank you

I came in with my wife today hoping to get some flowers from Flower Depo in the mall heading to the Governor House to pay respect for the Late Queen Elizabeth II. We ended up getting them from Woolies fresher and much cheaper and most importantly with a much much better customer service than your staff!! You need to hire staffs who love and have passion with flowers, good customer service AND care about your business! Good luck!

Wanted to buy my mother a bunch of flowers, when I finally got the ladies attention, I asked her if she could put together a bunch of flower as some of the flowers on display looked dried. She gave me attitude and walked away mid way through explaining herself, iv bought many bunches of flowers here and never again. Extremely disappointing wouldnt recommend

Beautiful flowers but the service could certainly be improved. Stopped by today to pick up some birthday flowers and the lady working wouldn’t even return a smile let alone assist me. Disappointing when you want to support small businesses like these.

Today as we are walking past my son stopped to smell allthe flowers and this lovely florist gave him a free rose. He went on to give it to his little friend who is a girl. It was so cute …

Not helpful and full of attitude. Was inquiring about making a bouquet, and she did not want to help. Walked away before I could finish asking a question. Will not be returning

Went here at 5:50pm today only to be told I couldn’t purchase because they’d ‘settled the eftpos machine’. Hopeless customer service, sadly a recurring theme in the reviews
