Ordered a bunch of flowers for pick up later. Seemed like they put all the oldest flowers in it to get rid of them. They were going to change but I did not see it could be fixed. I was the one left worse off as spent another $20, therefore total $80 to buy an already on display arrangement. Trying to pull the wool over my eyes as the $80 bunch had more than twice the amount of flowers than the $60 bunch I had initially requested. Would not be going back nor recommend to anyone. Note it was the day before Valentines day but still no excuse. Thank you for the offer to have them returned and refunded however not an option when I have gifted the second box. Would have been nice to have that offer when I expressed my dissapointment on the day of pick up Have updated my review as they have gone above and beyond with customer service. Still offerring a refund and replacement even though I have gifted the flowers by making personal contact through Facebook. Lovely they have old fashioned business values and did not just see me as a number. A job well done in the end.

I'm in Malaysia. I wanted to send a surprise birthday bouquet to my friend in Adelaide on a Sunday, which I ordered the day before on Saturday (roughly 12 hours before I wanted it delivered actually). Silly me, I didn't think to check if the store was open on a Sunday so when my friends husband sneakily messaged me asking when it's suppose to arrive and for the store number to better coordinate - I was dismayed to see it was closed! He also checked their terms and noted that it said they don't deliver on Sundays. I thought it was an online order mistake and I would have to sort it out on Monday. So they went out to the museum. LO & BEHOLD! Delivery happened on time! The courier was so lovely when he called me in confusion saying no one was home! I called my friend, then she contacted him and he kindly sent it to her right away at the museum! The bouquet was/is gorgeous! Worth every penny. Will order only from this florist in future.

Marisa was fantastic to deal with and WROTE DOWN everything we needed on the 6th of Feb for our parents Sapphire wedding anniversary on the 9th. We settled on blue accent ribbons and to colour the baby's breath flowers blue to really get some Sapphire colour into the arrangement. However after picking it up there were no blue flowers anywhere, the whole arrangement was white apart from 3 or 4 decorations. Even a monstera leaf had been spray painted white. The lady who presented it seemed very proud of the upgraded box with a blue string wrapped around it. Apart from that the flowers were lovely but the one thing I needed that wasn't there is reflected in this rating. Thanks for your response. I'm glad YOU think it was spectacular. We definitely didn't want orchids, thanks for the suggestion and definitely DID want blue baby's breath. You don't get what you pay for I guess.

I was told to never order from them again because of their mistake! Absolutely terrible! I placed my flower order on Friday and gave them a call a few hours later because I hadn't received my digital receipt and they said they were having a busy day which is totally okay! They were also open on Saturday and still didn't receive anything! I called back on Monday to check if they have my correct email and they said they would send it because they were ' too busy.' I got a call back from Marisa telling me ' Don't you have better things to do? We are too busy. Don't order from us again.' I shut the phone on their face because clearly she has no idea how to treat a customer. How rude! Telling your customer to never order again when you should be sorry! I need the receipt for my company! I am also busy with my work! Don't recommend at all!

I went to this place because it had very good reviews. However my experience was rather mixed. Good: Marisa is lovely and very attentive to details. She made me feel special and constructed an arrangement based on what I wanted. When I came to collect I asked if I can have an extra flower added (pompom) and she was happy to do that free of charge. Bad: The flowers are quite expensive and don't last very long. I paid $120 for a bouquet that would normally cost $80 at other places. The pompom started dying the next day, while the roses were tiny and started dying a day later. Perhaps the problem is the foam base that they are kept in? I am not sure. Conclusion: there are better shops for the same value and I will not return.

This is a beautiful shop with a wide array of floral arrangements and accessories at competitive prices. I recently made a purchase of a beautiful rose to be delivered to a dear friend. The recipient was not home at the time, and the deliverer did not want to leave it on the porch in case of theft. The owner contacted me, and he subsequently delivered it himself at no extra charge for the second delivery. My friend was absolutely thrilled with her beautiful gift. The owner went above and beyond throughout the entire process, from offering suggestions based on my requirements, through to delivery. Highly recommended. I definitely will be back.

My mum got me a bunch from here for my birthday, and unfortunately flowers were old, started to die within days to a week. Even the foliage was torn or had holes in that time. Not worth it for the price paid. It was a surprise, otherwise I would have warned her not to because I ordered a bunch from here for a friend a few years ago when her dad died and she said they were old too. The arrangements are pretty but two bad experiences is enough for me to want to leave this review. (If you do buy from here don't get orchids, lillies or snapdragons in your arrangement)

After being let down by a well known florist in Nth Adelaide I decided to go to this florist. The flowers were exceptional, they made them fresh for me while I waited, great job looked fantastic. My brother also purchased a small bouquet on the day that was a great price point and value for money with lovely fresh flowers, they were for my mums 83rd birthday she was tearful with joy and overwhelmed with such beautiful flowers. After much running around all over town, I remembered a Florist I have used many, many times previously for special occasions and the ever important flowers for funerals and bereavement purposes. I Googled Marisa by business name and to my great surprise, I was being taken out of Salisbury - NOT into John Street. Flowers by Marisa - John St Salisbury Please be very careful with your choice of Florist. Avoid imitations and the embarrassment of a poor choice. Marisa's flowers are fresh, bright and arranged beautifully!!!

I bought a bouquet of flowers yesterday for my partner, when we transferred the flowers to a vase (as soon as I got home) the stems were brown, slimy and unsalvageable and the flowers were already starting to wilt. It looked as though they were a week old. I am disappointed as they were extremely overpriced in the first place. We ended up throwing out most of the flowers and keeping the ones that could be salvaged, but we shouldn’t have had to do this in the first place. A disappointing experience.

This business literally saved my daughter's wedding day! Our original florist, who we booked a year in advance, ghosted us the day before the wedding... literally took the money and ran. Flowers by Marisa accepted the order on the morning of the wedding, and within a few hours had beautiful arrangements and bouquets organised in time for the ceremony. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day, except to encourage everyone to use this florist as your first choice for blooms every time.

Thank you flower by Marisa, I placed my order once and they delivered incredible flowers than I ordered them again but was bit disappointed by some flowers as it wasn’t season friendly than I escalated to owners and they were really on hands on and delivered other sets of flowers just in an hour and that was amazing dedication to the customer. I have been shopping here a lot lately due to some major life events and they are a really genuinely helpful shop, that are willing to add a flower to something or help out with a simple $10 rose, all the way up to large extravagant ensembles I hope I never have to generate enough brownie points to buy :) Very friendly customer service, they go out of their way to help you, and an excellent position opposite the Salisbury Library. I will 100% shop here again.

Having not used this shop before I was unsure what to expect but I explained what I wanted and left it in their hands to create an arrangement. Marisa created the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangement of flowers and greenery with some very special touches, Not only did they brighten my friends stay in hospital but drew many comments from visitors and staff. I really can't recommend this shop highly enough and it will certainly be my go to shop for flowers from now on.

I was extremely satisfied with the excellent service received yesterday at Marisa's. Vipul was very helpful and friendly, knew how important it was to have the wreath delivered in time to my dear friend. I was receiving updates by email regarding the order, as there was little under two hours to have it ready and delivered. The flowers were beautiful. I purchased the Cadbury chocolate box priced at $75, very over priced for what was received, and first of all sent the Lindt chocolate box in error and i rang to advised the wrong item had been sent. When i received the correct chocolate box it is certainly not like the picture, its not what was advertised on the website..and the chocolates are falling off. Could have done a better job making it myself. Very disappointed

Every time I order flowers they are of the best quality and last ages! The service is second to none and Marisa even saved my daughter's wedding from becoming a disaster after the original florist ran off with my daughter's money but didn't produce the flowers. Wow. I am extremely impressed by the service provided by Vipul. Flowers ordered around 3.30pm and delivered by 5.50pm. Ordered over the phone and was sent a pic of the arrangement once complete. Another message to say they had been delivered. Marisa's Flower Shop will be my go to place from now on.

Nice flowers. However, was charged $5 to have water at the bottom of my bunch of flowers and was told "Additional services cost money" - it was water. Minnow on Seaview (florist in Henley Beach) provide free gift wrapping and here I was to pay for water. Will not return. DISGUSTING !!!!

Picked up Wednesday, already looked a week old, by Saturday all shriveled, added water daily but even the vase didn't help, I trimmed the stems as they had already started to rot. Shortest life span I've ever experienced sadly.
