Ordered online a dozen roses $109 all up, after we give visa details and all confirmed for delivery we receive a call that it’s going to be more expensive $125.. so we continue with order only to have $160 withdrawn from my Visa card for or a dozen roses. Other florist in area at Christmas time delivered 24 roses to the same address for $100! Did not respond to my email request for an itemised receipt and explanation. Overpriced and bad customer service, stay away! 26/02/22 In response to your message below,, firstly it was not Valentine’s Day in which I made the online order! Second you should have fixed your online pricing issues and finally when you called, you quoted us $125 not $160 for a dozen roses..so I’m trying to justify a $50 difference from my original order, on a Non Valentine’s Day!

Wrong place to order flowers . It was a joke , the difference was incredible . And they deliver in other date23 not 24. For answer to the florist. Sr. First at all i want your costumers see the picture was y bought and what you sent. You as the owner woul not put that arrangement on your own table. Even the decoration, between the roses on the website was muèrdago, you replaced for plastic brunch of pines , vit feather and celophane. I sent the photos but is does not allow to upload them. I bought this "georgeus" center piece from chile as a gift for the parents of my daughter boy friend. Lets the people see the photo , for be honest. Or then ,this review you can check and rectify . I undestand it can happend . But i pay for a service and deserve quality. Thank you.

Excellent and professional. We were looking for a blue-white flower bouquet for the bride. After calling a few fleurists and getting all confusing different prices from 30$ to 150$, I called them and the owner explained all the details about painted roses and different methods he could make the bouquet and prices. The result was a beutiful bouquet at a reasonable price. He also told me that the main fleurist is a family business going back to 1910s. The store was originally located in blvd st laurent (The Main) which explains the name.

I just received a magnificent bouquet of flowers which included items that are difficult to put into arrangements (hydrangeas) and unique varieties that were stunning. I would use your service next time I need flowers. Thank you too for your very friendly service.

The Owner Louis was inappropriately rude to both my sister who order the flowers as well I who he attempted to deliver followers too. Terrible service, if you want to waste your time and money go with this place.
