I’ve been a customer of la Moda for over 30 years and a very good one at that. Called today to speak to Rosa (the owner)This lady told me she wasn’t there . I asked if she cld make me an arrangement for a funeral on Sunday, it’s Friday now… I’m not calling Saturday evening or Sunday morning . She told me she was very busy had 4 funerals for Sunday and cldnt . I was shocked as she was very rude and I think calling 2 days in advance is ample time. I asked her if Rosa wld be there tomorrow. She rudely told me she was the new owner and she cldnt make me an arrangement. If she treats all her customers this way she won’t last too long. Good luck La Moda , you will need it! 1 satisfied customer brings in 5 new ones. With 1 unsatisfied customer you lose 10. Nice way to start. You won’t be seeing me again! Avoid this place !

Thank you Stephanie and your wonderful staff for making our wedding day even more memorable with your wonderful arrangements. We were served by the owner, Stephanie, who helped me create not only a beautiful bridal bouquet and other arrangements, but also a special arrangement for my late mother-in-law. We had reserved a seat for her at the ceremony. Stephanie and her team created a beautiful arrangement which incorporated feathers akin to angel wings to be placed there. It was such a beautiful touch to a bittersweet moment and was noticed and remarked upon by many of our guests. Thank you again for making our wedding day so special and helping to honour my mother-in-law.

I placed an order for mothers day to be delivered on Saturday May 09,2020. At 545pm the flowers had not yet been delivered and the store was closed. I still called the number listed, a man answered. I asked if all the flowers had been delivered for the day, he told me the store was closed. I just wanted to know if the flowers had gone out. He answered me very rudely telling me the store was closed and to call back the next day. I never got an answer. If the store was closed then he shouldn't be answering the phone and be very rude to his customers. I usually buy my flowers their but I don't think I will anymore.

It was my first time ordering with Fleuriste LaMode! I was not disappointed! The florist was very helpful in guiding us to select a gorgeous funeral arrangement for a close family friend. The flowers were beautifully arranged, a generous arrangement , blooms were fresh ! The arrangement was delivered on time even though we went last minute before everything was being closed for holidays. For truly great personalized service and fresh flowers I would highly recommend you visit Fleuriste LaMode!

Service from the begging till end was perfect. I went in store to order many funeral flower arrangements, they have many beautiful flowers great selection. The lady who served me was very patient and suggested really nice ideas. I went to order flowers for my grandmother funeral. I totally recommend this flower shop I will be ordering in the future. Fleuriste La Mode provided an excellent service. I went there for the first time to order flowers for a family members’ funeral. I live is Southwest Niagara area and I am too far to chose the flowers from here and Stephanie was so helpful, gave me lots of details and I cannot say enough about her great customer service! It is with sadness that I have to give a florist that my family has used for over 50 years the worst experience and a zero star for the embarrassing floral arrangement they did for my mothers funeral. New owner has no respect for customers and clearly no talent. I strongly suggest you skip this florist altogether and spend your money elsewhere.

I placed an order for mothers day 2021, on may 8 to be delivered on the same day. Order went through, but the person never received the flowers... I called and called but no answer, When I finally got a hold of someone at 4h20 , someone who was cleaning told me the store was closed and to call the next day.

My experience with Fleuriste La Mode was fantastic. They were professional and very understanding of a sensitive time in our lives. My family was especially pleased with the arrangement that the shop helped us put together. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the service. The flowers were dying in the arrangements we ordered for a funeral, they didn’t even last 12 hours. One arrangement in particular was embarrassing to display. Please save your money and give it to a florist who cares about their work.

Everytime i go there they are ultra lovely , they have everything you need , the price are not exagerate , and what a great job they make everytime . Flowers are truly their passion ! Its like heaven on earth what they can do. Thank you to infinite for everything :)

I ordered from here twice. The flowers were wayyy overpriced. They forgot the card the first time and I had to follow up with them for both deliveries... the people who received the flowers were happy but the flowers didn't even last 4 days.
