Si vous voyez une petite madame chinoise au comptoir, partez! Vous aurez droit au pire service de votre vie. Elle est de très mauvaise humeur, vous êtes entraîn de choisir votre fleur et elle vous dépêche parce que vous l’avez fait se lever pour venir vous aider, elle vous emballe vos fleurs sans aucune délicatesse ou soin, elle vous “pitch” le terminal interac pour payer et vous partez sans bonjour ou merci. C’est vraiment pas croyable qu’il existe un service comme ça surtout un fleuriste qui se doit de donner un bon service pour vendre ses fleurs. Vraiment on en revient pas de l’attitude de la madame.

Best florist in Montreal! Absolutely great service, the lady was extremely helpful with my purchase and the place was also recently renovated. I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone! They have a great selection of plants and flowers. The staff are kind and have pretty good knowledge of all. It's also conveniently located near an SAQ and a pastry shop so you can stop here to buy flowers and then pick up wine and a cake for any special event. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service. I was in a tough bind and hoping to deliver flowers in Anjou within two hours of order, and the incredibly kind woman who answered the phone was able to fulfill my need. She was wonderful and provided fantastic service. If you need flowers in Anjou, Fleuriste Jardin D'Anjou is a must!

Ordered a bouquet online. Fresh flowers - yes But when arrived wasn’t nearly as big and didn’t have that much greenery as described. Was disappointed for the price I paid. May be if I’d have gone to the store it could be better.

I went multiple times to this florist, and nobody comes to ask if you need any help, they don't make any eye contact, service is very cold, and unpleasant. I do not recommend and will not be going back.
