My husband bought a bouquet for our anniversary and when I unpacked it in 20 mitues, flowers were too damaged. They were squeezed and too short - one of them was less than 15 cm- (and of course they died in a day) He spend 34$ for a bouquet and half of them died in a day, and they did not explain the price in detail too. They did not cover the flowers well, the wrapping was not neat. I was so sad so I took pictures then visited here, but I couldn’t meet the owner. So I left my number. Less than 20 min later, she called me then she was keep repeating it was your husband who choose those flowers. I told her Im not talking about the selections, Im talking about the status of the flowers then she repeated that ‘it is your husband’s choice’ again and again. (and of course he told me that he did not choose, he only told them what kind of colors I prefer- and they didn’t listen to that too! hahaha) I did not want to have that meaningless conversation anymore so i told her I have pictures so give me at least the price lists. I sent pictures and have’t heard anything from her. Flowers were bad but the worst thing was the way she talk to me. It was the worst experience in a flower shop.

The florist Julia was there helping out to pick flowers. We were getting a huge bouquet for a graduation the next day in Toronto. It was a last minute order and we were very worried about the flowers that were going to be outside for a long drive, not to mention the heat. She was attentive about our choices, guided us how to keep the flowers hydrated and seriously, any combinations of flowers that enter her hands turn truly majestic. The bouquet was a beauty, and it survived the night, the long 6 hour drive and another couple of hours in the sun while we ate, attended the ceremony, etc. As you can see in the picture, the flowers held beautifully. This wasn’t the first time stopping by here, and definitely won’t be the last. The flowers are such great quality and the florist is very professional:)

I've been going to Jardin Alex for years ever since I started working nearby. They have great staff who really know their stuff, and are expert flower arrangers. I always choose my own flowers rather than going with pre-selected bouquets, but they have great advice and suggestions to make the final arrangement the best it can possibly be, and the presentation is just beautiful with their wrapping/ribbons. Fair prices in my experience, and extremely helpful customer service - ever since the Covid situation began I have been ordering from home, and the owner has very kindly sent me pictures of what's in stock so I can make my selection. Same day delivery, and overall just a great experience.

Beautiful arrangements and great service. The lady here is helpful and amazing at taking your flower choices and adding other stems she thinks would go with it to make the perfect bouquet. She takes her time to choose the right flowers and arrange it, as well as choosing complementary wrapping and ribbons. She also gives advice for the types of flowers that would last long. The cost is very reasonable as well. My bouquet cost around $21 including taxes. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back for arrangements.

So amazed right now! I went in there with nothing but limited time and a limited budget and the following vague instructions “love babys breath, hate blue or red roses”. In a matter of 10 minutes the staff there put together a bouquet hand picked flower by flower and arranged with the utmost concentration to make this perfect bouquet! This might be the best bouquet ive ever bought, its so beautiful! Not only will i always come here for my flowers I’ll probably buy more flowers!

I ordered from the GTA area to send a bouquet of flowers to my grandmother living in Montreal. Everything went smoothly, Julia was VERY helpful. The flowers were delivered on-time and were BEAUTIFUL!! They were over our expectation. My grandmother loved them! If I was living in Montreal right now, I would order fresh flowers for myself on weekly basis. I will definitely order from you again to send to other family members and friends.

I love going to Jardin Alex because they always have great products and new arrivals. They have a nice selection of plants, flowers, and planters. The staff is super friendly and skilled. I'm always excited to see what new flowers come in, since I buy often it's nice to discover different flowers. The owner has a lot of talent and works really hard to make her customers happy.

The best florist in town! Excellent service with an incredible attention to detail. I don’t shop for flowers anywhere else. They prepared the bouquets and floral arrangements for my sisters wedding and we couldn’t have asked for more. They took the time to perfectly meet our vision and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. You can’t do better than Jardins Alex!

I purchased a fairly expensive orchid from this shop. I expected the flowers to last at least a few weeks however they all died and fell off within 7-10 days. The owner said the flowers should last another few weeks or at least a month. I wouldn't have spent this amount on a plant that only had flowers for such a short period of time.

I bought some flowers for my mom and was served by a couple of wonderful young girls running a kiosk upstairs. I asked if they could alter a set of flowers to include sunflowers and the florist was nice enough to oblige me. My mom loved them and asked me if you I could get her another bouquet for her office. Great stuff!

I got flowers that were suppose to last for at least 4 days or more but died the next day. Poor customer service.... DISRESPECTFUL towards client's with a wheelchair. The owner is extremely rude! Some workers are nice but in the presence of such unprofessional people, I wouldn't recommend this place one bit...

I ordered an arrangement of cut flowers for my sister’s birthday. They were perfect. She raved about them. They lasted two weeks. The service was excellent. Delightful person on the phone when I ordered and they were delivered exactly when she had promised. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I have been going to Jardin Alex for the last 3 years. I have been to other fleuristes before, but Jardin Alex is the only place that has been consistently providing high quality flowers at a very reasonable price. On top of that, their service is friendly and the owner is very nice.

I ordered flowers and chocolates online to be delivered to a business during the day, and they weren't. I even received a personal email confirmation saying they received the order. After 6pm when i found out they never made it i called and they were surprised that i wanted a refund.

I purchased 2 orchid plants from this shop for delivery. The clerk was very helpful, the plants were very well packaged and delivered on time. The prices were a few dollars cheaper than other florists downtown. I would return here again for small houseplants and cut flowers.

I was looking for plants for an arrangement and they have a nice variety of healthy looking succulents and cacti in all sizes. I'm very happy with my purchase. I just wish the varieties were better labelled. I'm not sure what's the exact name of the plant I bought.
