Unfortunately they ruined my Mother's day when I went it this morning all happy to buy 2 bouquets of flowers at 11 30am - I patiently waited for 30minutes in line before being able to enter and when I came in holding my 22 months old baby, she started getting cranky - and one of the employees got annoyed with my baby's crying and called her a s t u p i d k i d! I couldn't believe what I heard! The owner didn't even apologize for it and Of course I left right away and will never come baxk I Can not believe this ridiculous level of unprofesisonalism - especially coming from another woman who is probably a mother too. Other customers heard it too. Thank you for ruinung One of my first mothers days!

Cette entreprise mérite moins de 1 étoile. À mon arrivée, une dame m'a servi avec un manque de professionalisme. Elle s'est mise à me répondre de manière très hautaine. Elle voulait se débarasser au plus vite de mon bouquet et elle ne s'est pas forcée à le rendre beau. Le prix de 65 $ était extrêmement chère pour un bouquet de 4 roses et 2 feuilles. Je ne vous recommande pas ce fleuriste. C'est la première fois que je décide de faire un bouquet chez un fleuriste et sa sera ma dernière fois.

My very good friend and coworker passed away a few days ago. I came here while very absent-minded and distracted due to my loss, and asked if they had any flowers that would be good for a memorial. The two women working at the time both gave wonderful suggestions. They packed my bouquet and attached my card with care. I really appreciate shops like this. Thank you for your help. I know she would have loved the flowers it she'd seen them.

I own a cake business and I always think of Caprice Floral for the flowers on my creations. They have such a beautiful selection of flowers and high quality ones too. Whenever my boyfriend surprises me with a bouquet of flowers, it’s always from Caprice Floral and I get so many compliments on them. Maria is very sweet and accommodating. Absolutely incredible service! These ladies are super sweet and amazing and put together a lovely bouquet in celebration of my cousin's new baby. Added bonus: They take back the floral water tubes and reuse them!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful and they made me a great bouquet. It's also not so packed as some of the other florists around special holidays. I will definitely return!

Helpful staff. A Bit overpriced. They know there plants. Plenty of parking tough to get to since its signage is hidden and its in a area not visible from the street.
