I cannot recommend this fitness facility. They advertise a transformative fitness and nutrition program through Facebook and Instagram but once you sign up, you find out that what they advertise and what you get are two completely different things. The owner reached out about two weeks from the end of the program to address my dissatisfaction with it. He told me in the meeting the program I was in wasn't the right fit for me because the nutrition component is self-directed. He made up for this by setting me up with the Elite Nutrition program (billed as more expensive) as a promo over my final two weeks. During that time, the coach I was set up with said I was doing great with hitting my macros consistently-- I felt more confident and lost some weight, but not 15 lbs, so imagine my shock and disappointment to hear from the owner in response to my request for their money-back guarantee that I was ineligible... because my food diary indicated I ate pork and bacon. When I joined Fit Body Boot Camp, I set a goal to continue to pursue health through increased physical activity and develop a healthy relationship with food. Despite communicating this with the coach, I felt pressured to choose a weight loss target when it wasn't my goal. I also told the coach I had prior eating disorders and extreme anxiety regarding the scale, but those details didn't seem to matter. This is not the right gym for someone who wants a sustainable relationship with nutrition and fitness.

I started late in summer 2019. For the record, I am an older woman, not in very good shape and I hate gyms where everyone is a hardbody and look down on you. Have never felt comfortable till i decided i had to get into shape and do something. Every single coach has been awesome, you are made to feel welcome. The coaches will modify or show you a different way to do things that will work for you. I started the challenge last year and didn't finish, however made up my mind to get it done this year and be successful. Only a week in but I feel great and the coach is always there for support or questions. Hands down they have my recommendation as a great place to work out. I actually like going to the workouts - you arrive, work hard for the 35 minutes and you are done. I definitely see a change in inches and how my clothes fit. Not about weight but feeling strong and healthy. .

I have so many great things to say about the Fit Body Boot Camp at West Hills location. The coaches are all fantastic and push me to be better and stronger. They actually care about my well being and reach out on those weeks that we all have, when we need a kick in the pants to get moving! I started this journey a bit apprehensive as I have a home gym, but it was a great decision to join the Fit body family. I work from home, so I get out and meet many new people. More importantly feel stronger, fitter, eat better and truly start looking after myself better. I would absolutely recommend this gym, being a fantastic part of my life now and daily routine! Thank you Coaches for challenging us on our individual journeys! :)

I have just started at this Boot Camp and I truly love it. I have always struggled with understanding HOW to work out and staying motivated enough to continue being active. The Boot Camp helped me greatly with both. All of the trainers are so positive and helpful. I have a severe back injury and the trainers ensure they watch my form and protect me. I feel a sense of community in the Boot Camp that makes it even easier to attend sessions. I feel strong, capable and energized. Weight loss is not my priority, but rather muscle gain, and I have been doing just that with great success. Thank you to the entire team at Fit Body Boot Camp! Highly recommend, especially to those who feel like they "can't." YOU CAN! :)

I can’t say enough amazing things about fitbody bootcamp , Ryan and his team . Coach Ryan is an extraordinary human who knows what it’s like to be on a fitness journey , I walked into his bootcamp in tears and him and his team took me under there wings with encouragement and acceptance , my friend Rachel suggest I go there as she knew my struggle , it’s in west hills & I live far from there and my schedual hasn’t allowed me to be there as much as I’d like to but this place is home for so many. I am so happy I found Westhills FBBC. I joined 1.5 years ago and this is the fist time in a long time that I have fully committed to a regular 5 day/week fitness routine. The coaches are outstanding and the classes are great! (Even online for now) I have done a couple of the challenges too and they are fun and very effective! Thanks to these challenges I have also decided to take a Nutrition Coaching Course to put to use for family and friends. Thank you coaches for your daily motivation whether in class, online or messages. Whatever fitness level you are at, this is a great environment for everyone to join!

The team is great, they are very helpful, supportive and friendly. They take the time to listen/hear what your challenges are along with your goals. They invest in you, and work with you to create achievable and maintainable goals. They encourage you to keep going. I really appreciate that they do not paint everyone with the same brush (they recognize what works for one may not work for another, this is refreshing). The workouts are challenging, fun and motivating, it makes you want to keep going back. It's great that every workout is different so you don't get bored and designed so anyone can do them

At first I was afraid of going, having never gone to a boot camp before but the team at Westhills are simply amazing. They totally understand and respect all levels of fitness and they are able to apply that to the workouts. I have been going for almost a month and have really enjoyed it. I signed up for a 12 week program and looking forward to see if can achieve my goals that I am hoping for. I prefer going to boot camp than the gym. Love the focus how the program targets cardio and muscle tone. I highly recommend this location especially with the coaches that are there.

I can’t praise West Hills Fit Body Boot Camp enough. It’s the first gym I’ve been to where I actually look forward to going! This is because of the wonderful staff, Becky, Ryan & Jenn who are very knowledgeable and supportive. You feel like you’ve a personal trainer as someone is always there to guide you and correct your form if needed. I have started seeing results from my workouts and I love that the classes are only 35 mins long which fits in perfectly to my schedule of being a busy mom. I highly recommend this gym for anyone regardless of age or fitness level.

There is no other place like this!!! Westhills FBBC is not your regular gym or workout program. You go in, do the class and then you’re out... no fussing around and the workouts are all different so you never get bored. The coaches there go above and beyond to help you succeed and they are genuinely vested in your progress and helping you reach your goals. It truly is a family-like atmosphere where all members respect each other and no one feels like they don’t belong. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!!!!

Westhills Fit Body Bootcamp is absolutely incredible. The coaches are the best cheerleaders, supporters and leaders you could ask for. They run really fun but super challenging HIIT style bootcamp classes. Not only is are the coaches incredible, the incredible group of people that attend keep you wanting to come back. I have been attending for 3.5 years since they opened and have never felt more welcomed or challenged in a fitness facility! HIGHLY recommend coming to check out the bootcamp!

I wish I had known fit body since I came to canada. I LOVE how they value each and every one. Since day ONE i never had that feeling i am being punish that I have to work out. I love each of the coaches, they really motivate you. I am always excited to be in the gym because of the coaches I have met so far. I have only been at West Hills Fitbody Boot Camp for a a short time but the people are so amazingly friendly and the support for my fitness journey is beyond compare! The classes are 35 minutes, super fun and go by very fast. The workouts are as hard as you want to make them and if you put in the effort, you will see results. I joined FBBC 2 1/2 years ago and I can’t say enough about this gym. I have never felt more welcomed at a gym before. You become part of their family. I’ve struggled all my life to keep up a fitness regime and this gym keeps me motivated every day. I’ve been attending this location of FitBody since it opened (several years ago). They have great programming, challenges for members, nutritional coaching/assistance and the facility is very clean! The “family” vibe is great and the sense of community and belonging is strong. If you’re looking for a great “gym” give them a try. You can usually do 28 days for $28 to try! You’ll be hooked!

West Hills AB Fit Body Boot Camp is an excellent facility to workout in. It has everything you need in one place to get a full body workout over the course of a week. The coaches are super! They encourage you, correct your exercise movements as needed and there is a 3 phase nutrition plan which I quite like.This is an awesome choice for me at this time.

I joined FBBC last April. I have never been athletic and did not work out routinely. Tge classes are 35min, so titally doable!! All of the coaches are exceptional. They are very welcoming and non-judgmental. They truly have your best interest at heart. I have lost 30lb but most importantly, I feel healthier and am stronger. I 100% recommend FBBC!!

Just started here but so far it's great! The trainers are really supportive and they don't push you harder than you can go. They're also super quick with modifications if you let them know what's going on with you that day. As someone with chronic pain from several injuries, that's indispensable to me.
