Have an a newer account have already deposited a check before with my account went today to do another deposit and was told cause my account is new that I would have to have a hold for 90 days... I then told lady i had already deposited before a check and I asked her if it was cause she didnt want to do her job to which she responded no I dont you can go to security service where u check was made or another location and crazy enough this was all said by the branch manager Annabelle Nerico... This this is same location where i deposited my last check and that time they were rude too the acted as if there were rushing me out... She gave me one of the worst customer service I have ever had at one of these First Conv. will not be coming back to this location will be defiantly going to heb location instead of walmart sad cause now walmart loses my money
It's not this banking branch it's their whole procedure situations as a whole..I work with my rental car and have never had to give authorization codes to prove I paid what my account says the whole balance is..With my account in negative due to the bank holding money to be verified that was given back weeks ago this makes my job hard...No one knows the real story on why this happens.. Everyone from customer service to the branches themselves have different answers and excuses..Bottom line is I'll have a positive account without fees whenever I put the money they are holding back.. Worse experience I've had with any bank
Went to the one inside HEB and explained a problem we had..30 mins later and several employees later no one could figure out how to resolve my problem. We left and I told my son " let's go where there are older adults, and not these millennial employees"...arrived at Wal-Mart, explained the situation and it was resolved in 2 mins flat.

I have noticed that I receive better service from the teller's here then I do over at El Super Mercado HEB. Highly recommend this location the teller's here are polite and get my transactions done quickly and properly without delay.
No banking assistance or personnel available! 3rd time now! Finally, I have a contact with a Jefferson Bank that helped me with transfers and transactions with my wife's "first not so convenient account"
I was blessed to be helped by a teller named Jeanette beautiful person she was so helpful .Patricia Rodriguez and Becky Hinojosa thankful from the bottom of our hearts she is the best !!!!

As long as you have a $100 in your checking account no maintenance fees & the ATM has a $600 limit best bank I've ever had
I was on the phone with a person and he was being very rude and impatient with me and just hung up
I have never had a bad experience and always have had nice, polite and friendly tellers.
I changed banks to them and they're wonderful! I have no complaints
