We stumbled across Finesse Outlet quite by chance, and what a lucky find it was! Immediately we were greeted by Leah, who helped us find the furniture we were looking for. She helped map out our living room and determine which pieces would fit and look best. We decided we needed to measure our living room better, so we went home to do so. Later I called and spoke with Jadra, who kindly asked me to text her photos of my living room. She then sent me sketches of how she saw the pieces working. Wow! Amazing service by both Leah and Jadra. In the end, we returned to purchase the Francis sectional and start-to-finish, our experience was 100% positive. Our furniture arrived today and the guys were super efficient. They set it all up, took away the garbage and tested the power recliners before they left. We ended up not keeping a piece as it was too much furniture, so they took it away with no problem. An hour later, Leah called me to check in to see how we liked our furniture and to get my credit card to process the return. I can't say enough great things about this store and our experience!! I never write reviews, but these ladies and their team deserve a huge shout out! I've never had a store track me down to return my money. Thanks Leah and Jadra for ensuring a positive experience!!

We recently purchased our Sectional and King Bed from this location and we are so glad that we decided to check out this place. We are super happy with the customer service we received. Our sales lady, Jandra, went out of her way to help us out. She was very well educated about the products they carry and gave us smart suggestions which helped us make a right decision regarding whether we should go with a chase or a recliner. She spent a lot of time with us and made sure that we are happy with our purchase. She was very friendly and positive, and I don't think that I could praise her enough, even my 8 month old baby loved her so much! From the moment we entered the store we had excellent customer service by Leah. Not knowing exactly what type of sectional we wanted, we left excited with a new sectional purchase and a “white glove” delivery service within the next week and at an economical cost. I couldn’t believe our Couch was in stock and deliverable within the week since COVID has delayed availability to so many Products. Our delivery was beyond exceptional! From the moment our couch was delivered (exactly on time) to the set up, took a matter of 10 minutes. And they were very professional and courteous. I can't begin to thank you enough. My wife and I were looking for a small sectional to fit into a new place we moved into with a tight budget. Finesse furniture has a wide variety of styles and sizes that are good quality, and we were able to find the perfect sectional without compromising on our expectations. On January 14 2019 my husband and I went to the finesse furniture on 137 avenue. We were shopping for a living room couch we saw a beautiful living room sectional. We talked with sales lady named Leah we asked if she could give us any kind of discount she was adamant not to give us a discount on the furniture or on the delivery charge. My friend and her husband also went to this location of finesse also looking for a couch and was also told the same thing they do not give price discount so we both ended up going elsewhere and bought our furniture elsewhere. You lost 2 sales I wonder how many other sales you are losing not good customer service.

This is quality, well-made furniture that w ill last; not like alot of the outlets and chain stores are. The selection is almost overwhelming but don't worry; no one, especially Sherri (My favorite sales goddess) will pressure you. She left me alone to browse everything but then would do a check in to see if I needed assistance regularly. I did find two beautiful leather chairs at the most reasonable price, but then, out of the corner of my eye....a velvet chartreuse green swivel accent chair!! I haven't been giggly over a purchase in ages. Thank you for all of your help Sherri and we'll see you soon for a coffee table!

Amazing customer service! Was greeted when we walked in, and then left alone to browse the store. Our sales lady came and checked up once we seriously started looking at a sectional, but again no pitch or high pressure sales tactics. Once we decided that we were going to buy the sectional the rest of the experience was equally enjoyable and fast. Nothing but a great experience from start to finish. I found the prices to be very fair, and the sectional seemed to be very comfortable and well built in store. Taking delivery of the sectional today and will update in a few months on quality and comfort.

Finesse Outlet exceeded our expectations with the best customer service and knowledge from Leah and Jadra. These 2 ladies are exceptional, they will take care of you like a family. You will feel totally welcome in this store whatever time of day you came in (eventhough it's almost closing), they'll entertain you with a smile on their faces. They have high quality and well detailed signature furnitures for a fraction of the cost. We bought most of our furnitures here for a small delivery fee and assembly included. We couldn't ask for more.

My experience at the Finesse outlet was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I was helped by Jadra and she made the process so fun and effortless! I was able to get such great pieces and my place looks completely new. The delivery service was phenomenal as well. They were punctual, did a great job, and did it in a timely manner. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Jadranka when you visit. She is exceptional. She is an amazing lady and sales person. She is very kind and 100% transparent. She was honest throughout the entire experience and explained to us the pro's and con's of each couch that we were interested in, since we do have dogs. Amazing service, great furniture for a great price. Jarda was amazing ! We had an issue (not at the fault of them, sizing issues). We were able to exchange them no issues! Purchased a beautiful couch and 3 gorgeous chairs at a very reasonable price point. This furniture is high quality, solid wood construction, and Canadian made. Jadra, my sales rep was professional and receptive. Delivery was prompt and professional. I read a couple of negative reviews regarding discounts. This is not a discount outlet. I would give more than 5 stars for the selection and excellent customer service of Jadra at the north side store. We purchased most of our furniture for new home from their gateway boulevard and the north end store, and the quality and prices were quite good. Delivery was on time and completely hassle free. Jadra and her team’s customer service is amazing and the way she took care of all our requests is above and beyond.

Very bad place. We am still park in front of the door. We decided to dk a review right away. We walked in there was lady in front of the computer did not even say hi , not any approach. We said hi and she completely ignored us. We bought our first home and we're shopping for furniture. We were going to buy something we saw online from this place but changed our mind because her. We do not recommend this store.

Great customer service experience from start to finish. We came in many times before finally deciding on a couch set we wanted to purchase. Jadra was very patient with us and never pushy. Great store, bought a matching sofa and chair with a awesome boxing deal there, customer service was great and fun to talk to, backstock/warehouse staff was fast. And for an 'outlet' store, they actually have a great selection of mid to upper level furniture as far as quality and design goes, way above and beyond your typical 'outlet' store quality.

Jadra was amazing and was very very helpful when we visited the store/outlet. and Delivery Guys were amazing. They not only deliverd/assembled our couch n love seat, They actually made sure that while recling it doesnt tough our wall and windows. Real Happy customer and would probably come back when we need something new.

The sale price we got for our couch was reasonable. But the shipping was delayed TWICE so we were waiting almost 2 months for our furniture to arrive. I would hesitate to recommend this to a friend for that reason. They didn't even offer to reduce the price when it was over a month late. Not pleased.

Ordered a couple of things from here, it was pretty reasonable in price, and the sales person was lovely. She gave us a discount since we ordered 4 pieces. Shipping price is flat, so it was convenient for us to have it all delivered and set up by them.
