RUDE AND DISHONEST stuff! The woman working in the shop gives a different price every time and tries to get extra money. She discuss and tries to convince to change the price even there is a sign written actual prices. Even though her boss told her to do it on the phone, at the price written on the wall, she refused me because she couldn't get any extra money. She's trying to make a fool of people! Literally a very annoying person! AVOID this kind of people! On my previous visit, she put the laundry in the wrong machine and made me wait an extra 40 minutes. I had to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes in total. That's ridiculous! AVOID THIS SHOP!

Hi Syed, just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. I needed a service wash with a quick turnaround, I was expecting it to be the next day at best but You said to come back after three that afternoon. And you didn't let me down! All my clothes were nice and clean. And they were folded nearly in the bag I brought them in - I think they smelled better than usual as well?! Haha hahaha! I am a single bloke and do try, but the washing never seems to come out well with me. The service and price were both fantastic! Worth every penny. So - five stars and a definite return visit from me.

I was in a complete muddle, my washing machine has a shattered door, there is was at least 7 black bags of laundry and I called this service they collected and returned everything the very next day. Polite and professional people. Clothes came back folded and bagged. They even returned my son’s AirPods which I’m assuming was in his pocket. Thank you! My only downsides were I had to pack away everything and the clothes didn’t have that persil lenor smell. Prehaps next time I will send more lenor. Aside from that I am grateful and will be using them again this week. Thank you!!!

After recently having builders in I decided to have our curtains cleaned. Fillebrook did a great job on the cleaning. When they were ready Syed called to inform me and said he would deliver them on his way home. On arrival he kindly offered to help me hang them. Well, it wasn't that straight forward and bless him he spent the next hour helping me until they were finally up and refused any payment. First class service from a very pleasant and polite man. Very professional and reasonably priced. Our washing machine broke down and we had just got back from holiday! They came and collected our washing within 24 hours and returned everything the next morning. The clothes were neatly washed, folded and packed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend their services.

Washing machine broke today so popped in to this laundrette. The attendant syed was very helpful as I didn't have a clue what I was doing..so he helped me very clean and tidy shop will most likely have to go in again would definitely recommend this place and easy parking

Had 30 shirts to iron and after looking around for a collection and delivery service, I found Fillebrook Laundrette. Syed is keen, quick (24 hours turnaround!) and professional, the rates were very satisfactory and the shirts very well ironed. Definitely recommend

My first launderette experience! Dorothy is lovely, very helpful, made me feel very welcome in an otherwise 'foreign' environment. Also does dry cleaning which is great. Lovely, friendly black cat too, says hallo then makes herself comfortable elsewhere. A* :D

Recently taken over by new owners who have installed several very new washing machines as well replacing the boiler - very helpful staff, free parking and effective dryers, also able to do dry cleaning, ironing and repairs. Highly recommended.

I would like to say this Laundrette was awesome my Duvet came up like Brand New got all yellow stains out came out Brilliant White. I would highly recommend them very polite will definitely be using them again.

I've been using Fillebrook for their ironing collection service. Syed is always very friendly and responsive, my shirts come back perfectly pressed and they are very reasonably priced.
