The location is very close to my hotel so I was pleased with the walking distance. It smelled and looked clean, slightly old but clean. The attendant offered to change coins for my bills which was very helpful because I don’t know where an ATM is. It got slightly busy today, Friday, around 10am. Luckily enough I was there before the crowd. The soap machine is older and doesn’t dispense packets, it dispenses powder. You need to use one of the provided plasic cups to catch the powder. I didn’t see any dryer sheets for sale. The washers only take newer £1 coins and I had to push some of my coins in with some force. The dispenseries only take 50p and 20p. Those are all coins the attendant does not have, at least not during my experience. There’s no coin machine which would expidate the process and not have so much pressure on the attendant to have coins for bills. Overall, I would return to this establishment but I would bring my own soap and dryer sheets.

Traveling abroad for 2 weeks during this heatwave with just a carry on and backpack - NEEDED a wash before my flight back for my sweaty clothes so I had something comfy to wear to the airport. Airbnb I booked didn’t include a washroom access so was very glad this place was around really was my saving grace! The self service machine are INDUSTRIAL grade - so washing machine looks small but can pack quite a load of clothes. Dryers are massive and dry things quickly. Was in and out in under an hour. Employee was nice and helped me exchange my cash for coins for the machines. All in all only spent 8£ to get some laundry done quick and fast. Would recommend to anyone in the area - local or traveling abroad. They even have soap dispenser (50p) if you didn’t bring any.

This facility was extremely clean and organized. The staff was very nice and helpful. Cost ranges anywhere from £3.75 to £6.00 per wash, and £0.50 per dry. The machines are big, clean, and well maintained. There are benches in front of each machine to sit on or fold laundry on, also you can place bags or suitcases under the benches. They have clean laundry baskets you can use. I went at 1000 on a Thursday morning and it was not crowded at all. I washed clothes for 3 people from 5 days and it fit inside one of the large washers and dryers. I went on a walk while my clothes were washing/drying and everything was perfectly safe. Great place, I would highly recommend it, even of there are ones a bit closer. Those ones are disgusting. This place was awesome.

Clean and quick with friendly service. I used the £4 washer as I was told the spin on it was better than the £3.40 ones, then £1 in the drier for ten minutes and everying was dry. Including denims. The machines drums were big so you can get a couple of loads in at once. I'd suggest the customer who complained above needs to manage their expectations and hasn't been to many laundrettes in the UK. I've never seen a laundrettes which wasn't coin operated machines, so it's to be expected to pay cash for a wash service. Quite why the cash machine being broke is the laundrettes fault I don't know! PS While I did not go inside the pub next door looked nice should you not fancy sitting in the laundrettes.

I read a review complaining about being overcharged so brought the laundry price list from my hotel to compare. Two loads to wash at 3.40 = 6.80 30 minutes to dry at 1.00 per ten minutes = 3.00 Total cost = 9.80 If I had sent these two loads out through my hotel it would have totaled 323.00!!! I did two loads for what the hotel would have charged for a t-shirt and a pair of socks. They will also do the laundry for you here in three hours for about 2.5 times the cost to do it yourself. Fast, clean , friendly, a bargain no matter how you look at it. Less than a ten minute walk South of Victoria Station. Launder on!

I had been to this laundrette a few times and the white lady there has been relatively helpful. Unfortunately, you are only as strong as your weakest link. The rude African female employee is a stubborn, shameless and rude person. Insulting the laundrette's clients and arguing with my partner that the reasons our clothes wouldn't dry is because of our washing machine. It's a drier that wasn't serving its purpose - it's as simple as that. Whoever owns this esblishment should reconsider their choices if they hope to have a chance at retaining customers.

London was my layover from a 2 week trip in Egypt. The flight to my final destination from London was canceled, stranding me for an unknown amount of time without notes or coins- only a card. I needed CLEAN clothes after sweating in the desert for 2 weeks. I stumbled across Pimlico Launderette for laundry service. The machines do not take cards; HOWEVER, the owner/manager was INCREDIBLE forgiving and allowed me to pay with a card for dry cleaning and gave me coins for the machines!!!! Amazing service- close to my stay! THANK YOU PIMLICO LAUNDRY!!!

I stopped in here to do laundry before the next leg of my vacation and was unsure of myself since it was my first time in London or even Europe for that matter but the couple that run the place are incredibly friendly and helpful! My clothes didn't spin properly so they were still sopping wet and the couple moved me to another machine for no charge. I mean they legitimately moved my clothes for me all the while apologizing and making friendly small talk. I will definitely remember this place on my next trip to London!

The machines did it work better than properly and the auxiliar was the most lovely and helpful person. He made suggestions regarding the most suitable washer and dryer for what we had and was very kind to help us choose which detergent would work best worrying about the best drying since he knew about the fabrics we were carrying, in order to avoid bad drying and bad odors. And also he gave us the wifi password for free. It's economic and fast. I will come again and I recommend it 1000%.

Machines are desperately in need of a proper and thoughtful cleaning. A deep cleaning! Specially after this virus time. Dark yellow, stinky germs around the glass was the most unpleasant experience. I hope the owner will read this comment. I tried to bring the shop keeper’s attention to the disaster but she seemed being far away from seeing that dirty glass or it’s fair to say she preferred not to see as my attempt to show her was hopeless First and last time for me though!

This laundrette has no respect for the equality rights act law! I attended today to drop in a small bag of washing with my assistance verified dog, I showed the (non) gentleman my assistance card and he still was objective and so rude about it he was even happy to admit on camera that they do not allow even assistance dogs in, this is disgusting behaviour and god knows what other laws this small Buisness breaks. Mark my words I will be taking this further.

I can't recommend this place enough! I arrived with a load of belongings and white sneakers that were in desperate need of cleaning. Ayman was an absolute lifesaver. Not only did he offer invaluable advice, but he also had the perfect cleaning products on hand. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I'm incredibly grateful for his assistance! Best place!!!

£8 for "small" size laundry and there was no standard measurement to define what is small!!! i took 2 pack of clothing with my own plastic bag, i assume the shop will provide clean plastic bag to pack my washed clothing, but they do NOT!!!!! they packed with the same plastic bag which i giving her at the beginning, the bag was pack soiled clothing before!!!!

The owner is such a superstar! My hotel nearby didn’t have laundry service. Walked for 10 mins to this laundromat and I loved the service wash option. My clothes were cleaned and dried in less than 3 hours for a flat fee of £12.50 for the weight. It’s fuss-free and I went there twice in a week to get my laundry sorted. Highly recommended!

You can buy soap there, do you don't have to bring your own. There are even the baskets , so IT make IT easier to move your clothes from washer to dryer. And all cost is like a 6.50 £. Great place to do the laundry ;) and don't worry if you don't have coins! They will change your notes to coins od you ask the customer service ;)

WARNING: Although open till 7pm M-Sat, 6:30 Sun better be there more than 1.5 hours before closing or they won't let you do your laundry. No notice of real operating times on web site. I showed up at 5:35 and was told they were closed and I had to leave. Luckily I found another launderette about .2 miles down on Lupus St

Very kind and helpful ladies taking care of the place. Plenty of coins already sorted in little bags in case you need change for the machines/dryers. Washing powder dispenser (50p for 1 cup). Different size washing machines. My only issue was the length of the washing cycles, about 30 min...I don't think that's enough.

I went today and when I entered if smelt like period. The tumble dryer was not working well since my clothes came out soaking more than it was before. Not impressed and the fact lady wasn't willing to give me my money back caused alot of stress.... Ive gone before and never had issues before but now this!

Their working hours are completely meaningless. Closing at 7pm, with last wash at 5:30pm but at 5pm are already closing the doors, is this a joke? Carol, the blonde lady is extremely rude. Just moved to Victoria and was going to use this quite a lot, but now forget it. Not coming back for sure.

It is expensive. 4 pounds for a washing mashine - 30 minutes. It would actually have to take a double time for clothes to be properly clean. 2 pounds for a dryer. The women working there are rather unfriendly. If you don’t want to feel completely stupid, don’t ask them how to use it.

Needed a load of laundry done for the family and these great people didn’t disappoint! They were courteous, efficient, fairly priced, and even struck a chat with a gentleman there and felt at home. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a load done without having to do it yourself!

They had our laundry done in 2 hours. At £35 a bit expensive, and we could have done this there ourselves for much less there (£8 for a wash) But when on holiday who wants to sit around doing laundry. We were pleased with the speed and service. Just a bit pricey.

Easily the best laundrette in the area. Attendants on site to help and give change. Well maintained machines. The only downside is its popularity. It can be busy, meaning you may have to wait for a machine to become available. Nontheless, highly recommended

The lady who runs this place is brilliant. She was extremely helpful; I was able to leave my clothes to wash for 30 minutes and come back when they were done. Absolutely no concerns whatsoever about the risk of losing my belongings. Highly recommended.

Come here one week and the washing machine doesn’t spin properly and you end up paying a fortune to dry your clothes- I even changed machines today - the better machine now worse! It was much better here when there was a spinner!

Definitely the best launderette in Pimlico, the washing machines spin really good so when you put the drier they are not too wet. I’d say it’s a little bit expensive but for the times we are living it’s fair

Got my clothes done without hassle. Place is clean. The employees are helpful. You can get soap powder for 50p per cup from them. On gloomy days, the dryers are busy. Bus stop is just outside the shop.

I was in London for vacation. This is a 13 minute walk from Victoria Station area. It was very handy. They sell detergent onsite. Very clean place and friendly staff.

The worker here was very helpful showing us how to use the machines. He even fronted us pounds to get our laundry started while we ran to get local currency.
