Flat out the worst ONLINE bank I have the misfortune of dealing with. Thankfully only have my mortgage with them and debate getting a higher interest rate just to leave them. There online banking is 10 years behind the times. There are no features of any sort. No way to spilt payments and pay more frequently. Absolutely no ways to message or email when there are problems. I just made 8 phone calls to make a loan payment because the scheduled maintenance was going to make it late and charge a fee. But because past experience I knew I had to call. The teller, bless her sweat heart, was so helpful "well the late fee is only 10 dollars." Lord give me strength

This isn’t the bank. It’s the corporate office. I went to this location a few blocks down because the bank used to be there. It’s closed. I guess they moved several blocks over closer to the Super Dome. This is only the corporate office, not the bank where you do transactions. As much as I prefer local stuff, national brands have huge subtle advantages that local businesses do not have. Shop local but you give up certain amenities: business hours weekdays and weekends, viewing past bank statements past a year, etc. I use two local and one national brand for years and national brands have the greater advantage. Sigh.

Fidelity Bank has truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't recommend them highly enough for both personal and business banking needs. The experience with this bank has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff at Fidelity Bank are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their friendliness and professionalism are second to none. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. They make you feel like a valued customer from day one.

1. Such poor customer service 2. Inconsistencies in following their own policies 3. Hours not compatible with my work hours of 8-5...didn’t open until 9 and then closed at 3 or 4 4. Not enough available ATMs and many of their allocated ones were in other businesses so were not always available 5. Screwed up my closing costs by $8k for my home sale and didn’t tell me until the last minute, which made it difficult to mobilize funds

I have been banking with Fidelity for 12 years. They have always been very helpful and courteous. They also have a family feel with their customers. I will forever be a Fidelity family member!!

Wrong time it says 8:15am when all of them opens for 9:00
