If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I had the most horrible customer experience with store employee Tiana (glasses, reddish-brown hair). I went to exchange a pair of shoes for a bigger size, after just a few hours of wear indoors, because the shoes hurt my feet and were uncomfortable. After asking for an exchange, this haughty store employee then proceeded to conduct the most detailed and lengthy scrutinisation of shoes I have ever seen in my life. She followed up with such rude questioning worthy of police dramas – “how long did you wear this for?”, “where did you wear it?” etc. And then raising her eyebrows and staring when I explained I wore them for less than a day, as if accusing me of lying. She then started pointing out areas of **minor** “scuffing” on the sole, stating the shoes are unsellable because of this so she can’t provide an exchange/refund and I should instead buy the bigger pair and sell the smaller ones on Facebook Marketplace!! Somehow it was my fault that their low-quality shoes showed signs of wear with less than a day of indoor use. She took my receipt and analysed it as if she was searching for signs of forgery (I am not making this up for dramatic effect – she actually stood there and scanned through the whole receipt). I kept explaining that I hardly wore the shoes and I am well within my rights to request an exchange as per store policy, while a queue of customers lined up behind. Tiana was extremely condescending throughout the whole interaction and had disgustingly poor customer service skills. I was honestly treated like a thief. Famous Footwear seriously needs to educate this employee on store policy and basic manners, otherwise please just reconsider her employment entirely. I won’t ever be returning and neither will my friends or family.

Overall was easy to shop and browse, it was a busy store so didn’t expect much of service from the staff. Size 5 are usually the display and usually there’s only one pair available. Hard to get a brand new one as if you take the display one, you will get one side that is loose that has been worn and one that is so new and tight.

great serviced from lady with the brown hair mandy, helped me pick a nice one for the Mrs hoof for christmas,. old fashioned service from the staff like the old days nice to see it again must say cr*p playing from the speakers but thats just from an old fartHaHa

Nice place, good vibes and customer service, really good pricing for what I got. Have not broken the shoes in yet but they are comfortable from what I can tell.

Wide range of selection and really good prices. Bought 2 pairs at 50% off which was an absolute bargain.

Plenty of variety but still quite pricey. You do pay for quality though. Will shop here again.
