Where do I began? Buyers beware*******I brought a living room set, one bedroom sets and two beds . When I came in I received great service from the young lady, Maria. But it took several months for my furniture to come in. Which I understood giving the times were in. But then I begun having problems as I received each peace. The bed my son and daughter received are very hard. And the bed I recieved, the delivery driver/everything guy, has had to return to fix numerous times because they have been unwilling to do anything other than fix it from day one! Even though I had problems from day one and have asked if I could return the bed? Or anything? Now my couch is sunk in. Its just terrible. And not even a year! Buyers beware! All that money n Ill have to buy new furniture this year!

Yes I've worked here for half a year very rude supervisors boss plays both sides the furniture is really a RIP off they floor displays are good and the model yu receive is the cheap version the old white guy who installs does poor job and blamed it on other employees no refunds for furniture they damage and set it up and don't tell the customers. No type of work environment at all bosses cuss employees out make them walk home 10 miles from delivery bc of irritation like no training included so before yu purchase anything from here double check items.

DO NOT do business with John Higginbotham. He's very rude and lied straight to my face. He had me wait 8 months for a $250.00 rug I never received and everytime I came in the store or called about the rug he would always say he'd call back.. NEVER received a call back and then had the audacity to tell the manager I already picked it up..WHEN ??? Furniture is not worth the price. They're not worth the headache.

Walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady who led us to a man at a desk. The man was rude because one of the people in my group did not have on a mask. The man behind the desk also had no mask on. Moving into a new bigger place my man and we needed new furniture. I will make sure not to be getting it from the store that has that rude man behind the desk. This is the Indianapolis location.

First of all, Google really needs to add a zero star option. DO NOT trust the owner of this place. The customer service associate was very sweet. My fiancé and I were recommended to go to this store. However after arriving, the owner was not only rude but insulting. Two words: Furniture Discounters. If you view my next review to this company, you’ll understand why.

great customer service. credit approval in minutes, variety of furniture. it is a shame that this store is located on an abandoned plaza. they have to offer from affordable furniture to above average furniture. depends on how much you want to spend there. not saying are the best furniture, but it is good for people to start with this store to shop.

Ricky and Kelsee's customer service was impeccable...they greeted us with smiles and warmth and the conversations were high spirited and fun. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to patronize this store. I bought a beautiful living room set at a great deal. I had my eye on a couple of other things so I definitely will be back.
