I am an older lady, like very old, and went into this shop to buy a top my 16 year old granddaughter had on and I liked. My granddaughter informed me that I would be able to buy one in my size in this shop - a shop I wouldn't think of entering normally. The young assistant was so helpful and kind and courteous that I didn't feel out of place. I will shop here again.

Have visited this store at Marion,SA & enquired about their men's long socks. They use to have them last year (2017) but not this year (2018). It seems that the long sock weren't popular enough. Please re-stock them because I wear them myself. The long socks helps me to walk a bit better (re:weak knees).

My 14 yr old sister in law went to buy clothes yesterday with money. We gave her and shop assistant wouldn't even tell her how much a shirt was made her feel very uncomfortable. which is very sad get new staff

Friendly staff and are good selection of clothing for both men and women. My only bad point is that they need to keep their store cleaner there was dust on the display cloths and on some of the folded clothes.

Factorie has a good range of stock but the fast fashion needs to stop. every time I walk in the store they have new stock. Factories clothing is overpriced and is not made well. The fabrics are cheap.

Worst experience ever, the assistant girl was so rude. Probably not going back soon. Please change your attitude to costumers.
