They have a queing system, so they havd a screen telling you what number they are up to and you can see what number you will be if you buy a ticket. This should allow you to tell how long you will need to wait, but it doesn't. Staff allow customers to push in and you can be waiting one and a half hours even though you are next in line. People buy ticket and go grocery shopping, they miss their turn and tgen thry just come back and push in. You should have to wait and if you miss your turn then tough, sshould go to the back of the line. Good price and decent hair cut but its not worth waiting 2 hours for. Oh, and no refunds once you realise how the waiting system works.

I cannot believe this place stays in business. First of all, I arrived at about 3:45pm today for a very simple haircut. Their sign says that they're open until 4:50pm on Sunday. I couldn't even get my mouth open before the woman inside barked at me that they are closed because they're too busy. She then just said "Come back tomorrow". I can assure you I will not return tomorrow or any day. You get what you pay for, and the $15 price tag says it all. Very poor customer service. That is not an acceptable way to treat potential customers in this country. Learn from this.

When I went the money wasn’t going in the machine and the lady came up to me and yelled at me that I just have to try again and again. Then when I was getting my haircut my mum was with me and she rudely said to my mum to go wait outside and she will call her. After the hair cut my hair was so unequal and I even went back to get it fixed but she was like it is supposed to be like that. The ladies there have no manners about how to treat a customer and they are speaking in their own language which make it more uncomfortable.

Terrible service!!! My hair looked like a Chinese communist after cutting here. That Chinese lady was rude and cut my hair like a grass cutter. I USED TO GET A 12 bucks hair cut in Forest Lake but it was better than a lot. A BIG LESSON FOR ME - "READ ALL FEEDBACKS BEFORE TRAVELING TO ANY STORES". Unfortunately the hair cut was so rushed and rough that the young girl who was the hairdresser physically hurt / cut me with the clippers and in multiple places. Never had such a painful haircut with clippers. Shocking service. I have used F10 at eight mile plains a few times which was far better. Won't be back. I would recommend the managers advise the staff on ensuring basic courtesy towards your customers

I was patiently waiting outside since I tried putting the money in the machine but it wasn’t working but the lady came to me and literally yelled at me that I have to just try again and again and again. After that I took my money and left because of how rude they were. I also noticed that the place was really dirty, there was dust everywhere and the floor was full of hair and dust on the windows and the tables.

Rude and bad. There where hairs way too long that they missed, like 5cm sticking out. Maybe its the squinted eyes that gave her trouble seeing them but my gosh was it bad. You get what you pay for with a 10 dollar hair cut, lesson learned. Unless all other barbershops and hair dressers close, and all scissors dissappear from my house I won't be returning. This place isn’t even worth 1 star, my brothers went for a haircut and the man that was cutting there hair was so rude and arrogant my mum questioned him because he was doing something wrong he took the cover off of my brother and told them to get out, and said that my mum was rude and spoke to her so disrespectfully. I would not recommend this hair salon to anyone

Have been getting my hair cut here for over 3 years. Have been served by at least 4 different staff and all have been ok. Don't expect a $100 haircut if you're paying $15 (but a bonus if u did, although I kinda suspect many of those who gave poor reviews were expecting that). I just go in and tell them I want a No.3 (1 being the shortest)... Done in 10 mins...

Had my very thick unruly hair cut here with excellent reults, my hair just sat when brushed with out having to use product or blow dry it. Was prompted to try here as it is close to home. I had my hair cut in the Tweed Mall on holidays in Quick Cuts, best hair cut ever, so thought I would continue to use Quick Cuts, great decision. Will certainly be returnng.

I couldn’t believe my experience at this store, first of all I told the hairdresser very clearly, I just trimmed my front bangs, after few minutes the hairdresser got angry and gave 15 $ back to me and yelled to me: don’t come back next time when I left there. Of course I will not go back anymore. It is so bad and it doesn’t worth any stars

Very inconsistent hairdressers, as staff members keep changing every few months so does the quality of haircuts. Pretty much disappointed with my haircut on 18/01/2020. Would rather pay more and go to actual barbershop if you want a style cut. Previous hairdressers were able to achieve what I explained to them not this time around.

Absolutely terrible and senseless without bare minimum skill. They didn't even use a scissor and gave me a terrible cut even when I showed them a photo. Didn't even bothered to say sorry and I'm shocked with their level of service. Not going there again. If you want a decent cut go elsewhere.

I live near the Sunnybank Hills shopping centre, and I've used this hairdresser many times. The young Asian girl who I've had twice recently, is friendly, professional and does a very good haircut, considering it's only $10. I have tipped them many times.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise, excellent cuts at realistic prices. Number 1 gents cut for $10.00. Fantastic ladies providing excellent cuts. Fast and efficient. Even get a vacumn service as part of the cut - no hair left on your clothing....

I see a lot of reviews saying its a bad shop, staff are rude etc. but you just have to communicate, if you want them to stop cutting, just say that's enough and they will stop, you cant just sit in the chair and expect them to stop because

Aware of reviews, still went ahead happy with my new haircut. Similar to hairdressing practices in Asian salons in Sydney similar prices. Showed my photo of previous haircut (preferred). Always keep photo in your phone to show beforehand
