The interior of this particular 7/11 is sanitary enough. However the attendant on duty was rude to say the least. I had just come off a 300 mile freeway trip and needed to use the ladies room as well as fill up my car with gasoline and put air in one tire.. While the price of gasoline was quite reasonable the restroom was locked. The air pump was out of service too. I stood in line for nearly twenty minutes behind two other individuals. We knocked continuously on the restroom door (there is only one for store patrons) but to no avail. After twenty minutes or so the people both in front of me and behind me gave up and left the premises. At this time I walked over to speak with the young man standing behind the counter. I inquired about a key for the restroom and let him know it was locked. Told him I believed nobody was in there or perhaps they needed assistance because I was receiving no response to my knocks. The clerk had a rude comeback. He said the restroom was out of order and not accessible to the public. I asked him if he saw us standing there waiting for a lengthy period of time. I said how come you allowed the patrons of the store to just stand there like idiots when you knew the restroom was not available for consumer use. He just shrugged his shoulders and did not say a word. The thought crossed my mind this kid has narcissistic tendencies. Oh well I suppose se la vie! If you have the option go somewhere other than here. I guarantee you will be glad you did!

This was an rather eerie experience because I had to get gas alone early one morning and late one night. In other words, about 130am. It was bitterly cold and at that time, Exxon is closed. This took place in contact Texas and we had just suffered our 2nd ice storm within 2 months so on this day, businesses were closed down due to weather anyway. We'll, I reluctantly get out of the car to pay at the pump and get my gas, but the pump doesn't accept my card. There was no contactless symbol on the pump to pay with my phone so I'm steadily trying to adjust in my card to get it going. Well as I'm doing this, some very slow moving small late model white pick up truck with illegal tint on ALL the windows, even on the windshield, suddenly creeps into the gas station parking lot and pulls up to the pump next to me. Mind you, it's like a ghost town at this time. Not a soul in sight. I immediately felt some kind of way when I see this truck, so I'm instantly on guard. I was in the US Navy so the fear I was feeling was more for the person should they attempt to harm me. I may be all woman and I don't fight men, but trust me, I will if I have too and won't flinch, not even a little bit. Anyway, I finally gave up trying to get my car to work at the pump here and go across the street to Valero where there was indeed a contactless symbol there and effortlessly was able to pay for my gas, pump it, and get on to the house! Whew!

The employees and the store itself is a good Service, but the Store outside is terrible! I cant even get gas here without some loitering bum asking me for easy money!! It makes me sick, our hard earned cash being tossed around by menacing beggars!!! Please fix that problem and this place will get my approval, but for now, No! I am sure even I get Gas safely!

Didn't catch the gentleman's name behind the counter ,but despite the language barrier between us he managed to make me smile. Very helpful in my requests and i also somehow managed to ring up a total of $7.11. It was a funny moment as he it and laughed with me

Some of the pumps are missing their hoses. The card reader malfunctions, so you have to go inside. But the doors are locked. So you actually get gas. The same the one on Inwood and I-35. This is around 3 a. m. When I am trying to get gas on the way to work.

Pay at pump had hard time working. Limited space and plenty of cars in the lot. You need to go inside to get receipt - pump didn’t print out. It also feels unsafe as there were cops car there and plenty of folks simply hanging out there.

Unfortunately, again I let the cashier know that I wanted to add points to mt ExxonMobil card. She replied, "I don't think that we do that here ". ‍♂️ seriously?? ExxonMobil, please train management to train the new employees.

Grossest restroom ever. I alerted the staff and they just said there’s not enough staff to keep it clean. Which is dumb cause it only takes one person to clean a bathroom and there were two people behind the counter. Gross af

I stop at this store on my way to work on occasion. Guess I'll have to find a new store for all the homeless people constantly asking me for money or food. I don't mind helping people but this is ridiculous.

Lots of construction and kind of confusing on how to get in and out and which ways you can go in and out without going the wrong way on the road. The bathroom was dirty but the service was very nice

I just went in for gasoline, but was a little disappointed the gas pump machine required me to go in. There was a lot of homeless people around and that made it a little uncomfortable.

The “hot” Coffee was horrible! Luke-warm mush (just powder). I’m so glad I didn’t waste money on it. Restroom out of order. Gas pump would not accept my credit card.

The people who work here are some good people. Close to downtown and right up the street from the jail and still have nice courteous clerk's in a 7-11 is awesome

Always stop for fuel to take advantage of my rewards program! Very convenient to my hotel and I'll go back next year!
