The team here were helpful when I picked up the car (an MG5) and the car was available for a reasonable price including insurance but excluding tolls (which were to be settled at the end). However when I dropped the car off, the team did not check the system for any tolls until I prompted them to, which meant the tolls could have been left unnoticed unless I asked. They advised me I had also incurred an AED150 parking fine, due to not entering the correct category of the licence plate on the parking meters - the category of the license plate was not explained to me when I collected the car despite my asking explicitly for details on paid parking. They told me I could not challenge the fine unless I had a paper receipt for the parking, which I did not as the parking machines state you do not need to display a ticket anymore. I strongly recommend that Eurostar improve how they brief their customers when a car is collected, especially when fines can be quite high in the UAE and tourists or non residents will not be aware of local rules.

Staffs are very accommodating especially William. He explained every details about the rental service including employee discounts, charges and fines. However, there was an instance where William was off and another staff talked to me. He told me he will call me back but never did. But overall experience with Eurostar is Very Good and will definitely come back for another rental service.
