Perfect car rental in UAE. Contacted Mr. Amir who was very polite and understanding. They provided pick and drop service for the car as well. Rates are very reasonable. I rented the car for 1 month from Abu Dhabi. Went back and forth from Abu Dhabi to Dubai twice. They allow you to travel to other states. They are professionals and know what they are doing. They have proper receipt system. I receive emails for contract and payment receipts. They provided a 5,000 KM Mileage. The person who delivered the car mentioned a contact number, that if the service was due, we can contact them, they will take care of things. They provided me with a scratch-less car and I returned the car in same condition. Reliable company. Definitely recommended.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from thrifty. I booked and paid for the car with my debit card as I have done all over the world. When I went to collect the car they insisted on a credit card which I don’t have. I needed to give €800 additional off my debit card to cover any fines I might get. The car broke down on the third day leaving me stranded for two hours. I missed a business appointment because of this. When I returned the car they said I got a fine and demanded aud 241 . I asked for them to take it from my extra deposit and they refused saying I couldn’t leave before I paid it. Overall very bad unprofessional experience

for my personal lease - 1) Impossible to get a comprehensive list of available models. Operation can only answer yes or no for each model. 2) No one followed up on the monthly conditions and mileage, or whether service is due. Only settles upon returning vehicle. 3) Didn't offer discount for leases over 3 months. 4) To be fair, the overall experience is good. The price given to me was discounted. The above 3 comments are for general service quality, not related to commercials. Thrifty definitely can do better in customer service and can charge more for better service.

I have been already more than 1 yr customer. Still, the best rental company. Very accommodating and friendly. Their cars are new and always in good shape and condition. [update: 2 years now and ongoing~ one more thing to add, the staffs are reshuffling on every branch, so please take note. If you really like to converse with the same staff do get his/her company's mobile number. But keep in mind, even different staffs, their good behaviour and attitude are still the same. We have been using Thrifty Car Rental Abu Dhabi since December 2022. This organization is very efficient and professional! They will bring the car to you, wherever you are at home, the office or at the mall. We had to contact them because of a flat tire and they came and made the change for us, all it took was a phone call. I rented a Corolla cross for almost 2 months and I got a very good car, excellent support from Thrifty Rep Mr Syed Amer and good monthly rate. The car was taken at my home door step and collected back when requested with very short notice.

Service is fine. One suggestion, on the due date for car return, please call and inform customer as a reminder, atleast for monthly rentals. Since I missed to extend monthly contract on due date, I paid additional amount which was pricy.
