Extra Expense, due to your very interpersonal and very un-informative Representative. We were informed that the care could be Returned as Drop Off while office Closed, brought car back very early and found out that there was No Drop Box to into Key, so Our thinking was that the Key could be Locked In Car!!!(Rep would have the 2nd key to unlock Car? What a thought, when the was there and we were Told that the office ONLY HAD THAT 1 Key, What A BIG MESS!! We have not RENTED A CAR and There Was Only 1 KEY Available!! We had to Pay $100.00 to a Lock smith to Unlock the Car? For Enterprise wanting to Charge $150.00? We have rented from your Service many times and have never had these issues and extra Cost? I am so un-happy with your service Rep so flip to say other wise after the fact, If we Had Been Informed, No Drop, Unless office Opened, we would have made other arrangements to Drop Off. Thank you and we Do Not Plan On Renting any cars from This Location or even Enterprise?? There are other Rental Companies that I am sure would have better Representatives more informative to customers and their needs.

The Enterprise Car Rental at 3939 Polk Street is the worst! Pierce Gilbert, Adam McCray, Shanerrika Glover are the worst employees I have ever encountered. My wife who was already in an accident hurt some feelings when given bad information over the phone and before we could regroup we were turned away because "we heard your comment before you stepped out the door". The manager failed to step in and take control by allowing his employees to make decisions for him. Strong leadership is needed in a customer service based industry like this and it clearly is not a part of the manager selection process at this location. The customer is always right and as a manager I know when to tell an employee to take a break and step in to take control. You can't be buddy buddy and supervise too...it doesn't work. If they had a zero that's what it would be.

My reservation was made through the insurance company. No cars were available in my price range. I was told to call back later or call other locations to see what they had available. This went on for 5 days. Never received a call back from management as stated to me by customer service. Insurance agreed to pay the difference and was finally place in a larger vehicle. I kept the small SUV despite the throw up smell because I didn't want to go through the process of exchanging the vehicle. I do want to extend 5 stars to Austin(Polk location) for his professionalism and coming in at the tail end to make my experience a better one. Maybe one day large companies such as this one will implement better customer service tactics.

I'll be returning to this location for my car rental needs. It was convenient, easy, fast. Did my reservation online and just stopped by to pick it up. In and out within 15 minutes. Staff was nice and professional. The only down to my experience was that the car had tires that were very worn down. The air kept coming out of one tire that had a plug that didn't meet regulations. So I took it to Discount Tire and Luckily it turned out that they had an account with them so they were able to change all four tires to new. So a couple suggestion would be for Enterprise to inspect tires before sending people out on road, and second to let customers know verbally what options they have in case of issues like that.

Had booked a car online. When I got to Enterprise, the customer service representative tried to charge me more. Then, they moved me into another vehicle which was larger and told me it would be the same price as what I requested. When I get ready to pay, I find out I will be paying twice what I was originally told between the deposit and the car fee. I had called prior to coming in to check on everything and was told I was correct about what I was expecting by the person answering the phone. Apparently, this was wrong. I felt like I was told everything just so I would show up and possibly rent the vehicle anyway. I showed up but did not rent the vehicle. I will never go to this Enterprise office again.

I don't typically write reviews, but these guys earend this one. Not good service. Those JD Power & associates awards must not pertain to the Polk street location. The guy my family dealt with had a real "not my problem" attitude and at the time we picked up, they only had 1 car in our class to pick from. And when we needed another copy of the rental agreement, they told us they can't. Their solution was for us to drive to the airport. So we did. And there, the copy they did give us didn't have the additional drivers listed, Wich is why we need the paperwork, to travel with. We live close to this place, and will continue to get a rental car here, but if you use this location, don't expect much.

The manager, I forget his name wasn't very courteous are friendly at all. I had a problem with him when he was working at the enterprise on pleasant run. I called and called the area manger. She never respond back to me after at least nine attempts. I tried to call Corporate. About the area manager not responding. But to no help from Corporate. I just gave up. I have rented from other rental companies. The only reason why I rented from enterprise. Was because there was a young lady I talk to at the enterprise on polk about a month ago she was very professional. I made reservations for the polk on and hwy 67. Location and there he was still not smiling are courteous.

Horrible! I get dropped off to pick up my reserved car. I'm met with, "I don't know if I have a car and if I had a bill and one that was not past due." I said, "I didn't know about a bill" and [he] (didn't care to get his name after that) said he called and left a message the previous day. I checked my voicemail there on site. Not only was there not a call from him but I had NO new messages. As i stated I was dropped off with no way of getting home even to get the bill. They were so inconsiderate and showed no empathy. This is ridiculous. I will never be back. I don't know if it's a location policy or company policy that one must have a credit card. Horrible!!

Look at bank statement seen I only received $3.xx amount back. So I went to look up my receipt in my email and did not show where I was sent a receipt in the office was closed I did not like that I was unable to even view the charges or even discuss it with someone cuz office was closed but had I been sent my receipt I could have looked at the charges but I had nothing to go on I never paid this much for rental at Enterprise which I rent a rental almost every month for home time cuz I'm a truck driver I'm just don't understand it it would have been nice to at least have the receipt that was supposed to be sent to my email so I can review it

Is the worst place who I never been in my life. When we came in for rent a car who our insurance gonna give us we try to talk with the staff and they ignore us and tell us to wait, so we were there for 30 minutes and after we saw 4 people come in and rent cars I decide talk to them about whats going on? They just start laughing because my friend dosent speak english well and they dont fix nothing. I was upset the three black guys make us feel horrible I never report this before but happend in november of the last year. Finally I lend my car to my friend and I never gonna came back to enterprise in my life.

Soooooo!!! This place is in the hood so what do you expect? Better service that's what these 2 balding dudes are the rudest height challenged people I have ever met, they treat you like you aren't human they don't acknowledge you while discussing sports basically if you're a woman don't go here they'll over look you at talk at you like you're unaware. I must say after being in a wreck all I needed was a car I spoke with multiple places that advised me the man was trying to get over on me for more than 200$ if you go here expect to be treated like the location you're in if I could give them 0 stars I would

I have rented a car from Enterprise on many different occasions and have never had to do what this location made me do. I always pay using my credit card since they offer free insurance on car rentals but apparently you can't do that here and are forced to pay for their insurance. I found that odd since you don't have to with all of the other Enterprise locations and when I called the 800 number they stated that it was optional not mandatory. Because of this my rental went from $118 for 3 days to more than $200. I'm sure they force the insurance on people to raise their numbers but thats not fair.

The staff is rude from the manager on down. Th e customer service is zero. I went to the Polk location on my lunch thinking I have an appointment meant something not. I was told by one of the staff that people that had 12 o'clock appointments didn't get a rental car. And don't have anything until 2 or 3 oclock. I called 30 minutes after leaving to ask about availability. To learn I want be getting a rental today from a rude staff asking to speak to the manager. It was the manager now the way the staff acts I understand now... It starts from the top. I will never visit or refer this location

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a number of years, however, it has not been the same location. I used the Polk location by accident. At one time Enterprise had the rentals by the person's zip code and fortunately for me, it worked out fine. The representatives at the Polk location have been extremely courteous and helpful; trying to make it work all times. So far they have done just that. There have been different managers at this location and each one has proven to be very competent and helpful. Thank you for your good training of the representatives.

If I could give a lower starred review I WOULD. Horrible customer service, ABSOLUTE WORST. Always a long line. Employees at this location called me names (specifically an employee named Aaron), charged my credit card without permission AND filed a FALSE damage claim against me after renting me a vehicle that looked like it had been broken in to. Initial rental agreement notates the damage they claim is my fault and apparently that means nothing. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Called Enterprise customer service multiple times, no one calls back.

I gave one star because i went to this location in hopes they could help me. I have never rented a car before so i had no idea what to do but i went in and sat down waited respectfully.I watched one of the employees be down right rude to an older woman and he than proceded to be rude to me as if he was having a bad day and it was our fault.... needless to say i didnt waist any more time there and you shouldnt either ..... enterprise may be good but the guy that works at this location is a jerk who really shouldnt be in a hospitality job.

Enterprise is my primary choice for my transportation needs. The staff at the Polk location is always welcoming and friendly. They provide detailed explanations of their services and conduct themselves in a professional manner to show they value their customers. My last rental included some mechanical issues with the vehicle, but the manager addressed my concerns without being confrontational and defensive. I have used Enterprise for nearly ten years, and I will always return whenever life calls for a trip down the highway.

By far the worst service I’ve ever received... my mom waited a full two hours only to never receive a rental... I was also told by management that I would not be spoken with.. no resolution to any of my issues were provided along with tha other manager going on to tell me “he makes $25.00 dollars an hour” why that was important I’m not sure... I’m also disturb that these are the type of individuals that hold manager position within this corporation. I failed to mention I had reservations that were made in advance...

If i can rate this place zero stars i would. First of all the location is very unwelcoming. The employees are very rude! As we walked in i walked to the counter, instead of a greeting the employee decided that making himself a coffee was more important then attending his customers. We made a reservation for a vehicle of $120. Upon arival the total cost of the reservation was $488 bc my insurance was not good enough. This was the most unpleasant visit at enterprise. I would definitely not refer any friends or family.

Only one employee at the desk with several customers. The vehicle rented online was not the one offered. I had to extend my wait time and leave time due to the unprofessionalism at Polk location. Finally, the vehicle was ready, and it has a dent on rear passages side door and scratches on driver door, after a quick subpar cleaning....but wait, it had less than a quarter of a tank. Now, I had to wait for another employee who was 7 minutes away to come back with the gas card. Will never use this location ever again.

Worst customer service I’ve gotten in my life. The girl at the counter with the braces who claims to be the manager is unhelpful rude and over charged me the amount I was given when the card declined she decided to not help us. Transferred the right amount she refused. Waste of time. Horrible service. Will tell insurance company and others not to rent at This specific location. Took off work to set this up and was treated like trash. SMH. Never again. Y’all need to give them customer service training. Ridiculous.

The whole experience at Polk location was a nightmare! The manager put me in a car that smelled like Marijuana. He was advise of that and stated that's all they had. Took back next morning for comfort reason the front fender was broken and tires felt like they were going to come off and he stated he took off a whole day cause he was aware of the problems but did feel the need to let me as a customer know. He was horrible. He old enough for the position but not mature enough for it!

My experience at the Polk St. Oak Cliff location was exceptional! The staff was very courteous and friendly. Enterprise picked me up from my home and the courtesy driver was on time and called me before the arrival to my home; and was very courteous and friendly as well. The entire car rental experience was handled on a professional level from the beginning of the process to the end! I have been renting from this location for a couple of years now. I've never received a damaged or unacceptable vehicle.

It was a horrible experience, one the lady that helped us was rude as can be . Second the car was super dirty the seats in the front and the back were all stained the ceiling of the car was nasty like if a coke exploded in the car . They say no smoking and when you get in the car it smells like smoke plus turning the ac on it smelled even more . Front windshield was dirty like if they smoked in the car windows up . It was so nasty . My husband didn’t realize it until I pointed it out to him .

The gentleman working in the Polk/Hwy 67 Enterprise were professional. They expeditiously handled the delivery of the vehicle. The automobile was in perfect working condition and had great gas mileage. I really appreciate the service and the cleanliness of the vehicle. One concern was the auto had a strong smell. We think it might have been carpet cleaner, but it was quite chemically. That was my only concern. I would use this Enterprise again. Thank you for a good experience in Dallas!

A horrible expierence . Terrell sharp called us 2 times during an insurance provided rental period of 2 weeks to threaten with a call to the police for non payment. Confronted him about it and reported it to my insurance company USAS who apologized for his behavior but low and behold he does it again blaming it on Upper management. Smh . They had a cc on file, it was an insurance provided rental, and they had all of my info. Would never do business with this company

The Polk/67 location from beginning to end the rental car experience was WONDERFUL. Very professional and caring environment. The customer service was A-1, very safe with being picked up and dropped off. Top notch technology loved not having to be handed a paper contract and although a deposit was required upon returned of my rental the unused portion of my deposit was back in my account with in the time framed that I was told.

I rented the car online, once I got there they had no record of my reservation. Once they found it? I was told I had a 30 minute grace period. Had to sign in and sit down and wait to be called! That took about 10 minutes. Get done with the payment and I had to sit another 10-15 minutes to wait on a car. You tell me I have to be on time and it took almost 45 minutes to get the rental. I'll never rent from here again

NEVER again will I go through Enterprise! My insurance was supposed to cover my rental. I had to put down a $50 deposit that I was supposed to get back. They switched me vehicles 3 times upon THEIR requests and it had my rates going up! They gave me a truck with NO GAS! I put down $125 only for me to be receiving $22 back!! They tell you one thing over the phone, but in person they are bullshit! Never again!!

Picking up the rental was very easy; it was clean and the lady was very accurate as to what she marked down for the fuel level and when I got to my Destiination to return the car, that was very simple as well. The gentleman that I spoke with was very professional very friendly and there were no issues. It was a great experience. I will be renting from Enterprise again.

Crooks 50$ deposit 39$ for 20$ worth of gas. Received Car Aug ll had to wait a week in Corsicana. They told me I had 30 days, I only got 12 days. Give them a prepaid .credit card or you will be in dispute. They hit my credit card for 83$ even though it was locked. They threatened to report car stolen after I was told 30 days!!!!!!!!

Everyone was and still is very helpful. I needed a car and none were available but they picked me up so I could be there when one came in and I got it. In addition I did not know how long I would need so needed to just be able to call and continue my weekly rental which I did for several more weeks with no problem and quickly.

I reserved a car through Enterprise and requested pick-up service; the guy arrived on time dressed professional and was concerned with my needs for a vehicle. I have attempted to trade in my rental vehicle for a smaller vehicle. I called several Enterprise locations and when to 3 location. Each time I was told there were no available vehicle. I had a reservation on one occasion and wad still turned away. No vehicles was unsettling due to the amount of Enterprise in my area.

Erin from this store rejected me and sent me to the down town store . I am in a huge hurry. I had called early and a dome picked up the phone I have it recorded . The staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I understand there's a nation-wide shortage of rental cars for immediate use - I had to wait 2 days to get mine. But Wow - instead of the expected small car, I got a minivan for the same (insurance) price! And they came to pick me up at my house.

Enterprise can't be beat. Local franchised Enterprise locations are my first pick when it comes to rentals. Everything - service, vehicle, etc. - at the Polk Street location in Dallas is par plus. The cars were awful! I had 3 different cars during my rental agreement because, the state registration sticker expired, the oil and filter light kept coming on second one, and all of them smelled like cigarette smoke. The assistant manager took care of me at the end but, horrible experience overall.

Polk location: Terrible customer service. Rep started to argue with me with no reason about my reservation. Made no sense to deal with that kind of behavior. I called two other locations, no problems great customer service. One was able to book a pick up. However now I have to wait to get a car.

Told me they’d be here at the shop to pick me up in 15 minutes, waited an hour for them to show up. When they were only 14 minutes down the street from where I had my car getting fixed. They have no concern for other peoples time. Go to another location for better service.

Called to rent a vehicle and was on hold for over 45 min without ever talking to anyone. Drove to the location and there was only ONE employee who was doing the best she could. The room had 5 people waiting! This location is ALWAYS super busy and should be better staffed.

Our insurance was suppose to pay until the 7th of this month, but you all said you would still charge a late fee if we didn't have it turned in by the 6th, even though the location is closed. So, we used the drop off box as of a few seconds ago.

Last time I booked the rental car gave me problems. Which I understand sometimes you never know with vehicles. Yet this time I made a reservation, but what the point of a reservation, if the vehicle won’t be ready till a whole hour later.
